Dr Rodiguez and his staff are too good to be true

Got a crown from them 9 months ago. Already having it replaced! Thought about going back to have them fix it but every time Ive been there even for a cleaning my mouth is soar for days.. they are very ruff on your mouth and your check book.

I went for an emergent dental repair. They did repair the tooth, but unfortunately in less than 24 hrs it broke off again. When I returned to have it fixed again, I was asked to pay full price for the same type of procedure but without any guarantees. I guess in our times that makes for a good business model: to charge the patient for a sub-standard job with no guarantees, other than you will be billed again.

We recently moved to this side of town and Turley Dental was our closest option less than a mile from our home so I made my first appointment. I had an amazing experience with the friendly front desk ladies and the awesome dental assistants & hygienists. Any questions or concerns I had were answered is great detail..having a lot of dental anxiety I really appreciated this. Shortly after my appointment my husband made his and also the same wonderful experience. Thanks for the awesome care Turley Dental!

I’ve never had a problem here. They are always up front on the price, even if I can’t make the payment they will work with me for a later date.

I havnt went to a dentist in 8 years. I was so scared of them having to pull a tooth but they gave me a different better option and were really nice and made sure I was comfortable. They staff was amazing and super friendly 5 starts for sure.. i will definitely be a regular

I had a dental emergency and they had an opening same day, so I decided to go to Turley. I have had extensive work done on my mouth and a long history with my teeth. That being said, I knew that I had an infection in one of my teeth. I was in a lot of pain and knew without antibiotics, I was never going to get any relief. So after twenty xrays for one tooth (not even kidding) the dentist comes in and looks at my tooth and says the obvious-that it needs to be pulled. I tell her that last time I had a tooth pulled with an infection they couldn’t numb it and it was very traumatic, etc. etc. I told her I would prefer to relieve the infection first, also telling her that amoxicillin does not work for me because I’ve taken it so much in my life and my past dentist always had to prescribe something stronger. I’m sure at this point she saw me as a drug seeker because she proceeded to tell me that the tooth just needed to come out, they wouldn’t give me anything stronger than amoxicillin, I needed to take ibuprofen, and it looked like it was a “slight” infection if at all, but if by Monday it was worse, they could give me something stronger. *side note, they made SURE to give me a printout of the $5,000 quote to do work I never asked for and told them several times that I was not doing any of that at the moment. Fast forward to the weekend, I spend the entirety of Saturday and Sunday crying, rolling around in bed in pain, completely out of sorts in pain. I’m not a cryer and my boyfriend was beside himself at how much distress I was in. Monday morning hits, I wake up and I’m not in as much pain, did the amoxicillin finally work? NOPE! My face had ballooned up to three times it’s size and my gums had separated from the tooth. The pain hit me mid morning and my boss insisted I leave work to go back to Turley. So I go in and luckily without an appointment they decided to see me, but the new dentist was extremely rude and told me “all I can do is numb it until you can get in to an appointment today”. I guess I’m thankful they told Summit oral surgery it was an emergency because they got me an appointment at 1:30. I opted not to have them numb it. But when I went to the oral surgeon and he pulled the tooth, he had to cut my gums open and push on my face to drain the infection and leave it open so it could continue to drain and the swelling could go down. But it was only a “slight” infection as Turley said right? I don’t think I would use my insurance that I pay for and waste my hard earned money to get some stupid pain pills, which is what I feel like they were treating me like. I left in pain, feeling like they didn’t care about my situation and just wanted to get me out, and that they only wanted to do what made them the most money. I will never return and I will make sure anyone I know needing to go to a dentist avoids this place.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional! I had the most amazing hygienist, Cori! Dr. Colbert was awesome!!

Turley has always been friendly and inviting. Ive never been one for the dentist and I feel more comfortable here than any other dentist Ive been to. They do not pressure you I to doing anything. They give you their recommendation and if you say no, they dont argue with you or try to change your mind unless it is a serious issue that needs resolved right away, but it still doesnt feel like they are pressuring you. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Dr Hirt was amazing. However the other staff is rude and some should not be working with people. They tend to accuse someone with a loud voice of yelling continuously refuse to give messages when you have questions about treatment plans. Doesn’t put detailed notes in a chart. They waste money on treatments that aren’t necessary just to get more money. If the staff and supervisors were different it would be an amazing place to have dental work done.

So on their website it states smartbraces can be as low as 99$ a month. I called and scheduled cleanings and told the lady my daughter needs braces. She said just come in and well talk about how much it will cost. No mention of no payment plans for orthodontics which I found out after I got there. I took the day off from work thinking my daughter would be getting braces, now she is very disappointed. I was not pulled aside and told, I was told in front of the lobby that they wont do payment plans and I had to say I couldnt afford it. Embarrassing and rude, wouldve been nice to have been told over the phone instead of wasting my time. I will not be coming back for myself or my kids dental needs.

Outstanding service from the same day appointment made over the phone to the time I left and everything in between. Turley Dental Care staff was very welcoming, educated, and polite. They explained everything before each procedure, answered all my questions, and made my dreaded trip to the dentist very memorable in a good way. I wish I could remember all their names but Im sure I will in the future as I continue my dental visits with Turley Dental Care. Also a very clean and organized facility. Thanks for providing such an impressive service!

Went into Turley Dental after around 2-3 years of pushing off dental work. Walked in, filled out some paperwork, and then got called back. I dont know why but female dentisits/ oral hygienist’s make me more comfortable. I got some xrays done and a cleaning; needless to say these ladies know what they are doing. While I think three wonderful gals helped me out, I only remember Baileys name. She was great overall and she explained everything clearly. Would reccomend to any and everyone.

Super clean environment! ALL of the staff were super kind and caring! The fact that you can schedule online and go in on a Saturday is awesome! I was a new patient and I had such a great experience, I will definitely continue going there😊

Dr. Frasier and Dr. Turley were amazing😄! I was amazed at the professionalism and so grateful that they understood and identified the problems with my teeth. The dental assistant Denise was great and listened to my fears. Such a great staff who are so passionate about their profession.

Very honest, educational, clean establishment. Excellent team of doctors, hygenist, assistants, and treatment coordinators to give answers to any questions one may have about the procedures being done and cost. If your ever in Billings, this is the clinic to go too.

I HATE going to the dentist. Dr Turley and his staff were amazing and so patient with me, I cant thank them or recommend them highly enough, very professional and wonderful people.

Brunette lady was frustrated and very rude when asking about how often I brush and floss and recommended to brush twice a day and floss once a day. I understood and got over myself until she asked how often I take showers, I hadn’t taken one because I didn’t think I was going to wake up early the next morning to go to the dentists office. Transferring to a place that’s more worried about my DENTAL hygiene.

Service is good. Wow they want a lot for crowns in 2017. Looking elsewhere for a more reasonable price.

I had the most amazing experience! I dont like the dentist it scares me, but literally had fun and laughed the whole time! The staff is incredible, so friendly and passionate! I went from a dentist that treated me bad and the staff at turley was more than happy to have me. They know what theyre talking about and they dont tell you things just to make money off of you. They actually care and want what is best for you and your mouth! :) thank you jessyka and Dr S!!!!
