Terry was totally calm, professional and very, very detail-oriented which is huge when dealing with these little buggers. She entertained my 4 1/2 year old (with the help of the Dora videos on TV) while concurrently giving me a lesson is how to comb through her hair and to prevent any more outbreaks.

From the very first phone call they were so compassionate. I had tried to do the treatments myself unsuccessfully she was infested. They truly did such a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Never been so happy to give a business my credit card. They booked my family of 4 for 3 hours, but we took less than 1.5 hours (and paid for the actual time used.) The information was reliable, and they want to arm you with the info and technique so that you dont need them ever again. It is so sad that there is so much BAD information out there just lining pharm. company pockets and leading to panic in schools and families. At the very LEAST, buy their comb. It actually works to pull out the nits, unlike the comb you bought at CVS.

I used NitWits last week for my 15 year old daughter who has very long hair and a lot of it. Weve been struggling to get rid of the lice and they kept coming back.The service we received was very professional, informative and most importantly- effective! We started right on time and in just under 2 hours my daughter was lice (and Nit free) and still is.The comb and conditioner did the job and the practitioner was excellent at what she does.We got useful information and tips, which I will use going forward.It saved me and my daughter A LOT of time.I highly recommend it!!
