Dignity Health is definitely running a Scam!I had visited for primary care, was having some pain on my knee. The doctor did some basic tests, asked for some exercise and few tests.After the tests were done, doctor mentioned that there were no issues and everything. Later i received a bill of 600$.A $600 bill for primary care? Is that what normal is? Im definitely not going to pay and take legal actions.Please avoid this place at any cost.

You might get great medical care and you might love your doctors and your nurses.But you will also get invoices from collections agencies six months after your office visits, even for routine check ins. Bills from collections agencies could impact your credit scores.So Dignity Health needs to do a much better job at setting expectations of service and consultation costs before the surprise bill arrives. I ask over and over if I owe any fees and am told, No, you are good, only to get a series of bills months later.Dignity Health, this is your problem. Fix it.

I realize that the supply of Covid vaccine is lacking in CA but the confusion surrounding Dignity Health and the vaccine is stressful and annoying. For several days, the receptionist kept referring me back to “My Turn” but “My Turn says to check availability with Dignity Health. Today the Dignity Health site says to call for an appointment. When I called the receptionist again referred me back to “My Turn”.

This place is located very close to Oracle parkway and you get appointment very convinient time. However sometime the waiting is very frustrating even though you make an appointment and visit.

Definitely won’t be going here again, the receptionist was not pleasant, told me my doctor left the practice years ago - even though I saw the doctor last year... in the past other practices send out a notice informing clients that they are leaving?

This place is terrible. I went here because it was in my health insurance in -network, assigned a doctor - quits a month later, go to the belmont office and get assigned a temporary doctor that leaves in two months, now I am waiting another month to establish care with a more permanent DR.to top it off, the temporary doctor does not return calls. i called every day the past four days and promised a call back each day and NOTHING.Today I call in and the reception, lets me know I now have to make an appointment to to talk to the Dr.the icing on the cake is that the reception has no sense of compassion or an ounce of customer service skills.I recommend you STAY from this AWFUL place.

My Primary care physician is great (5 stars) and my neurologist is nice. The neurology office and the way they run things it bad and inefficient. I have had to call their emergency hotline several times because my neurologist takes a month sometimes to renew a simple prescription for a medication and I have run out of meds which means I will have seizures. I have had around 20 prescriptions and 0 of them have gone smoothly. It either takes a month, they send it to the wrong pharmacy, or they give me the wrong dose amount etc. 0/20 prescriptions have gone smoothly. Half the time I call them they don’t answer the phone, I have been put on hold and forgotten about, I have told them all of this and it hasn’t changed at all. I have been at other neurology offices with different neurologists and never seen anything this bad. I have tried to refrain from reviewing for a while hoping it would get better but it hasn’t.

Dr Pragya , nurses , lab , receptionist and the whole staff are welcoming, helpful efficient , professional and companionate .

Doctors are great - staff, phone support, billing - all need a lot of help!!!
