Injured my ankle (Achilles tendonitis). Came here on a summer Saturday morning. Everyone was great, courteous, kind and professional proving names and their role- Will, Eileen, Bill and Indigo! Excellent experience. One hour and 20Minutes from registration via phone app, vitals, X-ray the leaving in a boot with crutches and a prescription. Thanks!

Im impressed for being my first time at a doc in a box. Fractured my tibia and fibula. Didnt feel rushed.Being self pay, my charge was very reasonable. Would definitely go again. Wait time was 2 hours, 16 patients ahead of me, mostly for COVID testing. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Wait time was extra long, however, each time I checked in(more than twice), staff was courteous and kept me informed of progress. If the event is non- life threatening, I would use ClearChoice for treatment option.

I arrived around 9:30am and told the receptionist that I was bitten by a stray animal and needed the rabies vaccine. She said it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait so I gave her my number and went home. I got the notification that they were ready to see me and I was seen at 12:30.I was prescribed an antibiotic and told that the practice does not carry the rabies vaccine, and that I would need to go to the ER. This is something that should have been communicated when I walked in at 9:30.The wait at the ER is several hours and now I’ve lost the entire morning. The practice must only care about billing insurance for visits, even if they are unnecessary and at the expense of the wellbeing of the patient.

Blown away by the difference of care, between Belmont facility and the Tilton facility. From where I live and work, Tilton is much more convenient, but Belmont, to me, is far more superior. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, the entire Staff at Belmont was amazing!

Even under very busy conditions the entire team was friendly, professional and very thorough during every aspect of my visit.

When in for tooth infection. Not a long wait. Offered great care and prescribed what I needed to get rid of my infection.

Friendly, professional staff every time I have gone to ClearChoice in Belmont I was seen last night welcomed as soon as I walked through the door receptionist was very nice I sat down did my phone registration and not even 2 minutes later I was brought into a room was asked the reason for my visit and asked some questions the nurse was very polite and The Dr was amazing he knew my pharmacy was closed already so he made sure I was able to leave with my prescription my visit lasted about 20 minutes.. Definitely recommend them.

Great staff. Considering the circumstances it was a fun place to be.

We went in for a rapid covid test for our 10-month old son, so he could go back to day care in Maine. We were told the test cost $75 and thats what we paid when we were there. Months later we got a bill for $244 for the office visit. They did not make this clear when we went in specifically for the test. Im fine with paying for a service. But this seems like a slimy way to generate some extra revenue.... profiting off of covid... nice.

They are welcoming and wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Long wait lines for COVID test both times I went in dec+Jan. About 1 hour, but you can wait in the car.I went in today for some digestive issue and was seen quickly, was given great care, listened to, and was able to request blood work (and get it drawn), get a GI doctor referral, and get a prescription sent to my local right aid.All the physicians I’ve seen have been incredibly nice, compassionate, thoughtful, and helpful.

Clear Choice MD Urgent Care is the best in care, doctors take the time to listen and I have always trusted them when I needed to go due to my doctor not available or open.The doctors there have a great relationship with all the doctors in the Lakes Region area, they call and make referrals for you, no waiting to see your doctor . They call and talk to your doctor or leave a report on your visit.I like that because I will not fall through the system and be forgotten.

You try and call and after listening to their countless messages (One stating they are open 7 days a week) and then they can not be bothered to answer the phone. You drive down there with a sick kid and find out despite the massive open sign in the window....they never even bothered to show up and are closed. Shameful behavior for those running an essential resource in our communitys health. Guess their partnership with LRGH is rubbing off, next they will spend millions on a new staff break room and then file for bankruptcy.

I’ve used Clear Choice in Alton and in Belmont a number of times, for broken ribs, pneumonia Covid tests. The service has always been efficient, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

ClearChoiceMD is convenient with several locations. Have normally had good experiences with them with the exception of the Covid pandemic. The Doctors have always been great even during Covid. But the nurses make you feel inadequate lately... I’d been sick for days, went in for a Covid test and the nurse put a swab barely in the start of my nostril and swirled it for maybe 2 or 3 seconds. I thought it was weird because other people who have been tested have told me the swab goes in deep and they swirl it around for closer to 15 seconds. I’m concerned the tests they are doing aren’t done properly due to the high demand, and if the samples aren’t taken properly if it will affect the test results.

We were blown away by the care we received what helped was their excellent process. Efficient and safe in the time of Covid. I recommend it highly.

First experience with Covid testing was teriffic.Now people are waiting over 3 hours for a covid test. What happened to the online scheduling of appts?. That was great. In addition, no local number available to the public to contact this particular branch. Please fix this.

Both visits I had to ClearChoice were exceptional experiences! From the warm welcome I received from the receptionist to the nurse to the MD or NP, everyone was extremely attentive, informative, competent, and just downright nice. I felt in really good hands!

Past experience has been ok. Most recent experience was Covid testing 2 weeks ago. Have not received any correspondence on the test results despite being told I would receive in 3 to 5 days. As well, every time I call, I have held on the phone for hours with no answer. Still waiting. Test results are useless now.

Went in for a flu shot. Very busy so had to wait for a short while. Staff was kind, courteous and professional.

My wife and I just flew in from Fl and we are only going to stay for 2 weeks. Since we would like to travel around New England we wanted to get tested for Covid. For the first time in a while, even with out insurance I was treated like an actual patient and not just someones paycheck. They were super polite, and Ive had bad experiences in the past. They were very forward with how much it would cost, and what I need to do for further help.

Although the doctor was super nice and kind this is the first time I have ever feared for my life going into a dr apointment. I was holding back tears. Im not afraid of the covid and yes I go out to eat and to the stores. But when I entered i was faced with a small waiting area and a woman asking when she would get her covid results. The room was not big enough for her not to walk close to me when she left. Then a large group of college age students came in all asking for covid tests. When I asked the receptionist she said oh yes we are doing them all day. I said why cant they do a drive through instead of putting everyone in this small room? She responded with oh because we are in a mall. The mall has a huge parking lot that goes around the entire building that is no excuse. They didnt check tempretures, didnt ask if anyone was having any symptims. Just tossed all pations no matter what they were being seen for in the same little waiting room. Why are people not waiting in cars? Why was this not offered? Very unprofessional and quite shocking. I wanted to run from the building but the lady had my licence and va medical card so I could not. Now what I just wait two weeks to see of I caught covid from clear choice? Im in shock!

Had a really great experience with the folks here. It was a busy day, at a busy hour (11/14/20, 11:30), and the staff were able to get me in & out (from registration to leaving the office) within about 45 minutes.

Everyone was efficient and professional. The office is clean and well-organized. Dr. Horton was knowledgeable and personable. The nurse who helped me with a pharmacy issue after I left was great, and even called back to close the loop of communication.

Being an American with a chronic health condition and no health insurance can be difficult at times. That being said, I have received more genuine compassion and care in my occasional visits to this facility than I have at any regular doctor or specialists office. Thank you all.

Everyone was great! I got some help that I needed on a ongoing gum infection due to some teeth that need to be pulled. I also got a few referrals on oral surgeons in the area and a prescription of antibiotics. I also like the fact that I was in and out of there pretty quickly. So I would like to say Thank you to the doctor that saw me and all the staff. I know where to go next time I have a medical situation, so thanks again!

I have had to visit this location twice. The first time my son was really sick and they got us right in and were all super nice and professional. They quickly got us results amd got him on antibiotics for walking pneumonia. The second time my daughter hit her head pretty hard at recess and again that saw her quickly did some tests to check for signs of a concussion, thankfully there were no tell signs so they gave me the info i needed to keep my eye out for. After both visits someone from the office called a couple days later to follow up and make sure everything was good. Such an amazing staff i highly recommend them if you cant get into your own doctors office.

Stacey and his assistant was were both great. My son was with us & talking up a storm to everyone. Stacey and his assistants just took it in stride with a smile and waited until my son stopped so they could then advise me of my results. Great group of people. We were in/out within ~45minutes which included x-rays and a brace.

Yes! Dr. Racicot was so wonderful to my daughter and to me! He really listened to her and assured her that she would feel better for her sleepover later this week. And then he brought her in a popsicle which made her day! I have literally told anyone who has asked how she is feeling about how wonderful he was to us! Thank you so so much!

Competent and caring

My son slipped off the dock and cut his foot pretty bad. Despite being a really busy day we were seen much quicker than I expected and were taken very good care of by Doctor Horton and nurse Meredith. Two thumbs up!
