I went there with my 2 year old daughter to get looked at for cold symptoms and was told that we had to wait til 3pm…. 12:30 in the afternoon we went, and were turned away. Not every cold, flu, or sickness is COVID! It’s ridiculous that this is the way our world is now because of the government. This isn’t even the first time for covid, it’s happened a few times before in the past, and was never hyped up like this. How can you be an urgent care if you turn away my 2 year old daughter. Disgraceful!

The facility was very clean; the staff were very efficient and very helpful. My daughter and I both needed care and we were visiting from another state. We found Convenient MD though a Google search and we were both very happy with the care we received! The physicians we saw were courteous and knowledgeable about our conditions. I would definitely recommend Convenient MD to anyone in need of medical care!!

My boyfriend was having trouble getting in to see his PCP for a number of concerns, so I suggested that he go to an Urgent Care facility instead and ended up bringing him to Convenient MD in Belmont. I sat in during his appointment and was very impressed by not only the facility, but also by everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the actual appointment. All concerns were listened to, and possible solutions were brought up and explained clearly, and all in a timely manner. Overall, excellent service.

I was treated exceptionally well by the staff and the Doctor. I believe his name was Mark Mavilla? The Dr. Was thorough, patient and kind. These are qualities of Professional people.

Everyone there was super nice! Also PA Ernest (pretty sure thats his name) had the nicest way about him! What a lovely human being!!

I had to bring my mother there. But first I went to the Laconia ER if the woman at the desk told us there is a long wait I would have left and brought her directly to convenient MD. but no they put us in a room for 3 hours and not one person came in to check on us. We walked out. And I brought her convenient MD Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Especially mark. I would definitely recommend they skip the ER and just go directly to you.Thank you mark.

Front desk staff is always courteous. This is the second time Mark has been able to remove foreign objects from my eye. Mark has been great at providing service and information. Wait time was very reasonable so I didnt waste my whole day. Overall a very good experience.

I was happy to discover Convenient MD. They made it possible for me to get a Covid test on time to Boston Medical. They were so helpful and got the job done. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I hate everything there is to do with going to see a medical person. So much so that my injury happened in February and I just went this morning. My PA, Jillian, was terrific! She made me feel as if I was the only person who she was seeing today. Hopefully you get to experience what I did.

I went to ConvenientMD Urgent Care for a medical issue. I was treated professionally by R.Baluch,PA-CI was listened to carefully and received a thorough exam. A diagnosis was made and the treatment was carefully considered. I was sent to a specialist that ConvenientMD recommended, but, I was given medication to help with my symptoms right away. Although I doubted that the medication would help, I took it and found it quite helpful in the interim while I waited to see my specialist.This was the second time I have gone to ConvenientMD in 2 years and both times I have received quality care.Thanks for being there!

The doctor refused to give me a COVID PCR test because she claimed that false negatives are not possible with rapid tests. I ended up getting a test at another clinic on the same day and my PCR test came back negative. Had I listened to this doctor I would have wasted 10 days quarantining.

I truly appreciate how welcome they make my daughters and I feel. There is one staff (can’t remember her name, but she wears camp crocs) and she has made both my girls feel so comfortable while we are there. My girls get scared at doctors, but she makes them feel safe and worry free.

I am so happy that last Sunday I decided to not wait until my Drs office would be open on Monday and went to this Convenient MD Urgent Care. The staff here is amazing and very nice and helpful. I got to see someone right away and my problem was quite important that I did. I was met by the Doctors Assistant and she took care of me. She was amazing, she examined me, took sample, and once diagnosed, gave me a prescription and it took care of the issue. I could not say more about how wonderful this place is. I worked with health care for most of my life, and the people working at this Convenient MD are top shelf.

They charged my wife for her COVID vaccine despite the fact that the vaccine is supposed to be free of charge in this state. They have been doing this to a number of people and using codes that get the fees automatically declined by insurance.

The two young women and the nurse that I saw were all friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was incredibly clean and set up very safely. The check in process was efficient and safe.

My husband needed to go to an urgent care and this was the closest one which was an hour way. It closed at 8pm and we got here at 7:50 and an employee was locking the door and when we called, wouldnt you know it, no answer.

Great service! The lady taking temps at the door, didnt make me feel awkward, when I walked in. (She was busy checking someone elses temp). Kudos to her! She gave me a minute to figure it out. The lady entering my data and taking my payment was kind. The PA grabbed the PDR, to decide which anti-biotic would work best for me. Given, that Im allergic to one, and dont tolerate another well. I was glad to have the antibiotics to take home, given the holiday weekend. Thanks guys! Nice job. Ill return when the need arises.

I was very nervous about going to urgent care since Im an LNA that takes care of seniors I am super cautious. But , they are doing it right here! They screen you at the door check your temp if you dont have a mask your given one . Your required to wear it properly at all times this is important to me . Seats are blocked providing social distancing. Very friendly staff . Will not hesitate to go back 😀

Despite the fact that I reported an exposure and symptoms this establishment would not provide a rapid test. The provider Rebekah Balch did not show compassion even though I explained that my 85-year-old in-laws were arriving at my home. There are many other establishments that will gladly provide a rapid test given the described Situation.

I just waited 2 hours to be seen for swelling in my ear. Swelling that people can see with a flashlight, swelling that I can feel with my own finger. My ear canal is definitely different on the left side than it is on the right side. The woman looked at it twice with an otoscope and said nothing was wrong. I told her the swelling must be obvious if I can feel it and others can see it. She said maybe try an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. Thank you for wasting 2 hours and $150 because I dont have insurance. What a complete joke.

Yes, Scott and Mark were excellent in caring for me and answering my questions. But from the website I had trouble understanding how your system works. By talking with a staff member I realized that your system for assigning a time Id arrive means nothing. In actuality, you only have a first come 1st served system. You should change your website. Such a lovely experience with everyone in the front who are always so pleasant and courteous. Such a stark contrast to the doctor on duty. Ive seen her twice, and each time shes been needlessly rude and brash and unhelpful. (I have social anxiety and may have cried afterwards.) The (definitely) last time I was there, I paid for an exam that wasnt given, and asked to check specific things that were not checked or even addressed. I understand there are other patients to get to, but I ended up paying the equivalent of a months worth of bills to be told to go see a doctor.

All were VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL ... great bunch of people and the best, quickest medical place Ive ever been.. definitely would return when needed

Convenient MD will not let you receive covid test if they’re any problems with your insurance unless you set a cover charge of $150 dollars, have had this multiple times happen even though I clearly have insurance and was sick, very disappointed on how this place treats people.

We ALWAYS prefer to go to ConvenientMD for our urgent care needs. The nurse we saw first (Liz?) was fantastic and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. And the nurse practitioner that we saw (Mark) was very thorough. Everyone we talked with was extremely personable. This is the first time we’ve visited the Belmont location but as always, we had a wonderful experience.

Everything went really smooth and all of the nurses were really friendly. They made my son feel at ease and visit was pleasant !

I cannot say enough about the excellent service and care which I received at the Belmont Convenient MD. The facility was spotless, and Covid protocols were clearly in place. Although they were busy, they were able to fit me in. Everyone, including the office staff, nurse, CNP, and x-ray technician were patient, kind and professional. My entire appointment, including check in, x-rays and treatment took less than an hour. Thank you!!!! Update: The CNP called today to make sure that I was able to get an appropriate referral for follow up. Amazing staff, thank you!

I had to bring my son to Convenient Care last night and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. From the cleanliness of the facility to the friendliness of the staff, I couldn’t have been happier. The doctor and nurse that took care of my son treated us both with the utmost respect and understanding. The doctor displayed genuine care and compassion and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for us!

Nice big clean and comfortable waiting area, wide open and bright. I was greeted right away and checked in. The part I hate the most about going to a new clinic is all the paperwork but I wasn’t even handed a single document to fill out. I simply sat with the friendly receptionist she asked me standard questions and entered the information directly into the computer I signed electronically and then within a few minutes I was with an LPN getting seen. I’ll definitely come here again in the future.

Everyone was professional and proficient. I got there early because I tried to get my test the night before and you were at capacity. Kudos to them all for showing up and doing their jobs during this crises.

I visited the convenient care center in Belmont N.H The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I received a very friendly greeting when I checked in and the process was quick, easy and very efficient. I was taken to the exam room very quickly. I was treated with care and respect. I truly felt my care was very important to the staff and I left feeling 100% satisfied with my treatment.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Did not have to wait long at all. Thought they had imaging machine to check my potential hernia but they did not. I would definitely go back but know know what they can/can not do.

The staff are extremely friendly and service was excellent. They make sure to ask if you have any questions and provide thorough explanations.A radiologist had to review X-rays so instead of making us wait, the provider called us back directly. Very personable and highly recommended.

Rushed my grandson there with a burn to his hand and without his insurance card on me, or $250 they couldn’t help me!!!! A screaming 2 yo in pain and you ONLY cared about $250!! My experience at ConvenientMD Urgent was perfect. You are greeted at the door and your temperature is taken. ( those with symptoms stay in their cars) The waiting room is huge so social distancing can be done. From there you go to a receptionist to give your information and what kind of help you need. I met with a practitioner who asked a background of general health Questions and we had several phone calls to follow me through the problem. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this if your doctor is not available.

Today today is November 29th and at around 3:30 I cut my arm pretty bad so I called up Urgent Care in Belmont I traveled from Gilmanton all the way to Urgent Care almost a half hour while driving on the phone listen to recording as I walked into Urgent Care two females were hanging around behind the desk no one answering phones told me they were full. All I needed was a tetanus shot I use my own butterfly to close the wound they would not do that advise me to go to emergency room. So I decided to wait till the next day to call my doctor for the shot I was very very surprised. I thought you was there to help

First urgent care Ive been to where the staff was honest, friendly, and timely!

I brought my son first thing in the morning due to symptoms of strep throat. The facility is beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and professional. We were seen quickly and the nurse and the doctor were both amazing with my son. They gave him a freeze pop for his throat at the end as well as toothbrushes for the entire family to change out after his positive strep test. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this location!

My son had a bad ear ache due to wax build up and they were all amazing!! He wanted to go across the street, but I told him no I wanted to go here. After they fixed him up good as new 😊 he said...mom I only want to come here from now on! The staff was extremely nice, very clean and spacious rooms and waiting area. Have taken my 93 year old mother to ConvenientMD Urgent Care in Belmont, NH twice now and each experience could not have been better. My Mom has hearing and vision issues and they were excellent at accommodating these issues. The team evaluated her and processed her in and out very efficiently. Both my Mom and I would highly recommend ConvenientMD Urgent Care in Belmont.

Mark the NP that saw me was very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. The nurse that checked me in and did my vitals was very attentive and friendly.

This place is SO MUCH BETTER then any other ER or urgent care we have ever visited! The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly! VERY CLEAN!!! We were in and out very quickly! And Im not sure if they EVER have a wait but in the event that they do, they have a K-cup machine, bottled water, juice and snacks you can help yourself to while waiting.. which is fantastic! As a mother who has endured the experience of having to bring my child to the hospital , I def know how great it is for them to offer something like this! (because kids are ALWAYS hungry or thirsty, especially when their bored! LOL. )Im so happy that they opened their facility up not too far from home!You guys are awesome!

ConvenientMD Belmont was fast, helpful and thorough in treating my ankle sprain. I was seen immediately and each person I talked to was pleasant, helpful and seemed well versed in their job. I was able to get questions I had answered. The on-site XRay meant I did not have to go somewhere else. They were even able to move everything online to a follow up orthopedic office AND schedule me an appointment there! Thank you, ConvenientMD Belmont!

The facility is beautiful and all the staff was so nice! Everyone was so friendly, and not only did they help me with exactly what I needed, but they provided me with the gauze, medical tape, and antibiotic ointment that I needed to take care of my wound. 100% will be going back again the next time I have a medical issue!

Its flu season and everyone is sick. I Have visited this 4 times, since they opened this convenient location for me.The first 3 visits are were great, clerk, nurses Ns doctors, my last visit was a complete different story. Completely 180 degrees on service and friendliness.No doctors note provided for my child for absence and completely rude when asked for it.I guess as well as any other establishment, it all depends on the people that currently there. BEFORE MY LAST VISIT. I would have rated this as 5*, but again, it was terrible the way we were treated.Not sure if I would go back, but If I did in would love to get the same people that were working when they opened the location.

I burned myself really bad and they helped me really fast. And were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place they were very professional. The nurse I had was great made sure I was well taken care of and the nurse practitioner was also very caring.

I was at convenientMD yesterday, it was very clean inside. All of the medical technology was new and up to date. The staff was lovely. The triage nurse went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. It was very quick, no wait time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

My daughter was so much in pain they were really helpful with taking care of her pain. The staff was really nice and helpful and got to the problem really fast. And now my daughter is getting antibiotics and pray she gets better. Thank you so much for understanding.

I recently brought a friend in. The new location is so clean, provide snacks (great if you bring kids waiting!) the waiting room could use reading materials. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The nurse helped walk my friend to the car and I would absolutely recommend this office.

All they cared about was COVID. I went in for high blood pressure and they tested me for COVID even though I had 0 symptoms. When the DR. Came in she assured me that I didn’t have COVID-19..... boy, what a relief 🤔 of course I didn’t... I have 0 symptoms but could you eczema in my high blood pressure episode? She basically told me yes it was high, and that they weren’t going to be treating me today, that maybe I have a virus.... not COVID, but she doesn’t know what and good luck to me!Not impressed. Not treated. Not going back

The service was great and the nurses were super friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate the fact that I didnt have insurance. They also got me In and out fairly quickly.

I was there for a pre-employment physical and tests. The staff there, especially the “two Jens” in reception were great! They made me feel welcome and got me in and out in an hour! They were both new, as this location has only been open for a few weeks, but they were knowledgeable and pleasant and efficient. I’m a nurse and have worked in many facilities during times of change and have heard medical staff tell patients that they were “short staffed “ or that “this is a new computer system “, etc, making excuses for the controlled chaos that was happening, but these ladies, the nurses and the PA, were on point!! Great job guys !! I’ll definitely recommend ConvenientMD to my colleagues and friends!!

The staff in the Belmont Convenient MD are fabulous!!!! I went to the one in Concord when my son was diagnosed with the flu a few days prior and the staff were rude and judgmental. I left work early and decided to go to the one that just opened in Belmont. The staff were kind and friendly. Everything was clean. I totally recommend going to the Belmont one! I am very impressed with this location and how much of a different experience I had.
