We were sent to this clinic by our Primary Care physician. My mom is 81 and she was very nervous. It was the very end of their very busy day. Roxanne treated my mom with patience and kindness. That continued with each staff member. They were kind and cheerful and took amazing care. I cant thank them enough.

Be warned this Clinic fails to respect patient privacy, obviously lacking in HIPPA training and compliance. Office Manager refuses to provide last name. PA may be charming, but demonstrates poor diagnostic skills.HIPPA requirements, Office Manager refuses to give her last name.

If you want to be told to wait your turn in YOUR CAR for about 1 hr and actually wait for 3hrs this is the clinic for you 🙌

Pretty sure they try their hardest to provide meme-scale horrible service. Go somewhere else, they are worth neither the time nor the money, unprofessional and unreliable... Like all of the people who failed their medical pursuits rallied up under the same roof to provide care. Yikes

Horrible my son broke his hand and they wouldnt splint it there for whatever reason. Sent is to the er currently awaiting almost 3 hours for a freaking splint really unnecessary as the nurses here said why were we even sent her for a splint when they could of done there.

Ive had nothing but excellent care here. My surgeon is fantastic and takes the time to really listen, if it it means hes running a bit late sometimes. His nurse is fabulous. The patient portal messaging is a great tool when you just have a quick question. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is that the wait can be longer than expected, so allow for that. Otherwise, Ive been well taken care of.

Whats to say? Youll be lucky to see your Dr. for 5 minutes out your allotted 15 appointment. The Dr. comes in blind, having not reviewed your case beforehand, asks some questions, pays no attention to what you tell them, and in less than two minutes reaches a decision that will have severe consequences to your future well-being. Wow.

Unfortunately I was not surprised to see so many bad reviews concerning this office. The elder receptionist was astoundingly abrasive and rude. After my father had been left waiting for an hour he asked her when he was going to be seen. She readily verbally accosted my father. She kept insisting that he had his appointment time wrong and hadnt been waiting that long, when he showed her his apt confirmation she replied, Oh, youre going to be one of those are you. She would not allow him speak but kept reiterating that he had only been waiting for 30 minutes and not one hour because he didnt know his appointment time.I have been a medical receptionist for years. I have never seen someone act so unprofessionally. She was condescending, hostile, and rude. That PeaceHealth has someone so completely inappropriate and ill mannered as their receptionist says a great deal about how they view and treat their patients.

Absolutely the very best orthopedic group in the area. Great service, friendly and accommodating staff, and excellent surgeons. My wife and I have had a number of complicated procedures with excellent results.

It’s a walk in clinic, it’s going to be busy. We have always been seen in a timely manner and treated well. We have been in for my kids and thinking we were coming in for something minor and realizing he had a small fracture after an X-ray was ordered which we never would have known otherwise because it was so small. They are very qualified and thourough. They listen to you and do their best to help relieve your symptoms and get you to a better place than when you came in.

The staff here are extremely rude! The first time I went there they forgot about me in the waiting room it was two hours before I even got out of there. I only was able to speak to the doctor for three minutes who was really rude. I decided 13 weeks later to give them another chance and scheduled an appointment at 8 o’clock I had to be at work at nine thought for sure an hour was long enough!? NOPE! Worst place to go

PeaceHealth Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is synonymous with the medical joke - quack in a box. The office staff is rude and abrasive, and quite honestly the physicians are worse. Patient Concern is almost nonexistent, and your opinion, thoughts, and physical pain you have expressed does not matter because You couldnt possibly know as much as I do when it comes to your care, according to the physicians. My veterinarian has a better bedside manner and more successful surgeries than these near-do-wells. I truly wish I would have looked more closely at other more experienced doctors and orthopedic options.

I went in for a sprained ankle and the office was extremely busy. Like, overflowing with people. They had a notice on the door explaining that wait times would be longer than normal due to high volume of patients.I had to wait a while to receive care, but the staff was very friendly and reassuring during my wait. They also provided a snack and some water to those of us stuck sitting in the waiting room. When I met with the doctor, he was kind, thorough, and although he was very busy with the influx of people needing care, he didn’t rush through my visit and make me feel unattended to.

The reason Im giving this institution a one is because when I initially called in the office wrote down the wrong side of the body that I had the injury and the doctor did not listen to things I had to say as far as the problems that I was having. I was given no medication and very little treatment plan. I am now having to go back to a different orthopedic surgeon to get a proper treatment plan and possible surgery because of what was not addressed at this office. I cant recommend them at all.

Very rude staff tried to call to verify a scheduled appointment and was told that I would have to reschedule cause I wouldnt make it on time (my scheduled apt was in 10 min, although I only lived 3 minutes away) after being on hold for 7 minutes,reception than stated that I must reschedule, very rudely and than made tried to make it my fault as a missed appointment. There attitudes stink simply put.. The reception needs a class on how to treat a human with compassion which is a huge thing that they lack!

Waiting over an hour for my Dad to be seen, still waiting. We dont use walk in clinics, he has a Dr but all emergency slots filled by 8:30 when I called. I feel like its a cop out to send an established patient to a walk in clinic! Also the receptionist wants to know whats wrong and your symptoms. I heard all about all the other people. Great patient confidentiality!

I came in after throwing up every hour for 10 hours. I was treated with compassion, kindness and the best care possible. I came in wanting to cry and left feeling so much better. The RNs, CMA and PA who took care of me were some of the kindest and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. Thank you for taking care of me!

I wanted to give a positive shout out to the Peacehealth Walk-In clinic by the hospital. Made an appointment online, was taken back 2 minutes past my appointment time - then a thorough, quick but friendly check in with the nurse, followed by a 3 minute wait for my doctor, Joshua Coates. He was kind, listened to everything I had to say, gave me options on whether I needed an x-ray or not instead of pushing me to do what he wanted; then gave me my prescriptions and I was on my way. I also needed help with my insurance numbers for the pharmacy, and the front desk secretary at the walk in went above and beyond to help me find them. The whole process took 25 mins. I would highly recommend this location.

Waited for over an hour to be told. I need I.V. Fluids and more tests then was told going to the E.R. Would be faster. Ive been in the E.R. For almost 3 hours and still havent received treatment. Dont know if they were afraid or unmotivated but Ill disway anyone I know from going here.

Only reason it got a star was to leave a review. If it ever came down to certain death or visit this place, id choose death.The staff was utterly rude. Talking loudly about otjer patients issues not to mention a degortory comment. The Dr. Flat out told me it would be a waste of money to take any extra pictures of my knee and PT would be best.Mind you, Id already been active and nothing was happening. Id tried everything the Urgent care told me and he didnt bother responding. I then got referred to PT again.Still not in PT because I can barely walk. A month later still no solution.But there is nothing wrong at all with my knee.

I had my surgery a few years back. Total nightmare. The doctors that I had contact with were incredibly rude beyond measure and I certainly would never go back. Horrible experience. Zero stars. The surgeon I had still works there and would not by any means suggest going to this office!

Staff professional, courteous, go out of their way to solve patient/doctor issues in timely fashion.

The other reviews have me curious if people are confusing this clinic with another one. I’ve received nothing but excellent care here, from the reception staff, nurses, doctors, and PA’s. They are efficient, friendly, and offered more styles of x-rays and comparisons than another clinic I went to for the same injury. One receptionist even printed me a list of in-network PCPs which was really above and beyond. Overall it seems like the people who work here really care about their patients. I think some people take out their body’s response to injury out on the care providers.

Love the fact i can go into walk in clinic when its convenient for me and my kids.

Very unwelcome feeling place. No smiling or small talk I could see. Impersonal service. Doctor was good and nice enough but I felt really rushed.

Well my visit was to quick. My questions didnt get answered at first. Felt rushed. Only spent a few minutes with a very busied Dr. Had 2 breaks in foot but no surgery? Its a spiral fracture too. So put in another boot. No directions on whether I could get back to work. Im confused. My foot is asleep in boot so went back in to see nurse had appt for 2:15 and had to ask for the 3rd time by 3pm whats up? And was seen in 1 min after that for 2 minutes to say put ice and put leg up high. And numbness should go away. NOT AT ALL. This is day day 24. I shouldnt have numbness still. A little swelling still. So? Now what?

I just called to be rudely answered with Hes busy. How can I direct your call. Then hung up on.I had a question about if you accept Tricare.

Not friendly staff and waited over an hour to see a docotor for a whole 3 minutes. If it was up to me I wouldn’t be going back there ever again.

Received very poor aftercare following a surgery. Supervisor notified but ineffective and never followed up or cared about her staffs employees mid level and medical assistants both. Care seems to be falling apart over time
