Worst service. Expects patients to go without their medicine for days at a time. Makes an appointment for me then cancels it when ill already be without my medicine for a week. Finding a different doctor..

The receptionist at this office are always horrible. They have disgusting attitudes and definitely need to be replaced with people that have great customer service skills and know what the words professional and caring means, this is a doctors office.

I love this place, the staff are friendly, they help you with your every needs, they work with your scheduled to get you in.

I have had my nurse fail to call in my prescription. I called and left a message to remind her and never received a call back. I called a second and time and told the receptionist about the issue and was connected to the nurse. The nurse placed blame on the psychiatrist for not getting the perscription to her. Regardless of fault, I missed several days of medication due to their neglect. Second incident now is leaving two messages with Dr. Gopinaths nurse about my refill and getting no response. At thispoint I left a message with customer service which I am not inclined to do, but this is rather urgent. We all know the seriousness of missing doses. Amazingly within minutes I received a call from the receptionist who said she would give my I formation to the nurse (this will be her third notification). I do not feel this practice cares about their patients.

If i could give no stars I would terrible staff been waitng months for my app to keep getting cancelled or reschedule. Keep saying they set up transportation but on the day of appts cant go cuz they didnt set it up. JUST AS WORSE AS THE CENTERVILLE IL OFFICE. Unprofessional dumb ass workers

Receptionist are so unprofessional, nurses (Marsha) NEVER answers calls not gives call backs I cant always come in to the office for conerns and inquiries because I work nearly the same hours as the clinic...its such a major inconvenience
