Dr. Walker is great. She takes the time to get to know her patients and provides quality care. The staff has always been polite and professional when I am there. When I have an acute problem I often see the nurse practitioner- which O do not have a problem with. The nurse practioner has always been good.

If youre an anti-masker or anti-vaxxer, this is your doctors office. If youre someone who takes this pandemic seriously, STAY AWAY. I visited yesterday and not aDe single person, doctors included, were wearing masks even though its mandated by the state. I reported them to the St. Clair County Dept of Public Health and I encourage you to do the same if youve experienced this. Ill be finding a new PCP that takes this pandemic seriously and doesnt treat COVID like a religion that requires belief.

I have been a patient here for over 36 years. And while my original physician retired, I have had very good care from my current physician and PA. The staff is kind and quite efficient and they keep wait times to a minimum. I also use their lab for blood draws as needed even with other doctors lab requests because they are just that good!

Dr. Hitchcocks staffs care for my father has been horrible. They are rude and negligent. I called to complain about his care yesterday, and the nurse, Jacie, hung up on me. I have left multiple voice mail for the office manager, Marcia Dunker, who coincidentally has left a 5 star review for the office on this page.

Primary care physician is never available. You will only be able to see a nurse practitioner.

I love my doctor & the nurses. They take care of a lot of people. And they are people also with feelings. If you dont like them go somewhere else & wait 4-5 hours to see a doctor. Im been happy from the 1st day of walking in.❤🦋

I had doctor David Norman for 21 years. From the day I was born until the day I turned 21. He was amazing. I was scared to have to get a new primary doctor because of places like this. I’ve never actually met doctor Hitchcock, even though I’ve been here 5 times. The NPs & nurses are so snotty. Sometimes I’m hesitant to even call to make an appointment because they make you feel so minuscule & unimportant on the phone. I dealt with it for 1 year because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting a new primary, but today I’ve had enough. I’ve yet to have ONE good experience here. I refuse to keep giving them my money. Don’t waste your time. There are a saturation of doctors/offices waiting to ACTUALLY care for you and also make you feel like you matter to them, this is not the place.

They do not wear masks. I am appalled. My 94 year old mother and I had ours on. It was the first time she was out of lockdown from her LTC facility. I told them our masks protect them and they should wear masks to protect us. The receptionist told me they don’t have sick people come in, but no one attempted to screen us in anyway. It got worse from there. I was told that the medical director doesn’t “believe” in using masks. Geez. I guess he had a “hunch” Arrogance

Horrible staff! I’ve been sick for three day and I call to get an appointment when I ask to see doctor Abel the nurse kept asking me “what’s your problem” she put me on hold for 20 minutes then got back on the phone and again asked what my problem was. Then she disconnected me. So when I tried to call back they kept hanging up on me. Time to find a new doctor.

Staff is always courteous and helpful. They always have same day openings and are open most Saturdays. This is wonderful when you work or have children with crazy schedules!

The staff is rude and billed me for a sick visit when it should have been a wellness visit. The receptionist told me I had to lie to my physician and tell him everything was fine or I would be billed for a sick visit.

The nurses are rude when I call and do not tell me any helpful information. I needed an MRI screening and told me to set it up. But they never sent the order in for me to do that.Just unprofessional.
