Miss Cynthia is very easy to talk to. I get a very comfortable vibe every time I see her. Even though Im still quite reluctant to face certain problems I have, Im confident Cindy will help me work through them (even though Im definitely not the ideal patient. 😁).

Dr. Aregood is always there for me. She’s helped me at times that I didn’t even have an appointment. She truly cares about her patients and wants to get to know who they are as a person rather than just a patient. She always asks about my family and remembers everyone’s name. I’m immensely thankful to have her as a confidant.The staff and nurses are pretty awesome as well. Always friendly and patient.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, had my temperature taken per CDC protocol, and registered to be seen for my appointment. The wait wasnt long at all! Dr. Palmer is a gift to her craft! She was attentive, listened, and asked questions. She was genuinely concerned about my health and wellness. This was my first visit to Dr. Palmers office and certainly wont be the last. I am thankful to her and the staff at SIHF in Belleville.

Tiana Leonard is very friendly and it seems like she actually tries to understand where ur coming from and wants to help u. Ive had alot of bad experiences with these kinda docs before and I think what sets her apart is she communicates with u. Shell tell you what she can or cant do, if shes not totally sure about something she looks into it. And u work out a plan together. I wont spout that since seeing she her Im 100% cured or something but shes given me back hope for myself and the ability to start trusting ppl in her profession again.

I’ve been seeing Englejohn for about 2 years now and he’s amazing!!! He’s informative and makes sure you are comfortable etc. he made having my second a great experience with it being a repeat C.. Natalie is awesome and so sweet too.

Precautions are taken before entering the office! The front desk clerk is friendly and polite. I did not have a long wait time! Dr. Yee is an amazing doctor. He is awesome to speak with about any concerns or concerns!

Dr. Argood is the best. She helped my mental problem with giving me the correct medicine. She is always very sweet on the phone and in person. She makes you feel you can tell her anything. She does not judge you at all.

I rate them at NO STARS but apparently you have to give them one or the post doesnt work.. When you call, the phone is answered before it rings and the line is silent. About every 20 seconds you get a sorry for the wait recording. I waited for about 20 minutes for someone to answer to make my appointment for a COVID-19 test. I called on a Friday and thought I had an 8:45 AM appointment. I showed up. What I HAD was a 8:45 time that someone would call to make an appointment. My appointment was for 12:45 that day. Got my test -- a throat swab, not up my nose -- and was told 2 days to a week for results. I guess its going to be a week or more!! My wife has been tested by another agency 3 times prior to her hip replacement and her sleep study and each time results were 2 days or less. My sample was on Monday, I called on Thursday to inquire. My test was pending but they emailed me a patient link do I would get the results. I called again Friday. They said the lab was slow. I go back to work on Monday and Id like to know if Im positive before that! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! RUN AROUND SHOULD BE THEIR NAME!!

So glad i went here. Called office and waited on hold maybe 15 minutes before talking to a lady for an appointment the very next morning. Got to the building where u wait in line in your car. A nurse comes out once you call and the nurse both times have been so sweet and great. You roll down your window for a throat swab. She pokes into the very back of your throat for a few seconds, its not even as unpleasant as some procedures at the dentist. Just a little gagging. Abd then youre done!! I got a call with my results within 4 days. Cannot thank them enough for being so easy!!

Kelsie Biagi is a wonderful doctor. She very nice and thorough with her patients.

Very disappointed. I went for the Covid 19 test a week ago and still have not heard from them. Nurse said four days. I went on Wednesday last week and it is Wednesday again. Called and waited 30 mins before I reached someone that took my phone number and said someone would call back. So far, set at home for a week and I do not know if I am wasting my time. By the time I get my results I may be dead. The time delay for the test results makes this test worthless.

The front desk is terrible. They absolutely never answer calls and they’re incredibly rude. Anytime I call this office I’m on hold for hours then get hung up on. Any time I’ve come into the office all the receptionists do is talk on their personal phones with their AirPods in, gossiping. I love the doctors in this office but they need to get new front desk people asap.

Very professional and nice staff very clean facilities and a wonderful Doctor keep up the excellent work.

Dr. Argood has been an essential part in maintaining my mental health.

Very difficult to make an appointment. Usually on hold a minimum of 30 mins. The only reason I gave it 2 and not 0 is bc of dr Hobby. He actually cares unlike some of the other drs in that office.

The doctor is good im satified with him its the wait time of scheduling an appointment..thats very sad to wait an hour for some one to answer the phone my cell phone died calling that doctors office it can be important even the pharmacy hate calling that place

Dr. Gorthy is the most heartless doctor I’ve ever met. He rushed through all of my sessions making it very obvious that he doesn’t care to listen. He played on his phone more than he made eye contact with me. He tried to put me on an expensive medicine that has no generic brand.. he knew I couldn’t afford it and that there were better options for me. Inconsiderate.I almost lost my job after being put on a medical leave, because he REFUSED to do a little paperwork for me. I saw 2 other doctors and a therapist that couldn’t help me because it required a psychiatrist. I visited him twice and practically begged him to help me get back to work. He looked at me with the coldest, most irritated eyes. Then the office had the audacity to charge me. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE FOR HELP.

This place is a joke. Called 2 months ago was told I had an appointment scheduled then one month ago got a phone call saying my appointment has been rescheduled. I called and was told it would be another two months before I could see a doctor. Then I got a phone call saying I had a doctors appointment on the original date. So I took off work went to the doctors office only to be told that I dont have an appointment at all. How can a business operate like this? This is healthcare?

Waited for almost 2 hrs. I finally gets tired and go the register counter, only to be said that we werent even signed up, even though we were there for our appt on time. Been here several times, this by far is the worst experience.I gave 3 stars because the Ladies were nice about the situation.

Worst place ever!!! Do not go to palmer. I have been on my medication since i was in 2nd grade. I do not have a lot of time to put up with trying to get a script before i run out because i am in nursing school. Palmer is only there on certain days and I had left a message with staff saying i only have a few days left of my controlled substance and i cant be without it during nursing school considering i need to be able to concentrate. WEll it looks like they are gonna make me scramble last minute with a busy schedule. Literally only have 3 days left and they arent open on the weekend. Communication in this office is terrible. I dont even think they know what they are talking about because they said they would call in my medicine.....ummmm you cant call in a controlled substance.

They scheduled me to come in on Christmas Eve and the clinic was closed. Poor customer service and obviously not organized

I have been getting treatment at this location for some time. They have always been professional, every appointment we go over how things have been and discuss medication changes. This is the one location where I have actually stuck with a treatment and doctor. They made things convenient during the pandemic with appointments over the phone.10/30/2021Shorty after writing this review my psychiatrist left to a new location and the new one has a waiting list and I will not be getting my prescriptions refilled. There was no plan set in place to take me off the medication over time and will be going straight into withdrawal. This was the last thing I needed in my life right now.
