This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. Thank you to all of the staff, you guys are absolutely wonderful! I always had a pleasant experience and they truly listen to the patient. Thank you for everything!! Next time I’m in Illinois I’m coming to you guys only!!

I cancelled my first appointment due to my work schedule changing. As an on call employee I dont have the option of a fixed schedule. I called to reschedule and must have marked my appointment down for the wrong day. They do not send reminder calls and send extremely unprofessional dismissal letters. I would expect something more professional and it would be much easier if someone called to confirm appointments.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my 3year old and asked the receptionist at the time if his age would be an issue. She checked with someone and I was told it shouldn’t be a problem. Once I got to the appointment the dentist (who was very rude) didn’t even attempt to clean my child’s teeth. I was told there was also an issue with my insurance but when I scheduled the appointment the receptionist verified that the office accepts my insurance. I ended up paying $30 for absolutely nothing. No even an apology for wasting my time.

My name is Yolonda M. Well I had a not so great experience. I was in a lot of pain and in need of a family dentist as well.. First visit was on 7/10/2019 filled out the NPPW. I had a copay with my insurance of $7. I left my wallet at home and offered to have my husband to bring it or Ill go around the corner to get it. Front desk lady went and spoke with Dr. Farr came back they told me to reschedule. No other options was offered to me as I offered to them. I was turned away over $7 so I choose to take my family elsewhere. Not saying this office is a bad office. just a bad experience for me

Wont lie, the parking is kinda tight since its on the corner of a busy street, but they make up for it with their staff and professionalism! They are thorough in their exams and Im glad I switched over to them!Also, they take Aetna DMO as an insurance option.

For sleep apnea appliance, SHOP ELSEWHERE! I was fitted here for a sleep apnea appliance. It was over $2500. I found it at a corporate dental office in St. Louis (the name starts with Pre...) for approximately $800. My lesson learned here was that I should have shopped around first.The staff were all courteous, timely and performed their jobs as I would expect. I would give them five stars for that.But, I knew something wasnt right with the price when they presented me three mechanically very different options and yet they were all the same price. It didnt make sense. I just happened to choose the simplest of the three options and later found out from a friend in the dental industry that the lab that produces that item only charges $250. I realize that there were a few costs associated with taking an impression of my mouth, but not a ten times markup!!! Thats why I only gave one star. I really think I should have given less. In any case, I will not be going back to this office. The office where I finally found it charges $800 which I feel is still too much of a markup, but almost reasonable.Everyone, just shop around - it will be worth your time. You dont have to just call sleep apnea dentists. You might ask your regular dentist if they would be willing to order for you and at what cost.

Very friendly staff, but they are inconsistent with their communication at times. In my experiences, the wait times vary a lot too. They get you into a dental chair fast, but you may wait quite a while while your dentist sees other patients while in the middle of treating you. Also, if your dentist is too busy when you arrive, they sometimes send the other dentist to treat you. It became a bit too chaotic not knowing who I would get and how long I would be there.

My crown that I had done just two years ago is already loose and about to fall out, and because THEY and another dentist messed up an insurance thing, which had NOTHING to do with me, I have a collection agency calling me asking me for money... FOR new day family dental, even thoughTHEY admitted it was a issue beyond me, and that it shouldnt have happened. So now I have to pay for out of pocket to FIX the tooth they didnt fix well enough, and pay for the insurance mistake THEY made. With no effort on their part to try to help me resolve this issue.

Was a HUGE fan of the office and staff until they messed up an insurance claim and put it all on ME to pay for, even tho it was supposed to be covered. I see that seems to be an issue OTHERS have had with New Day, and they dont seem to care to help or try to resolve. Just send everything to collections. Beware.My dental work is also being criticized by my NEW dentist, who says it wasnt good work.

My insurance was switching and instead of giving me a call, I showed up for my appointment and they had cancelled it. Then I rescheduled, they billed my dad’s insurance (He passed away). Then months later, I got a letter from a collection agency.

They are always so nice and the visits are pleasant!
