I was having some serious tooth pain. I called in and the office got me in the same day. Dr Smith did a great job diagnosing the issue. Because of this it saved me from being sent out for a root canal that wouldn’t have helped me. He had advanced diagnostic tools. He summarized what he thought what the issue was and my options. His great explanation made it an easy decision. He took care of the problem that same appointment by pulling the tooth. When he finished pulling it I didn’t even realize he pulled it. I really appreciate Dr Smith helping me and relieving my pain. It was an answer to my prayer. My family and I have been going to Dr Smith since he started his practice.

I had a bad experience years ago at another dentist, so I’m always hesitant when I go. However, the staff and doctors at Dr Smith’s office are always professional, courteous and they have put my mind at ease. I can still be a white knuckle patient at times, but I have complete faith in the services provided by Dr Smith and his staff.

I would never return to this office. When I first went to this office to get a cleaning and a treatment plan it was around $650.00 now they broke it down into different appointments they telling me it’s over a $1,000.00. Also just left their office from 4 filling and a deep clean and in so much pain. I call to see if they send me some meds for pain and they no sorry just take some tynenol and try to stick out for the next couple of weeks. If you have a tooth infection or need any dental work that requires pain meds at this dentist office they will not give you nothing and please pay attention to your billing. They will never get my service ever again.

Ive been going here for years. Happy retirement Dr. Feder. The staff is nice and efficient. You can usually get in right away, or they will put you on a waiting list and ACTUALLY call you back. UPDATE: The new staff is not considerate at all. I was less than 10 minutes late, and they told me to reschedule my appointment. Since the staff change, it takes longer to be called back for service. I have to wait 15 minutes or more to be seen, but they have the audacity to cancel you after less than 10 minutes of being a late arrival. No consciousness of your time.

Not much help with emergencies. My son called up there in severe pain, and was told , no appointment until July!

Dr. Smith and his staff were great! Shannon was my dental hygienist and she friendly and very gentle. Wonderful experience!

This was an emergency appointment due to a tooth injury and I was and am very pleased with this office. From the onset of scheduling the appointment to the completion of it. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Very friendly! Never a long wait. Their office is clean, comfortable, inviting, and located in Downtown Belleville. I enjoy going there. They have an affordable plan for those who don’t have dental insurance that includes x-rays for first timers, bi-annual check-ups, and a percentage off any additional work needed.

Very good and professional. Very friendly folks here and they make you feel good about going back. I do have a fear of dental things but not here. They really work hard and definitely deserve the five star rating.

Great experience. Even for those with dental phobias. I had a root canal and it was painless. Dr. Smith is fast and efficient, not allowing time for fear of pain to set in. Yet he was attentive enough to ensure I liked the look before leaving. It was a pleasant dental experience. Marie, Nikki K, and Beth made me felt comfortable as well.

Dr Smith is an incredible dentist. I keep breaking the same tooth and he keeps fixing it. Pain? What pain? I’ve never experienced any pain while having dental work since coming to him. It took me too long to find a dentist this good but I certainly will continue coming to him. I will eventually have to have some teeth replaced. He never rushes me. He knows the timing must be right for me... not for him. And when I am ready he will be the dentist I will come to. I only gave him 5 stars because 6 was not an option.

Did not have to wait long for my appointment; got in a few minutes early, actually. Staff is very friendly, as well as Dr. Smith. When all was said and done I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my teeth feel nice and clean!

Dr Smith is amazing! I was terrified of dentists due to bad childhood experiences... UNTIL I was treated by Dr Smith & his staff! They offer nitrous for a fee, but even as anxious as I was, it was completely unnecessary. Dr Smith was finished before I knew it and the numbing shots/fillings didnt bother me a bit, all done without nitrous! This man knows his game and his staff members are equally gentle and calming too. The office is very well run & efficient with reminders available through text & email. I cant sing high enough praises for this dentist!

Laura always does a great job cleaning my teeth. I have gag issues and she is so kind and takes my x-rays as quickly as she can. I like both Dr. Feder and Dr. Smith. I always feel confident that all do a thorough job of checking my teeth and tongue.

They are always friendly, professional and are great at what they do. Always explaining what they are doing in an easy to understand manner and the options available. I am very comfortable with this office and both Dentists and staff! Been going there for over 10 years. Even though I moved back to Missouri, still go there.

This office is all the best youd want from a local, small-town dentist. They are family friendly, and go out of their way to schedule families with multiple children so they are seen in one visit, with as short a time spent overall as possible. No long waits in the waiting room, they keep to their schedule. The doctors and staff are easy to talk with, and make children and adults feel at ease. They do not try to up-sell add-on treatments or procedures, and when something is recommended, I 100% trust their opinions, and never feel pushed. They are reasonably priced, too. A great dental practice!

I saw Dr. Smith for the first time today and I really liked him. I usually see Dr. Feder, but he wasnt there on the day I needed to go, so I had to go with Dr. Smith and he is wonderful! The staff were great as always. Even after great care from Dr. Feders office, I am still somewhat fearful of dentists but they are always great at making sure I am very comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone. They are great with kids as well. My kids are grown now, but they started with Dr. Feder when they were about 4 and 6 and my kids actually thought going to the dentist was fun.

Cleaning & check up completed quickly and staff was friendly and professional . I was in and out in 45 minutes. 👍

One of the best dentist appointments Ive ever had! Dr.Smith was so nice! He calmed me down when he was about to give me the shot, always talking to me and making sure I was comfortable! I really love our dentist! I just took my daughter for her first visit. I however thought the fact that my appointment was made for a time when they are always closed for lunch was unprofessional. I got there 10 min early and waited another 30 for them to come back from lunch. No one seemed to care and the receptionist was rude. I felt our dentist was so great with my daughter and highly recommend him however.

Saw Dr. Smith for my first visit he was excellent as well as my hygienist named Terry. Check out procedure was very professional. Will definitely be a permanent patient of Dr. Smiths. Looking forward to second visit.

This is a great place to go to, but I had one big problem. After going for a regular check up, which i havent done in a long time, I was shocked before leaving that they said I was covered since I had Meridian. This was great until I got a bill in the mail. When I called up their the lady I had spoken to had told me that they dont except Meridian, which through me off completely because they had told me they do. I do not plan on going their ever again due to this fact. I dont mind paying, but dont tell me Im covered and then wait a couple of weeks to send me a bill in the mail.

I would say that Dr. Smith is awesome, if the bible didnt say that no one is awesome but God.. but Dr. Smith is truly amazing, I give him an A plus plus.. Id never had to have any major dental work on my teeth before, so i was terrified to learn that i had cavities, a split tooth that needed to be shaved and filled, and needed an extraction of the wisdom tooth. Dr. Smith took care of me, i did not feel not a single ounce of pain in any procedure.

I am very impressed with Dr. Smith. His techniques are up to date & he conducts himself very professional.

Went in for what I knew was going to be an extraction of a painful molar. Dr. Smiths nurse sat me down and immediately started to put me at ease with her calming tone and her positive attitude. I wasnt even in the chair for 5 minutes before Dr. Smith came in and we got started. He has one of the best bedside manner I have experienced with doctors of any kind, not just a dentist. He made sure all of my questions were answered and I felt no pain during the procedure. Before he left he gave me the normal call me if you have any questions or concerns. However when he realized we were going into a holiday weekend he came back and gave me his home and cell number. I have never had a doctor do that before. Definitely the best dentist Ive ever had and he gained a lifelong patient out of me today!

Dr. Smith and his associates are AWESOME! The quality of care is ridiculously high there thats super important for me being a medical professional as well as a patient, too. My first visit was excellent. Dr. Smith got me in early with a chipped tooth that was very irritating. The initial exam and cleaning were great. Unlike other dentists, they did not automatically try to think of several ways to upcharge me, instead they took care of addressing my dental needs after a thorough assessment. The staff were all very friendly. Their fees work excellently with Tricare for any military looking for a service.
