I have been a patient at Beltline dental for a few years and I have to admit, they are by far the best dentist office I have ever been treated at. The dentists are very knowledgeable and they break the medical terminology down so you fully understand whats going on.I will be honest and say that I hadnt been to them since 2019 when I was pregnant with my son. That was my fourth kid so after I had him, I was busy with work, school, and family. I neglected my oral hygiene. So finally, I called them because I was having pain in my mouth. There was no answer. I called them again, no answer. Silly me, I called during their lunch times and never left a message. So I ended up going to another dentist for one visit. I was a little skeptical and didnt go back. I finally called beltline back and left a message. They called me back and got me back in within a few days.I went today and got x-rays done, a cleaning, and a fluoride treatment. The hygienist took her time to examine my teeth and clean them. It was like heaven on earth. She asked me every few minutes was I okay which shows that she really cares for her patients. She was absolutely amazing. She gave me a goody bag and communicated effectively of what I needed to do in order to maintain my good oral hygiene. I do need some major work done but it was from work I didnt get done when I was pregnant with my son and I had a filling that came out in the midst. This is the first dentist Ive been to that has done work on my mouth to where I didnt have pain months after drilling and filling my teeth. I pray that they stay around for as long as possible. At this point, I dont think I can ever go to another dentist. They are superb.

Horrible experience with belt line dental.Went in for a exam, took exrays told me allMy teeth needed pulled. Pretty much all that was said In first visit.Set me up with a second visit, not knowing any details of their plans. My insurance was to cover $1000 per calendar year on extractions(roughly 7) teeth.I sat down for a second visit in the dentist chair and the dentist came in and I had asked him what are we doing today? His reply is oh we are pulling teeth today!!My reply was we are not pulling any teeth today because your staff hasnt gone over all of the pricing and the whole dental plan with me. he stated then that all they will do that here in just a few minutes. When I Got out of the chair I went to the front desk to ask them what the exact plan was because nobody has exactly went over the price of the extractions much less the price of the dentures.Much to my surprise I was going to have 7 teethPulled to return 6 months later to have my insurance cover another 7 teeth, leaving me with 10 teeth to deal with for another year. The cost of dentures was $5000 and my insurance only covered part of that. Never did they tell me these fees up front.Belt line dental is sending me a consultation fee of$50 and tacked another $20 late fee on top of thatFor sitting in their chair.Make sure you know the cost and their full intention with your plan before you go any further. They didnt tell me until I got up from the chair and went back to the front desk. They will never receive a payment from me. Guarantee it!!!!

I thought that I found a good dental office however, I told the lady on my first time coming that I had a cavity she tried to convince me that I didn’t. After they finished the cleaning they realized that, they didn’t know who I was (because I was a new patient).I never seen the dentist they just kinda rushed me out. Fast forward, 6 months I DID HAVE a cavity and then was told I would have to get a root canal. So, two weeks later I went to a different dentist and he told me that it was easily FILLABLE and found another one that I was never told about. I will not be back which is unfortunate because they’re close to home but I can’t have someone that either doesn’t care what they are looking for or doesnt care enough to tell the patient about it.

Everyone was very friendly and caring. The dentist who did the extractions was very nice and saw that I was as comfortable as possible during whole procedure. Price was reasonable. Overall a satisfactory visit.

I had a great experience here at Beltline Dental! The staff is phenomenally kind! Before this experience, I’ve always had horrible experiences at the dentist! This was my first visit here and they made me feel like family. I had two extraction procedures done yesterday and I am feeling wonderful today! You will not regret your decision to choose Beltline! This is my honest opinion!

I came into the office for a broken tooth and lots of nerves! But the staff was amazing and Dr. Andrew Monestero was very patient. One of the lovely ladies even offered to hold my hand. I will be returning with my family for all of our dental needs. Thanks everyone at the Beltline Dental office!

The reason for doing this review & rating this review as I have is due to the “billing” & not being informed of Dr. David G not being a provider within my insurance despite being told my fees was in-network fees. On March 4, 2019 I was told what my balance was. I knew that was impossible! I asked for a copy of my Account History, AH, & began comparing my AH against my Explanation of Benefits, EOB. This took me months to figure out & very time consuming!I found 5 discrepancies totaling an over charge of $2,100.00+ & only one has been resolved as of today. The dates are from 8/2018-3/2019.1 & 2- Two claims were submitted to my insurance with the “out of network” dentist performing the procedures. These two procedures were done in 8/2018 by my in-network dentist. I emailed Erin Jan 21, 2020 letting her know to resubmit these two claims & to let me know when she done this. I still have not heard from her as of today.3- A claim was submitted to my insurance for $113.00. My in-network fee was $50.00. Beltline Dental, BD, then debited my account an additional $32.00 for ADJ NETWORK FEE after my insurance paid the claim in full of $113.00. BD received $145.00 for a $113.00 claim that should have been $50.00. I questioned this & no reply back as of today.4-This claim was for the beginning procedures of my implant. After reviewing my AH, I was charged $1,204.00 over my in-network fee. This still isn’t resolved as of today.5- I was over charged $433.00 for another procedure. Until I brought this to Erin’s attention, my AH wasn’t credited.Since I don’t work in a dentist office, I didn’t know there were different meanings of “In-network”. When I’m told I’m being quoted “in-network fees, I think in-network fees within “my” insurance. I believe any patient would think the same thing. Even though I questioned my so called in-network fees ‘numerous’ times via email, I wasn’t informed until Jan 13, 2020 that Dr David was in-network with “Connections Fee”, CF. (The dentist can charge you whatever he/she wants to) CF isn’t in-network with my ins! Everyone at BD knew Dr David wasn’t in-network with “my” insurance prior to my implant & no one had the honesty or common courtesy to let me know. I have numerous emails with Erin telling me she quoted me “in-network” fees but “no mention” of CF until Jan 13, 2020. I saw Dr Dustin for “all” my procedures prior to my implant. Dr Dustin is in-network with my insurance. Someone at BD chose Dr. David to perform the beginning part of my implant which is the most expensive part. Since I was quoted in-network fees, I didn’t think anything of it.I’m “not saying” this has happened to any other patient but I would get a copy of your AH & do your homework. Compare your AH to your EOB’s. Make sure the dentist performing the procedures is in-network with “your” insurance. BD will not let you know. In 50+ years going to the dentist, BD is the only office to quote me in-network fees but wasn’t really in-network with my insurance. Who in their right mind would agree to pay $1,204.00 over their in-network fee for procedures with a CF dentist when there is an in–network dentist in the office to perform the same procedures? If I hadn’t been told my balance that day, I would have “never” known about these overcharges! A patient shouldn’t have to critique their bill. Since Dr David isn’t in-network with my insurance, he cost me $1,650.00+ above my in-network fee! I had to take a loan out and I’m not happy!I’m going to give it a month & see if BD takes the high road & does the ethical thing in honoring what I was quoted; in-network fees as I “understood in-network to be” or if the review I read on line by another BD patient is correct-Seems very business/money focused”I’ll update this post with the results. Hopefully I won’t have to take the next step.

I really miss Dr. Gross!! I also dont care for the new staff. This new Dr, Dr. Dustin is more of a salesman than a Dr. I always came 70+ miles to get dental work done because of the staff and Dr. Gross wouldnt beat around the bush and sell me things I didnt need! I will be finding Dr. Gross and seeing him in the future. Im done with beltline dental.

Really bad customer service. They cancelled my appointment and then proceeded to say I canceled this appointment. I did not cancel the appointment they did mistakenly and didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t try to work with me or around it and just looked like they could care less. Idk maybe it’s my skin color!
