Dr. Duaa Omar was very respectful however she did very little to clean my teeth because I refused to pay over $400 dollars just to clean my teeth.Ive been cleaning my teeth for decades with other dentists, who THOROUGHLY clean and REMOVE any plaques. I dont get charged hundreds of dollars for deep cleaning.When I refused Dr. Omars recommended deep cleaning and a host of other recommendations totaling OVER $1200, her attitude changed.After keeping me waiting over 30mins while she looked at my chart, she reluctantly came back, poked at my gums, then applied whatever she applied to clean my enamel - according to her.Procedure took approximately 6mins. No plaque was removed. I checked.Brushing my teeth at home, was better than wasting my money and time, going to see Dr. Omar at Perla Dental.Ive been to a few Dentists in my life time. None them behaved like this.

Everytime I visit or even call over the phone to get my dental concerns answered all of the ladies at the front desk are always very professional and very pleasant to interact with. Now my husband and 4yr old son are patients too and they even have a indoor playground to keep my son entertained and kids get a coin to pick out a prize after appt. Our family is on a fixed income and this office is very upfront with affordable pricing and works with us to find a solution for our dental care cost you will not be disappointed thanks again Perla Dental staff & especially Dr. Bakshi who is always very kind and patient while doing major dental fillings!!

I had a very bad experience here. They didnt do a thorough teeth cleaning like I have experienced and numerous other Dentists offices. I also was told that I needed unnecessary dental work, and I declined the service and said I was getting a second opinion from somewhere else.

09/25/2020 Worsts place to go for a treatment, worst experience ever, I wont recommend at all. They treat you like you dont have money or your going to run out the door without paying! I was ready to be treated and they got me up to come all the way outside to make a payment, made me pay for something that wasn’t even done! They humiliated me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Great experience here! I had to sneak in because a filling fell out the week of Christmas and these guys were able to accomodate me.

Had a great experience with my children. They were gentle and the dentist explained everything in detail to continue great dental hygiene. I only waited about 5 min.

Everyone is so sweet here!!!! they explain all of your charges, your treatment plan, and give you the options for your care. so now they do what they can to make you feel comfortable, and everyone has a smile. We will definitely be back.

I have been taking my kids for years and have always loved this place, but today they were absolutely amazing. I came in very scared bc I had blood clots in my gums pushing out. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful they helped calm me down and talked me through everything, they answered all my questions even if I asked the same question a few times. I dont normally like the dentist (who does right) but I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the wonderful staff for going out of your way to make me feel comfortable.

New patient here, staff is friendly. Clean place. Wait time is amazing! Work is done in timely manner. Dentist is very friendly and comforting. It was my 1st time getting work done and I was a lil nervous. The Dentist kept checking on me and making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She explained the procedure before hand and afterwards explained the after care. Answered all my questions. They give you appointment reminder calls and offer payment plans. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

I called several dentists to get treatment for a damaged tooth and this was the only place who could get me in and give me some relief the same day. Everyone else wanted a consult and follow up visit before they would address the issue. My pain was well controlled throughout the procedure, the environment comfortable, and staff friendly and competent. I dont usually write online reviews but they saved me from a long, painful holiday weekend!! Thank you!!

When I walked in immediately I was welcomed by a smiling face. The ladies were so helpful. I was just going in to for a regular check up. The doctor was nice but more importantly I was surprised by how professional and nice the people were. I would recommend this dental office to anyone.

I dont like dentist but this place has almost changed that. I still fear them...lol. Friendly, affordable, and above all else patient. I have a fear of needles and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to understand everything that was happening. Do not bring your family here. The billing department is horrible and no one ever calls you back. Cant get anyone to actually be able to handle any problems instead they ignore you and hope you go away. Horrible place.

Worst experience. My first appointment, I got a new dental assistant that was left alone and needed some help (understandably!) so she kept running to get the experienced dental assistant. I eventually had to reschedule because it was taking too long so rearranged my schedule to have time to come back a couple days later. When I returned, the service was fast..too fast! The teeth cleaning probably lasted less then 5 minutes because it wasnt very thorough, water splashed in my face/eyes the entire time and then she told me I have 11 cavities that need to be filled and recommended I get the front tooth filled based on cheapest price. I left after I told them I needed a second opinion. My second opinion was the next day and I was told I only really need 1 tooth filled soon, two others in the next year or so and the rest were really just stains that could or could not at some point turn into decay. This dentist tried to completely rip me off by saying I needed $916 worth of dental treatment that I didnt actually need. Worst experience ever!

The best place to get outstanding care for your whole family.

The girls up front Dee and Rebecca were so perfessional and sweet. Really the whole Saturday crew was fun and professional. There is a play ground and mini theater for the kids. The green colors on the wall are ugly but thats the only negative thing I can say about this place. I will definitely be bringing my girls back.Update 5-16-18They painted the walls!!!!! Now the lobby is bright and welcoming just like the staff. See yall again in 6 months.

Terrible 1st time impression. My first time at a new dentist, and they pump me with a ridiculous amount of numbing shots. After hours of the numbness dying down, they still messed up my teeth by making one side ccompletely unparalleled to the other. They may have had better days with others, but the first time experience definitely didnt not give them on my good side.

They stuck me with an in-training dental assistant who had to be replaced with a more experienced DA in the middle of the procedure. I do not appreciate being practice for someone. I dont care if its a slow day or not, you do not put someone in that position unless they are ready. I was extremely uncomfortable.

Everybody in this clinic is wonderful.

Went in almost a week after anti-biotics were prescribed, they numbed me up and went to work on another patient for over 1/2 hour. she pulled 2 teeth painfully from him, finally got back to me and they failed to pull tooth. the most pain i have ever been in and they said they would give a refund. after almost a month of run around they say they wont give a refund. im filing a complaint with the dental board atm. the next dentist i went to numbed be up without issue
