Never been to the dentist before since apparently I was a kid, my Mom told me. But I really had to go. Was extremely nervous but the team there is pretty good. If you dont have insurance they help you with some or find a way to make it cheaper for you. Even though I had to have a tooth pulled and my mouth is kinda bad, they really dont make you feel guilty. The doctor has the magic touch and I did not feel a thing. I will definitely be back. Dr. Bae is pretty nice. And so is the staff overall. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who has to have dental work done. Thank you for making the pain go away!!! Bless you Dr. Bae!!!

Hudec Dental is a very good and efficient place to go to for all your dental needs. It is never pleasant going to the dentist, but they really make it less stressful.You dont leave there until they are sure you are a happy and satisfied customer!

I have been a patient of Hudec Dental @ Rockside for over 10 years. They have always been professional and they explain charges upfront and will work with you for payment options. You will not find a better or more thorough dental hygienist than Corina. She is passionate about YOUR dental health and she has really helped get back me on track with proper cleanings and healthy gums.

Its always a very clean and relaxed atmosphere and I love that I can make early morning appointments before work. I cannot accurately rate service here as I cant get an appointment. I have been on a waiting list since August 13th with a slight toothache. I was trying to see a dentist before it is emergent. I called today, still booked. I am confused, the receptionist refers to she is still booked solid. There are over 20 dentists listed st b this office, yet I cannot get an appointment. I know the problem, a tooth crackef on the side. A simple fill & patch job. Cant even see anyone so they can take a half an hour to help. I used to go to Hudec on West 25th. I moved to San Diego. I came back helping MUM. She lives in Maple. I try to get an appointment start of 2019. No room. They need to stop saying they are accepting patients because you cant get in.I am stuck chewing cloves until I am worthy of care. I am terrified of dentists. I only trust this company with my mouth. If I still drove instead of cycling maybe my old dentist is still at W. 25th Street office & has space. But in reality I do not drive, so I am hit, wish me luck & send up prayers.I am at their mercy. U all write about how good service is. I fear I may never know.

I must say that I had anxiety when I got there. The staff and the doctor was so nice. It was very clean and everyone was so professional. I was able to get a root canal, filling, and temporary cap put on. I will return in 2 weeks for the crown to be placed on my tooth. Thank you guys so much.

My dentist Dr Senung Yeon BaeIs the best dentist I had in five years.I had three set of dentures made that all broke off teeth one way or another in last two years and charged to much on each one.She checked them told me what went wrong and did not try to over charge me.Fixed the lower when I asked for all new ones and advised me to get just top instead of repairing for 3rd time because they did not seat right. Adjusted bottom and only ordered the top.My insurance on payed half and I needed over 600.00 to pay my half with my insurance.She allowed me to pay half up front and balance in couple weeks so they could start on my teeth so I can finally eat.I went in asking for full set and her being fair adjusted the bottom so I would not waste money getting both when it was not necessary.What a awesome experience in today’s society when I been done wrong by two other dentist whom I won’t name but one is nearin Maple Heights by Rally’sThanks to Hudec Dental.

If I could give “ NO STARS “ I would. When a Manager doesn’t give good customer service nothing else is to be expected. Are you indicating my employee are liars? That’s the ? the Mgr. asked me after her employee misled me to believe I could be seen if I waited an hour by the hygienist to get a cleaning only to be told it wasn’t going to happen because she had no room on her schedule. This was after I had to wait in the chair 45 min for my original appointment for a filling was done. No apology for the inconvenience or I apologize if my staff made a mistake but when I clearly informed her of the WHOLE conversation her employee had her reply was “SO ARE YOU CALLING MY EMPLOYEE A LIAR? TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL 🤬It took “EVERYTHING” within me to hold my peace but I did and I walked away and will never return. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING AND A BUSINESS AND MGR. Going to the dentist is always a task but the team at Hudec make it an easier experience. The place is clean and well managed with Covid protocols and its well organized from check in to x rays to the chair for check up and payment and out the door. Probably the worst dental experience I have ever had. Where to begin. First, they tell me I need 3 crownsand they prep the teeth and put temp crowns on. The Temps are poorly placed and one fell off literally the next day. When I go back in for the permanent crowns, they were poorly molded and unusable, so they had to do the process all over again. Before starting the process, a different dentist came in and did more drilling, no explanation was given. After this point, I went home and began experiencing excruciating pain throughout my mouth, I called and asked to come back in, which they did allow me to do. They requested to again remove Temps, and start process over, which I declined, stating Id rather wait the week and gut it out. I waited and again explained, when I went back, that I was in significant pain and taking a lot of ibuprofen just to function...this was never addressed and nothing was done for it. They then began to fit my permanent crowns, I believe knowing they drilled too deep on one tooth and not wanting to do root canal (they were busy and short handed.) They fit one, then I had to wait as the same dentist was bouncing between 3 active patients. Waited roughly 45 min, just sitting, they fit another, still not having looked at tooth they had done additional drilling, they finally fit the last one after another 45 min. I am almost positive they messed up and swapped the front and back crowns as they do not fit right. I explained they did not fit right and were super high. They did a slight adjustment, I said it was still high, they said wait until the numbing wore off and I could come back. I went home, the novacane wore off and I was now in CRIPPLING mouth pain. I have still been in pain, have crowns that do not fit, a probably infected tooth, and a massive dental bill. Do not go here.

Im a dental coward. The Hudec Dental staff has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and much less anxious than I usually am. I highly recommend Hudec Dental.

I do have an issue with anxiety when I have to have dental work done, so that was important to me.. Tia, the Dental Hygienist was amazing, she was very thourough In explaining things to me as to what the procedure was going to entail.The front desk staff was very polite and courteous . They were very helpful .I do recommend Hudec Dental for any of your dental needs.

Your run of the mill chain dental office overbooked, understaffed and poor communication. I scheduled an appointment for an exam & cleaning when I get there and I am finally seen by the provider I get the exam and then Im told Im all done. I ask about my cleaning and Im referred to the manager and told there is no time for a cleaning. I stated when I called I was specific about wanting a cleaning and exam. I was basically told well you didnt talk to us you talked to the call center so oh well. Wasnt given my cleaning even though I was only there for a total of 15 minutes looked at and given a referral to go to another location way across town.. Who has the time to go to 4 & 5 dental appointments and several different offices especially in the time of Covid when appointments are few and far in between! I have some major work that needs done and Ill be taking my business else where I dont have time for the run around! The only reason Im even giving them two star is because the dental assistant was really nice.

She did a fantastic job explaining what was going on with my tooth pain and how to correct things. I was experiencing extreme dental pain. My dentist couldnt see me for 2 weeks, so I called my insurance company to see who else was covered. They gave me Hudac Dental. I called the office and was scheduled for that same day! Now I dont mind saying dentists arent my favorite place to be BUT!! Hudac was very kind, very thorough, I had 2 major issues going on on opposite sides of my mouth. We addressed them both, a return appt was made, at that appt we did 1 cavity, 1 root canal and 2 temporary caps! Im waiting on my permanent caps to come in and be placed! Im very grateful my insurance company sent me to Hudac Dental in Bedford as I now have a new dentist and they are closer to home! All the staff and techs and dentist were COVID consciousness, kind, there werent any long delays between signing in, xrays, exam, dentist arriving or my scaddeling on out the door lol. THANK YOU HUDEC DENTAL!!

I reschedule an appointment to see sunny bae the receptionist hung up on me i was going to ask the receptionist is dr bae available in the morning i dont like afternoon i rather go to the dentist in the morning. Well anyway the receptionist was disrespectful by hanging up on me for no reason.

Dr. Moon and his assistants were great! They explained the whole procedure and answered all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the service. The only reason that I did not give this office five stars is because they do not offer convenient hours. I have to leave work early for every appointment. Please get some nights and weekend hours for all your services.

Dr. Bae was great but after I left they called me and said they under charged me when I was in the office for over and hour after paying 300 dollars very unprofessional as far as making sure my price was correct before I left

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly. Doctor Shim had excellent chair side manners. He showed concern and answered all my questions and explained everything to make sure I understood. I was very pleased and they dont keep you waiting long. They also work with you for billing and help you with financing. Its a good place for young and old.

Had an okay experience here initially. Their customer service is trash. I was attempting to schedule an appointment with a lady named Regina, I told her to hold because I had dropped my AirPod and she hung up. I called back only to get her again. Right away. But she claims she couldn’t hold for me because other people were on the phone. And the last time I called up here the rep was rude. Customer service means a lot to me, and the lack of it will cause me to take my business elsewhere, which I plan on doing for myself and my children.

I really enjoy the dentists. They are caring and gentle. They are knowledgeable and kind. The dental hygienist Carina is wonderful!! I love seeing her face! I really liked them better before they moved to the new building.The down side is scheduling is a nightmare I have had so many appointments canceled which is hard since I have to take off to go to the doctor or dentist. I don’t get that time back if the appointment is canceled. It’s wasted day. In addition the staff is ever changing especially at the front desk, they can be rude, and distracted. At times they act as if they don’t want to be bothered. They also seem to always misplace or not have my paperwork and I have to fill it out every single time I come in. Other than that I have had a great experience there.

I started going to Hudec Dental in February and have been satisfied with Dr. Bae and Dr. Bous. I have used them for both general dentist procedures with Dr. Bae and got braces with Dr. Bous today. They are both polite and made me feel very comfortable.

Horrible experience I have been a consistent patient for 3 years I was denied on what I wanted to“make me smile today “ not because my insurance denied it but because they wanted to make me pay !!! More an get something my insurance did not cover then on top of that they canceled my appt then told me come at 4 then called asked me to come at three to have me SIT AN WAIT TO TURN ME AWAY ALL BECAUSE........ ? The doctor really wanted to leave at 4 which was early I literally left In tears !!! Had to go to my mothers wedding with two chipped front teeth HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT SOME ONE HORRIBLE
