We have been coming here for a few years now. Staffing has changed, but I have to say the current staff is the best! Very friendly and professional. Quick to get us in and our cleanings done and never pressure me to have extra work done. Happy family!!

Horrible staff. Ofc manager is extremely rude. Assistants are vengeful/or jealous for some reason.I wouldnt take a stray dog to them.Unacceptable behavior!!Patients are to be treated with the utmost respect. Patients are who pay for your service and keep you employed.Word of mouth spreads much more quickly than a simple review.Believe me, Ive told everyone I know, this is a very cheap dental office. As in POOR results!!!Dont waste your time!!!!

I’ve been going to this Dentist office for about 7 years ever since I moved to DFW. They’ve always treated me and my sister with care and the staff are always super friendly. Doc is super sweet and nice and will always make you feel comfortable, which is great for people like me who get nervous when it comes to dental work! 5/5.

Dr. Gayatri was very informative and honest practitioner with lots of experience, explained all the alternatives and best treatment process.Brand new office space with hi-tech equipments provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs.Dr. Gayatris staff are also experienced professionals.

I experienced no pain. Dr. Gunda was very gentle and the staff was very cordial. It was a amazing experience.

Compared to the dentist I have been seeing for nearly a decade, the care I received seemed a bit sloppy and not as thorough. The hygienist had to redo and finish the polishing that was done by the dentist. And the electric tool they use to clean is UNBELIEVABLY LOUD. The extremely high pitch stays in your ears, especially if you have tinnitus (which I do). When I told them of my discomfort, they did not offer ear plugs or anything, so please bring your own ear plugs! I also had a “surface” cavity filled and I am concerned that it was not done properly based on the mediocre effort that the dentist (Gayathri Gunda) made when cleaning. I am worried that the cavity is still in there and will worsen over time. I also did not appreciate being asked if I wanted invisilign when it was clearly not necessary at all. However, everyone was friendly and the hygienist was informative. The dentist I used to go to was very high quality though, so maybe I just have high standards.

I I must say I have been going to this dental office for three years. The staff is just amazing and so sweet. The doctor is amazing her work is fantastic. She just created me a whole beautiful new smile. She was not trying to sell me work that I didn’t need done she listen to what was important to me and I left there feeling like I had the most beautiful smile .I definitely give their office a five do to the doctor and her wonderful staff. I will always remain a patient of theirs. You should definitely try them out you’ll fall in love with the office in the staff as soon as you make them and her dental work is just beautiful. Heres something that you dont hear to often, I had a wonderful time this at the dentist! Trinity Dental care in Bedford Texas has a new dentist and staff. From the time I walked in the front door till the time I left, I felt very comfortable, and I think they will be around for a long time, because I I think the dentist actually bought it. She great! I call her Dr. G. for short, shes so caring and precise that there were times that I didnt even know that she was working on my teeth, there was no pain what so ever. But even better was her diagnosis.. She was right on the money and now I know that I can trust her and shes not going to take advantage of me. Oh, and did I mention the staff? They took such great care of me and the made sure that all of my needs were met. Its just a great atmosphere.. Thanks Trinity Dental care..

The Doctor and the staff are absolutely amazing. I suffered from dentaphobia horribly and the doctor and staff made everything so comfortable and painless. Love this place. I called for after school appointments for my two kids and they got me in within a week! No other dentist can (will) do that just for check ups that I have found! My 12 year old had cavities but he did wonderfully with constant support from the staff. Ms. Alicia was especially sweet answering all of his nervous questions. Highly recommended!

I thought all of the staff was so friendly and welcoming. This is the only dentist I have seen since moving to the area and I dont plan on changing. they have netflix to watch while you wait in your room, and the actual dentist sees you. I got a very quick cleaning and she asked me how I was doing the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. This place is so amazing....and I love the personal touch of a TV in every room.

These guys were wonderful, brought my 4 year old an 1 year old daughters here for a check up and from when we came in till we left their pleasent staff accommodated to all our needs. Staff made it extremely comfortable for my 4 year old as she needed her teeth cleaned, highly professional, tvs helped my kiddos stay occupied an very informative in regards to actions I needed to take in maintaining healthy teeth for my girls, I will be coming back an I highly recommend Trinity Dental.

Had a crown replaced in November just before thanksgiving Alicia did a great job making the temporary crown allowed me to enjoy the holiday eat to mt hearts content. Came back in December to have new crown installed and a cavity repaired Dr Sauhanarpahetian did a great job taking great care and honest concern about pain level.Thank you both

I love the current staff here. From the front office lady to the assistants to the dentist. Everyone is patient and thorough and talks you through the entire process. I bring my children here also and they were very patient with my busy body 6 year old and didn’t rush or get frustrated with him. After we left he even mentioned that the old staff were rushing him and didn’t take their time to help him when trying to get the X-rays but Alicia was patient and excellent at this. I now live in Watauga and won’t change to a closer dentist because they are just awesome!! Thank you Trinity Dental Bedford.

I was really happy with the service at Trinity dental. I was going to One Stop dental in Bedford and they didnt show up for my appointment nor did they call to cancel. I immediately called Trinity Dental in Bedford and they were able to get me on the same week.Dentist was very nice. Took the time to ask my concerns and explained what he saw. They also didnt try to sell me unnecessary treatments like at other dental places. I have switched dentists a lot in the last couple of years due to service and trying to make money out of me. I think I have finally found a good dentist in the area.

I took my nervous 9 year old and my 6 year old here. Nicole (the hygienist) and her counterpart (I am so sorry, I cant remember her name) were so good with my kids. She was patient and made my Madison feel so comfortable. I think we have found our dentist! We will be back in February!

Took my two daughters here had a great experience. The office staff made them feel comfortable and Dr.Lee was very nice/gentle during there cleanings and procedures. I will definitely bring them back for then next visit and the whole family since we all can be seen at the same office together!

I was told I needed a crazy amount of work, including teeth pulled because of severe bone loss due to chemo and a deep cleaning due to gum disease. When I went for my first procedure, they were out of nitrous. Second time that happened. Thank goodness. So I decided to reschedule. In the meantime I changed dentists and saw a periodontist because I didnt like what Trinity told me. Guess what. Very minor bone loss and absolutely no sign of gum disease. Either Ive been lied to or someone is incompetent. And Im wondering how much unnecessary work I had done in the 6 years I went there. My new dentist is amazing. The treatment plan from Trinity would have cost me a couple of thousand dollars. Instead I spent about $400, and that includes copays. No teeth pulled, no deep cleaning, only a couple of fillings where I chipped two teeth. Get a second opinion folks.

I am a patient as are my 2 children. This office is GREAT! The assistants Racheal and Pat are awesome ! Very tentative and welcoming. The front office staff is great! Chyna has a warm welcoming spirit! Makes you feel so comfortable! And Dr G is the only dentist who was able to help get my son over his fear of the dentist , he is 10 and had a bad experience but Dr Gunda helped him to get over that. Also my 2 year old lovessss coming to this office isn’t afraid at all. The prizes are affordable and they accept all PPO plans ! Thank you Trinity Dental for making a trip to the dentist nice and smooth for me and my kids ❤️

This place was a 2-3 until this morning. I found Trinity when searching Guardian insurance for a place thats close to my house. Trinity fit the bill, so I set up an appointment. Yesterday, I walk in 10 minutes before my appointment, and fill out my new patient forms. After just a few minutes, Im called back and this appears to be just another dentist office, which Im happy about. I sit in the chair and someone is right behind me asking what were doing today. I have a broken crown I need replaced and something in place to protect from sensitivity in the meantime. So, she walks away to find out whats on the agenda, and I dont see or hear from anyone for 20 minutes. When someone finally comes back, we have another discussion, and the dentist comes in. The assessment begins, and any time the dentist needs something, he has to leave. We decide on a course of action and decide were going to take the mold for the replacement crown. Time for nitrous, and the bottle is empty. Bottle gets replaced and everything goes off as one would expect. I pay my share and head home with a temporary crown, and a plan to fix the issues. This morning, Im eating soggy fruity pebbles and the temp crown comes off. I called, and got a message that they are helping other patients OR I called after hours. Assuming they were busy, and knowing I just need to get a temp crown glued back in, I went up to the office, which isnt far away, and wouldnt you know it, its closed. This is a MEDICAL facility with Saturday hours on the door, and no explaination as to why its closed. Between my wife and I, weve called several times, and no answer. Just to add insult to injury, when I called to make the appointment, I asked if their were any Saturday appointments available, which their were none. Now I see why. Not only am I massively disappointed, Im confused as to how a medical place can advertise Saturday hours and not even have someone to answer the phone.

I had a tooth abscess on a Saturday and called the office. They got me in almost immediately since I was in so much pain. The staff was super sweet and the dentist really took the time to explain to me what the procedure would consist of on Monday. He prescribed antibiotics so my swelling and pain would go down before the extraction...and it did! Thank you so much for the great service and care!

The dentist here botched my root canal two years ago. Im now having facial surgery to repair the damage they caused. I wanted a broken tooth pulled and Trinity scared me into a root canal. Said I wouldnt be able to eat food correctly and my face might collapse in. I went ahead with it and it took FIVE HOURS. I have had problems with it ever since. Have since then had a reputable dentist in Bedford along with an oral surgeon confirm that the root canal was done incorrectly and now I have infection raging into my sinuses. They told me that the root canal was too shallow. The surgeon told me that these guys were notorious for not referring work to specialists and that they were in it for the money. Two specialists told me that the particular molar they root canaled, tooth #3, should *always* be referred to a specialist and never done in-house. They were appalled that Trinity Dental did not follow up and check on my root canal after 6 months.Beware. Im only 25 but my health has declined over the last two years and it may have been due to this festering infection.

Very disappointing experience. I had trouble scheduling the appointment originally, but I was able to go in June for my first visit. X-rays were fine, but the cleaning machine was broken, so they rescheduled me to do the cleaning at a later date. They had Saturday appointments, so I waited until July to get a Saturday appointment.Once there for the appointment, I waited just under an hour and a half. I still had not been seen at that point, so I left. The people were nice, but you cant expect to keep people waiting that long and have satisfied customers. I will not be returning.

Pathetic dentist Dr Walia.I went for cleaning and X-ray showed I had cavities. I get my cavities cleaned which was first super painful. I had my tooth pain for almost two months after that. Thereafter I visit dentist again and turned out to be Root canal treatment for the same tooth as she didn’t clear the cavity well..Treatment results are poor even after suffering the pain..A month after treatment they send me another bill despite of the bill already paid duly.My advice: never go to this place....the attached receipt of the payment done is the proof that I visited the dentist...!!!!!!

First time patient. I was referred by a friend, she fully recommended Trinity. I am a nervous nelly. I had an uncomfortable experience this passed November at another Dental office with just having ex-rays so I was a bit skeptical. I have to say from the moment I scheduled my appointment to the day of the service my experience was welcoming, informational and relaxing. Everyone was nice, show concern for my concerns, answered my questions, treated me with dignity and respect. Thank you Trinity Dental staff for a good experience. This place is money hungry. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning covered under my insurance. They would do that unless I paid for more of their services not covered under insurance. All I wanted was a teeth cleaning. Never heard of a dentist that wouldnt do it becuase they didnt see it profitable enough for them. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

This place is terrible! Every aspect of our experience was bad. For our first appointment they didnt even have a hygienist on staff that day. We had to wait forever for the dentist to clean my daughters teeth. We just cancelled my appointment. Each time we went we had extended-I mean longer than a half hour-waits in the lobby before the service, in the exam room before the service, and in the exam room after the service. More than once we finally just got up and left. On one occasion they simply rescheduled our appointment without ever telling us and then denied they did it. On another occasion an attendant was doing the dentists work! My daughter got a crown and they didnt even match the color to the color of her teeth. Multiple times when I called about various things, they said someone would call back and no one ever did. And when we left for another dentist they didnt even forward our records after we requested it. This place is so bad its scary.

Love the new doctor that is here now. Great new staff also, very sweet and helpful.

I had appointments yesterday for both myself and my 19 year old son and had a wonderful experience! I had actually been to Trinity Dental in Bedford before but did not want to return because I am one of those people that is terrified of dental work and although a great dentist I felt the previous Dr was just a little rough. Dr. Pavithra is indeed an amazing addition to the staff. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Considering both myself and my son are looking at some major dental work in the near future that is important to me both financially and physically (she put that scared-y cat part of me at total ease). Alicia, the RDA that worked with both of us was also amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. In this day in healthcare and healthcare reform I think physician offices forget the value of putting their patience at ease and are often treated like numbers, run through the system like a factory. That is not the case with Trinity Dental in Bedford, TX. I highly recommend this office for efficiency, level of care, and most important to me, being treated like valued patient.

Missed cavities at free initial exam. Free ended up 2 years of pain and money I do not have but only have nice front teeth and I want to keep what teeth I have.

They say first impressions are everything. Well, I scheduled my first appt with this firm for a simple teeth cleaning. All insurance information had been verified before the appt so that was not an issue. I arrived around 1:30 for my 1:50 appointment, and was taken back around 2PM and immediately had X-Rays taken. That is where it went downhill quickly. After not being seeing or contacted for over an hour, I finally went back to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be and was told that it would be at least another 15 minutes. Now remember that my appt was for 1:50 and it is now 3:20. I decided to leave and I have absolutely no plans on going back.

STAY AWAY! False advertising of $59.00 exam, x-ray, cleaning for new patients. Refuse to do the requested cleaning. officer manager threatens to file a false theft of service report on me. I had to pay the $39 to avoid false charges. The repugnant office manager also overcharged me $20 when they have a promo for x-ray and exam for $19. Also, I am fearful of this deceitful putrid individual will call police and lob other false claims and charges! BBB COMPLAINT FILED AND EFFORTS TO ADVISE COMMUNITY VIA SOCIAL MEDIA ARE UNDERWAY! Stay away from this unethical business that places more importance in making $40 than doing their job and the right thing!
