The Associates is conscientiously safe. Masks, temperature, hand cleaner; staff is gowned head to toe. They make multiple efforts to be sure Im aware of and attending my appointment. Juli has attended to my teeth for 10 years and does an outstanding job, given what I present her with. Actually, I switched dentists in order to stay with her. Super knowledgeable, very clear in answering questions, and very pleasant to be with. I rewarded her for her years of service to me this week with needing only 45 minutes of cleaning compared with the usual 60-90 minutes.

All good! My current assigned dental hygienist (seen about 4 times) has inspired me to take better care of my teeth. She is somewhat new to this field but she has such a positive attitude and takes interest in her clients. She shares what she observes ,encourages me to focus on where I fall short. She is a great asset for your company.It used to be I always had a different hygienist ever time I visited. Having the same person, I think makes the entire process more personal and motivates me.

This was our sons first dentist appointment. He is 19 months old, and has been crying at every pediatrician appointment. But the hygienist and doctor were so great with him here. They made him feel comfortable. They showed him everything they were going to do on his Pooh Bear first that he brought in. Everyone was so friendly and he got a sticker on his way out. He had a great first dentist appointment and we would highly recommend this place for your children too.

The woman who checked us in was polite at first, but then seemed a bit annoyed that our phone number had changed and her tone and attitude also changed. She loudly stated State insurance? So people behind us could hear. Yes state insurance. My child is adopted through the state of FL and this is one of the long term benefits they offer. We are not ashamed of it. She earned it after 3 years of foster care. So no need for anyone to try to make us feel ashamed.The dentist who saw my child was very sweet and informative. She was great with my child. A different woman checked us out and was also very polite.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed and I was filled with anxiety but Alisa, Ari and Emily made me so comfortable. Dr Lee did a phenomenal job and made it as painless as possible. Have been going to Lindner Dental for 20 years with my kids. It has always been a great experience. My kids started when they were 2 years old and they are adults now. Lindner has been great with each stage of their lives.

As always the experience was very professional, the staff was very conscientious to my needs and made sure they adhered to all safety precautions. My appointment was on time and went without a hitch. The only downside is that it will be my final cleaning with Dr. Shelly because she is retiring at years end. She has been my dentist for most 30 years! So I hadnt been back to Lindner Dental for 4.5 years as I moved north. Needing to see a dentist urgently, Lindner fit me in this morning.Chelsea, my dental tech, made me comfortable and did a phenomenal job on the cleaning. Her chairside manner is to be commended as well. The Dentist who came in, Dr. Trinidad, has a warm, caring manner about him.My next visit - I will be requesting Chelsea and Dr. Trinidad.

I’ve been at patient for 28+ years, and have nothing but great things to say! I have seen ALL of the Dentists and they are AMAZING and very thorough. I highly recommend joining the practice.

This practice has disappointed me again, they have grown too big and are too busy to properly care for existing patients. I called to schedule an appointment to get a chipped tooth fixed and had to wait two weeks for an appointment. Far from ideal but understandable as everyone’s busy given Covid...during the appointment, lots of poking, X-rays and examining and finally told I would need to make a separate follow up appointment to get the chipped tooth repaired. What!? I made the appointment to get it fixed, not examined. And the soonest the repair could be done is another two weeks in the future. I’ll see this to completion because I’m not going back to the beginning to get this chip fixed at another practice but I’m going to find another dentist after this is through, enough is enough.

They are great for the most part but they could do better at not shaming people when they refuse sealants for teeth. The Doctor should have been more careful talking about me to the Hygienist while I am in the room.

First ever dentist appointment with our toddler (who screams at the doctors). She LOVED it!! The hygienist and dentist were so incredibly nice and spoke to my daughter the whole time so she felt comfortable. No tears, no screaming, no tantrums, it was amazing. I highly recommend the Linder team.

The dental hygienist and dentist were awesome. I appreciate all they do. Front desk person, could be the office manager must be overwhelmed with having to do the extra COVID check in. She was not very helpful and had a snooty attitude as well. Due to covid my job changed and so did my insurance. I was told by my employer to give the phone number of Aetna insurance to the office staff that they do not issue cards. I remembered that I did print a copy of insurance proof when I signed up and stuck it in my wallet. One would think that it is in your best interest to get as much information while the patient is there, and not tell the patient to call their employer benefits provider themselves. At least make an effort to help. Sorry this is so long, but I think it might help to know how I was treated. I’ve been a loyal patient since 2006.

The hygienists , the assistants the doctors and the office manager great peopl. However there is one receptionist at the front desk who needs to learn some manners. The office manger did speak to me and made me feel better. I know this is a crazy time right now. However a little kindness can go along way.

Today was my sons first visit to the dentist. With everything going on I was a little worried about how he would react. All I can say is it went absolutely amazing! He loved every moment of it because they made it so enjoyable for him. We loved how they sent us a book to read him to get him ready for the experience as well. Not only did it teach him about what tools they would use but it encouraged that everyone just wanted to be his friend. Which is exactly why i feel it went so well. I can’t wait for our next visit and I will now be transferring myself to Linder as well. Thank you Linder for the amazing experience!

Outstanding experience! I was able to get a next day appointment for my son. The visit started and ended on time, did not have to wait much at all! Great location, everyone is very nice and helpful. Dr Trinidad is the best! I typically avoid going to the dentist, but now that I found Dr Trinidad, it’s not so bad. He’s really friendly, kind, personable, and a great dentist. He also is supremely talented in giving Novocain shots so they don’t hurt. I definitely recommend Lindner dental and Dr Trinidad.

Linder Dental has this really neat reward program where child patients can earn points and exchange them for a monetary reward. Unfortunately, there is no follow through when my daughter shows up on time for her appointments and presents her card and then does not receive her points. Im exhausted with the number of times I have asked for this problem to be resolved.Dr Ashley is amazing though!Again, exhausted at trying to resolve this ... the response is not accurate.

My experience was just as pleasant as it always is at Lindner Dental, albeit with lots more layers of protection. My appointment was Monday and it is now Thursday and there has been no negative effects, so all the precautions were well done. Thank you!

Was so happy to finally get a dental appointment. Lindner Dental was extremely professional and went beyond my expectations regarding safety. I completely felt safe during this Pandemic.

Lindner has always been great for our family. Both of my children have received excellent care and have beautiful, healthy smiles thanks to orthodontics and the great staff of people who have cared for their teeth.Today, though, the people of Lindner went above and beyond excellent. Our family home burned this week and my daughter’s retainers were lost. They took us in for impressions on short notice free of charge. The generosity was unexpected but so greatly appreciated, but that is not where this story ends.When we arrived at the desk to check out, one of the women who works there handed me an envelope from her and her husband with a cash donation and a handwritten note inside. Well...that’s a new one for me. I never anticipated that one of the employees at the practice would personally reach out to support our family~but I think it speaks to the kind of people who are a part of the Lindner family. There are not thanks enough for the special care that we received today. I am overwhelmed and so very, very fortunate and appreciative for the acts of kindness by the dentists of Lindner and their special employee.

No long waits. I am typically in and out. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Trinidad did the most through cancer exam I have ever had. They are very modest in their approach and not quick to do repairs or fillings where not needed.

Upon first arrival I was a bit nervous about how large the facility is in regards to safety during COVID. However, the office was so clean and sterile and all the proper PPE and precautions were in place to make me feel more at ease when having my teeth cleaned. I worked with Julie as my hygienist and she did a wonderful job! I also really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Kurland. She was very concise about the treatment I would need in the future and her plan of care was easily interpreted. I look forward to coming back!

Juli did a great and thorough cleaning before Dr. Leslie came in. No problems, so I’m happy! Mackenzie took my x-rays and couldn’t have been nicer through all 18. Overall, Lindner Dental is professional, courteous, and friendly. Terrific COVID-19 protocol at the door before entry into the offices. Our family has trusted the Lindners with our dental care for over 26 years and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend this practice.

I was super impressed with the office and environment at Lindner Dental in Bedford. The office is great and had tons of stuff for kids to do. The staff was very nice, and my nurses( or assistants, maybe?) Were great, I had 2 since I brought in my twins and both were excellent with my girls who are 2 years old. And the dentist was also very good, all in all one of the best dentist experiences Ive ever had. Highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient here for 27 years! Cleanings, braces, veneers; you name it, they’ve done it to keep my smile looking great over the years. Now my son and my husband come to Lindner as well and we wouldn’t go anywhere else (we now have to travel an hour each way). Each dentist and every assistant and hygienist are absolutely top notch! I have complete confidence in their work. They are very accommodating with finances and truly include you, the patient, in each decision made re: your care.
