If you need implants Dr. Bradley McAllister is the best. I feel very lucky to be referred to him. So chose wisely.

It is always a great experience at this office. Dr. McAllister is the best periodontist I have ever seen.I am a retired Registered dental hygienist. In 35 years of hygiene practice, I have never seen better.. The staff is professional, efficient , and totally awesome. It is a joy to go to this office! I am half way through a procedure including implants with bone grafts. I’m very impressed with Dr Eshraghi he is sensitive to his patients experience and a true professional. His staff is excellent and his assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. I am happy to have found them and confident my following appointments will continue on this path of excellence.

Ive had two implants done by Dr. McAllister and both have gone extremely well and there have been no post-op complications. The office staff is very friendly and put you at ease. They have called several times, including one call by Dr. McAllister to see how I was feeling. Everything was laid out very clearly and the paperwork I was sent home with was also clear and very helpful.I would highly recommend Periodontal Associates.

My recent visit was only for an initial exam but I was very impressed with the team of employees and the surgeons. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining the treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions. I feel very comfortable with the treatment plan I have scheduled.

I have been a patient for 20 years. Drs McAllister and Esrhagi are the best . Loren is the best hygienist in Portland . Great front desk staff too.All implant work is expensive, you might as well go to the best. BTW do not shop implants on price.

These people really seem to know what they are doing and they are very nice. I will neeed them again and I will use them again. As far as the price goes lets just say that I am glad that I am not poor. I dont know if poor people can afford to have teeth anymore. I hope that this changes. Go Bernie!!!

Dr. McCallister was great, efficient, even called me personally the day after surgery! They were always available for questions or concerns. Surgery sucks but they made it as convenient as possible.

Outstanding work. I needed a front tooth replaced after trauma. Dr. McAllister replaced my tooth, the healing process was fast and pain free. Best in town, highly recommend.

Excellent first visit.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Eshraghi at Periodontal Associates for an implant. I found him to be excellent at explaining options and procedures; he let me choose. I now have the implant implanted and it looks and feels great. One day later, Im on only half the pain meds suggested. As a bonus, Michelle was his assistant during the implant, and she was very informative with me and helpful to Dr. Eshraghi. Great team.

I had to have a soft tissue graph surgery & the staff & Dr were amazing! I called a few times afterwards asking questions (I was a little nervous) & they were so helpful & reassured me that I could call anytime! I had my post opt appointment today & again was impressed by how nice the staff is. I would definitely recommend them!!

I have been seeing Dr. Eshraghi for major dental surgery that has included bone grafting, dental implants and more. He and his staff have been wonderful to work with. There has never been any discomfort and they have explained and answered all my questions along the way. Very thorough and professional.

I had three teeth extracted recently. I had expected a lot of pain and suffering. Not even close to what I expected. I was able to do just fine the day after the surgery with regular 4 hour doses of ibuprofen.Dr. Eshraghi was very thoughtful and kind. All the staff were very helpful and ready to answer my questions.

Service was outstanding

Dr Eshraghi is competent and confident but always considerate and sensitive to patients questions and concerns. Staff and dental assistants are also attentive and professional, patient appointments are started on time with explanations of procedures readily available if desired.
