Im so glad I found Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry! When I came in for my first appointment everyone was so kind and the asistants were excellent. Dr. Tran gave me a very thorough exam and explained to me why I was in pain and what I needed to do fix it. After taking his advice I am totally pain free and so happy to have listened to him. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Great people! Been going for a few years, have enjoyed every visit. Dr Tran is pragmatic and doesnt push unnecessary treatment. Assistants are all great, this latest visit I had Levi helping me out, all positive. I needed a crown, and they can do it all on the same day. Much better than having a temp. Definitely modern!

Dr. Tran is the best! My husband and I have been seeing him since moving to the area 2 years ago. He’s very caring and is great at explaining treatment plans. In working to find me referrals for complicated issues, he often called outside of business hours just see how I was and to check in. You’d be hard pressed to find another doctor as caring as he is!

The staff here is always so friendly, thorough, and super understanding and informative for all my needs and processes such as appointment scheduling/insurance. Dr. Tran is an amazing dentist who makes sure that Im always comfortable and takes his time during my appointments to ensure he provides the best possible care and communicate them to me so that I always know whats going on and what my next steps should be for my dental care. This is by far the best dental clinic Ive been to and am more than satisfied after every visit.

I started with Dr. Tran because his office is closer to me than my previous dentist. I had some serious bridge work needed. This move was worth it completely. I went there for the $59 dental X-rays and cleaning, and they only did X-rays, no cleaning.

Short Review: If you are looking for a patient-centered approach to your dental care... this is the place you are looking for. Dr. Tran was very thorough, kind, respectful, clear about his clinical reasoning/thinking, and I felt the most involved I have ever been involved in my dental care. The hygienists, benefits coordinator, and dental assistants were kind, mindful, and thorough. The team at Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry ensured I have the best dental health and smile possible; while being mindful of my needs. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. I felt apart of a family they were they received me!Long Review: Ive had a total of 3 dentists prior to Dr. Tran, none of my previous dentists involved me in my plan of care. It can be tough to speak up about my dental care plan and rationale for procedures and interventions were never explained.This was not the case with Dr. Tran. He explained to me his rationale for different options/care plans and what he felt was the best route for my dental care. He then let me navigate my own care after listening to the explanations for each option. Together we created the best ME-tailored/unique dental care plan. I feel like healthcare is forever advancing and they seek and have the latest knowledge and technology. I finally feel at home at Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry!The benefits coordinator greeted me warmly upon arrival and was very patient. Becca ensured that I was getting the most out of my dental insurance; something I honestly am not well-versed in. She explained to me costs, options, procedures, and maximized my insurance capabilities.The hygienists and dental assistants were very thorough in my dental cleaning and imaging; Ellie made sure I had the smile I wanted! Everything was done in a timely manner and I never had to wait while at the office!

Likewise, the entire staff took time to explain each step of the exam and accompanying procedures as they were occurring, and thoroughly reviewed projected costs of work recommended by Dr Tran before proceeding. My boyfriend Conrad Foord Needed his wisdom teeth pulled and found this dentist Dr. Kenny Tran. I have had may dental issues and needed a new flipper. I made an Appt. here. From the moment I walked in I loved the place! I work for a doctors office and have for 30 years. Customer service is the key to all offices.Every person there had a smile and seamed to love working there! I am happy with the service and the dental work. they are fast! No waiting! For those of you who hate the dentist I recommend this place. They will put you at ease. :)

The receptionists here are very welcoming and helpful, the dental assistants are friendly and reassuring, and Dr. Tran is compassionate and comforting. I came in for TWO extractions today and left very happy. Dr. Tran made it virtually painless. I didnt even feel the first shot. I couldnt believe it. So I had to leave this positive review. It was my first exam in many years and the entire staff was so polite and calming, they explained the insurance process and costs associated with my exam and answered my many questions. Under the new work of Dr. Tran, Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry has exceeded my expectations regarding my own dental care.Rachel was quick to schedule an appointment for me, Jen and Maria were very professional and friendly and Dr. Tran is very gentle, patient and kind. The whole staff is great with children and adults. Both my daughter and I have had positive experiences.

Best cleaning Ive ever had....EVER. everyone was really nice and patient. When I had to wait for my cleaning they put on tv for me so I wasnt looking at walls in the room. So glad my wife chose them

I came for the new patient special and had the best cleaning of my life. Dr. Achatz did a very thorough head and neck exam and an extremely gentle cleaning. I have jaw pain and he was very considerate to give me breaks, etc. His assistant was thorough and kind. Im super impressed.

Worst service ever, Kenny Tran and Rachel Gorst are money hungry, untrustworthy and have no empathy.My parents went to see the dentist to do their routine cleaning and they came back home horrified and trembling with fear, not only that, but they did not get the cleaning done.Tran (The dentist) told my parents horrible stuff like we need to remove your teeth and replace them with dentures, they even wrote them an estimate of $15,000+ to do the work.If someone went to the doctor with a broken arm, the doctor DOES NOT suggest to amputate their arm as a first option. So should a Dentist not suggest complete removal of teeth as a first option when there is a more appropriate treatment possible.When I talked to Tran to clarify the situation, after he tried to defend his opinion, he started backpedaling and presenting alternative treatments, which he should have began with when talking to my parents. It should not be a backpedal or after thought.Tran should know better, he should not take advantage of people. This is very bad!
