Wonderful staff; friendly, efficient, more than competent, and caring. They always ask if I have any questions, communicate clearly and effectively, and even made followup calls after an extraction and bone graft to make sure everything was okay and if I had any further questions. The staff live up to the name Gentle Dental, always ensuring your comfort and safety far better than I have experienced anywhere else.

There Billing is a joke . Always get charged more after I leave. After I confirm There is no balance. Then months later miraculously I owe more money. Stay away from this place. They also lost There best dentist went and started his own practice.

The people who set up the appointments over the phone are incompetent. I called them about a month ago to schedule a cleaning and I gave all the information needed. I was not able to confirm the appointment through the link they sent to my email. So, I showed up at the office today and they told me that they have canceled my appointment because that incompetent person put the wrong phone number - really? At this age of technology you dont have a way to get someones phone number? I wonder what kind of phone they have in the office!!!!Anyways, I ended up wasting a full hour of my valued time due to someone not doing their job right.

I’ve had billing issues with the Tigard branch so I decided to try Progress Ridge instead. I called and scheduled my appointment for a filling two weeks ago, they called multiple times to confirm the appointment, and then today (the day of my appointment) they call me to tell me that I have to reschedule the appointment 40 minutes earlier because the dentist has a meeting DURING my appointment. If they had at least let me know a couple days in advance I may have been able to adjust my time off at work that I scheduled, but telling me SIX HOURS before my appointment is beyond unprofessional and shows a lack of care for the patient’s time. It is sad that after two years this company’s administrative problems have not been fixed.

Unfortunately we have had a series of bad experiences. I asked them to cancel the last appointment when they made me other appointment with endodontist which they did not. But only good thing nowadays over there is the hygienist that is the reason we still hung around otherwise we would have left long time back.

Every time I have gone to this location for an appointment, all of the staff are so friendly and nice! They take their work seriously yet they are lighthearted and playful and make me feel comfortable being there. They answer all of my questions thoroughly and are very knowledgeable of all things dental - obviously! I have had no issues scheduling appointments and am given ample notice and reminders. I highly recommend Gentle Dental, particularly this location!

I would recommend this dental office. Dr. Greenstein is very personable and competent. He explains everything in advance and all follow up information. I am pleased with the work he has done on my teeth. The office personnel are very efficient and really nice to work with. I found nothing negative to report on any of my visits.

New patient appointment was 40 minutes delayed so it took almost 2.5 hours for an exam/cleaning. Went back a few weeks later for a filling and was 15 minutes “late” due to miscommunication on their end, the only appointment verification they did was calling MY WIFE instead of me two weeks before my appointment. Never contacted the ACTUAL patient about it. Then they couldn’t proceed with the appointment because the doctor needed the entire time for the fillings and couldn’t make ANY adjustments to fit me in as he was leaving for vacation. No openings left for the entire year. Then the receptionist got an attitude when I was frustrated about the situation after just working a 16 hour overnight shift at the hospital and blamed it on my wife for not communicating with me properly about it. Awful. Do not recommend.

I’ve been going to Gental Dental for about a year and a half now. I started my braces process through them and they have been so helpful and patient. Every time I walk in they greet my family and I with a smile. They are always on time. They are all so sweet.

Amazing staff – so welcoming. My dental hygienist has the softest touch ever.The doctor also is wonderful – great bedside manner. I travel 30 minutes one way to go to this particular office of Gentle Dental. I highly recommend it.

This place is the best dentist I have seen. I have tried to get help with my dental health for a long time. Seen a few places and they were rude, refused service ect.. This place made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I have an extreme fear with the dentist and these people make sure I am good and comfortable every time. The few times I have been treated here I honestly felt so taken care of. Now I make it a special day when I go to the dentist instead of dreading it to the point its almost painful. Thank you for giving me the ability to eat pain free again. I am truly blessed I was hooked up with this dentist!

First of all, we have had good experiences with the hygienists and dentists. This is my issue: my appointment was rescheduled twice due to scheduling errors on the offices behalf. They informed me of the fact that no hygienist was available after I made work arrangements and had to put off cleanings for over a month. I am already nervous about the dentist and this made it much worse. They would not do anything to make up for my stress and how I had to keep rescheduling work priorities for appointments they kept changing. One appointment wasnt even at the right clinic. I do not recommend gentle dental to others.

Ive been going here for years, Dr. Greenstein is the best, but I have to say that this mornings experience was extraordinary. I had a new hygienist today - Gail - and when she came in to greet me, she said I get to clean your teeth today. She didnt say Ill be cleaning your teeth today, but get to. That makes a huge difference to a patient! She also asked about any concerns or sensitivities and she adjusted her cleaning method to respond to my sensitive teeth. She was literally the best hygienist Ive ever had! I hope she gets to clean my teeth again on my next visit. Thanks Gail!

The team at Progress Ridge Gentle Dental is amazing. Ive had cleanings, a root canal, and a crown and theyve always been kind, caring, and as their first name implies, gentle. They take time to ask questions, to make sure everything is painless and they make sure that youre well educated before you leave the chair. We just love this place and the team!

Unfortunately we have had a series of bad experiences. I asked them to cancel my rescheduled appointment they created due to our specific bad experiences. This included my daughter walking OUT of her cleaning and the response from the receptionist was “I understand” why I was not retuning. An apology and “is there anything we can do to try to make things right” would have gone a lot further with me.

Wonderful staff. Everyone is very nice, helpful, comforting, and professional. Came in for a root canal and they made the entire process very comfortable and as painless as possible. There was still some pain involved (honestly dont believe theres anyway around it) but it was nothing more than a bee sting. They genuinely care about people. Felt more like visiting family than it did being a number in a system which is super rad. Im an OTR trucker and they have been extremely helpful in treating my needs within in a very tight schedule that I am on. Really think this place is the model every dental office should be cloned from. Thank you for the help and warmth!

If youre looking for a good quality franchise dentist, this is the place for you. They can take you at any of their locations, and Ive had a good visit every time, always leaving with shiny, clean teeth.

My husband and I have been going here for years. Dr. Greenstein and staff have always taken such good care of us. We have also needed services from the clinics Periodontist and Endodontist and have never been disappointed with the process or the results. Love that they have taken the time to really get to know us well. A pleasure to know that they will always make a visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible!

Was great when I initially went in. But they didn’t actually do anything and wanted me to call and make a new appointment. Been trying to get in touch with someone since Thursday. No return calls, no one ever answers. And their hours listed on their door and google are a lie. They’re actual hours aren’t what they want you to believe. I’m sad to leave such a negative review but I am in a lot of pain and can’t get anyone to freakin help me.

The team here is amazing. The front desk staff is always so kind and explain everything. No grey area at all. The assistants that I have been with my past couple visits have been amazing. Theyre caring and personable, remember your name and past visits. And Dr. Greenstein is amazing. Very honest and to the point. What every Dr should be like personally. They are amazing and I will always be coming back here.

I came from a very bad experience in another office and the Progress Ridge office was asked to be the fixers. Dr. Greenstein has been so gracious in understanding what I have been dealing with and never made me feel like a burden. I really appreciate his time and effort to fitting me in to his schedule to accommodate my work schedule. After all of his efforts, it was determined that I would need a root canal. I was NOT looking forward to this as I am already very anxious at the dentist. Dr. Reese was excellent in treating me as well. He and his assistant explained the process to me, answered my questions and was truthful about the expected outcome. One day out from the procedure, I am optimistic that this pain/issue has been resolved. The office staff is extremely helpful and professional - also completely different from the office I had been at previously. I would recommend anyone to this office. Thank you!

Unprofessional administrative staff team, for some reason they have 8 am listed as their open time on Wednesdays when its really 7:30. Communication mix ups have pushed my appointments out due to this. Really simple stuff but for some reason it eludes them.

Wife and I scheduled cleaning appointments, we were told they would be at the same time. When we got there and filled out the paperwork, after my wife went back and I was waiting for a while I was then told my appointment wouldnt be till after my wifes (45+mins later). So I rescheduled for a different date. My wife then finds out that her appointment was NOT in fact a cleaning like she was told, but instead an exam and was told she needed to schedule a cleaning at later date. So after wasting a combined 3 hours of our time, we got one exam after being promised two cleanings. Needless to say we cancelled our rescheduled appointments and follow ups. Do not go here if you wish to have anything done in a professional or timely manner.
