This was one of the most pleasant, relaxing, pain free (except for my tooth) dental experiences Ive had in a long time.

After not being to a dentist in 18 months due to moving cross country, pandemic, and laziness on my part, it was time.I was able to make an appointment with Murrayhill Dental within just a couple of days. The Online form fill-out was convenient and effortless. Andrea, Jenny, and Dr Moseley were the perfect team, making me feel safe, comfortable, and welcome.The office was impeccably clean and they went above and beyond making sure everyone was safe and stayed healthy.It is not often that one looks forward to seeing their dentist, but I am definitely looking forward to my next visit!

The staff and dentist at Murrayhill Dental were very helpful and kind. I had a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in within a couple days. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and at my appointment they were very conscientious, made sure I was comfortable and explained everything they were doing.

Actual service with Sherry was great - HOWEVER I am having difficult time with the billing services. For example I have always maintained a credit - when I went to my latest services they used a credit to adjust my expense WITHOUT asking. I have always kept a credit for when I might have medical issues.

Ever since I walked in for the first time, they were the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met at a dental office. They made me feel like I belonged and didn’t sound like the typical office robot hi & bye because they had to. I appreciate that so much, and I find that very important and valuable in a business. Being genuine and happy is a rare thing to find, so even if my insurance wasn’t directly contracted with them, I would still go back. They never pushed anything on me, they told me straight what they say and gave me options along with helping me see approximate costs before continued services which is also rare. There will be no cost surprises which anyone would appreciate. Thank y’all for your help and kindness!

Jenny took time and care to clean my teeth: even the crowns. She administered the “shot” for my filling replacement with such gentleness and care! I hate needles, but she was excellent! Best Novocain shot I have ever had.Dr. Megan was careful and precise in filling replacement. Even took extra time to remove a rough spot on another tooth. Such a great experience!!

Dr. Tran made a great choice of who she left her practice with. I had a root canal prior to the shift and Dr. Moseley has continued my care beyond by examining the crown and adjusting my mouth guard to accommodate the new change. The staff are always kind and helpful.If youre lucky you might get the room overlooking the pond with the water fountain. Even if you dont, there is something very calming about the ambience at this establishment. Most places I have been to have a strange smell, are cold, loud, and not very welcoming, but here I almost feel at home while having dental work done.

DR. Tran has been my dentist since I was a little girl. I always knew that I was in great hands whenever I would go to her. I trusted and still trust her judgement when it comes to ANY dental work.Now my kids go to her. Yesterday, my son needed two cavities filled. Being only 6, I was a bit nervous for him to be on nitrous oxide.. but he did great! Dr. Tran and her assistant made my son feel comfortable with the fillings. He felt no pain and was good to go right after his appointment!Also, not only are those two great but everyone in the office is very friendly. There are magazines, snacks and beverages while you wait next to a cozy fireplace. Theres also a little kids play area. I highly recommend them!

My two kids had their cleanings and check ups with Dr Tran recently. Both of them can be a bit anxious about going to the dentist, but the team there helped put them at ease and was able to complete all necessary x-rays and and treatment. Dr Tran is great about explaining what needs done and working with kids to make them comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr. Nevilles-Moseley she took great care of me. Very nice clean facility not over the top. I have been here several times and this was the first time I got to meet her. Im looking forward to seeing her next visit.

For the past few teeth cleanings, I have had a new hygienist each time, and each one seems to be less competent than the last. In addition, they often force treatment options on you such as fluoride just to bring in a few extra bucks. Ive noticed that my dental insurance offers better coverage in other offices, so Im taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Tran is an excellent dentist. Ive worked with Dr. Tran for almost 7 years. And just so you know, no one asked me to write this review. Its my pleasure to share that she does excellent dental work and genuinely cares about the wellness of her patients. Ive had several fillings, a crown, she worked with me through adult braces, and continues to show patience with me (Im a nervous patient), and is thorough addressing my oral health needs. Im so thankful shes my dentist!

Ive been to many dentists and Dr. Tran has been the most consistently professional, friendly, accommodating, attentive dentist. When I walk in, I feel like Im at home. And when she works on my teeth, she is so gently.Recently, I cracked my tooth and she took care of it right away. When the bite wasnt perfect, she was glad to fix it. Its great to know that, when I have a concern, shes always ready to listen and problem-solve with me.When I started taking my kids to Dr. Tran, they felt so comfortable with her and her hygienists. Weve never had to worry about them being afraid to go to the dentist because they always come away with big smiles.I definitely recommend Murrayhill Dental.

Love this place. The staff are all nice and courteous. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I hate going to the dentist like most people but they make the experience bearable. I have another deep cleaning coming up in a couple of weeks and Im not dreading it as much as I dreaded the first one.

Today I went to MurrayHill Dental as a new patient to Dr. Moseley and am glad to say I had a very positive experience :) She was patient and attentive while listening to my concerns about one of my teeth and the several suspicions that I had about what may be going on. She had a lot of great information and her own thoughts and reasoning as to what may be going on, and explained everything to me in a way that made sense and showed me that she takes a more conservative approach (as opposed to immediately jumping to worst case scenario and sending me off for some fairly serious treatment).Dr. Moseley and her assistant were very gentle and thorough when performing tests and examining my teeth and nightguard. I never felt like they were rushing which I really appreciated!!!! And when all was said and done I left with a much more positive outlook on my situation than I had expected!The office was clean and inviting, and front office staff was friendly and not pushy at all. Overall, wonderful experience!

I had a crown prep done here (and crown). The prep was like watching a comedy. They were unprepared. The doctor had to leave the room for something in the middle of the prep and her assistant left twice. They didnt know what they were going to need to do the prep? And then she said she didnt know she had to do a post, but it was in my chart from the dentist who did the root canal. Did she not pay any attention to the chart, just thought she would go in unprepared? At one point she ask the assistant for something and was told they didnt have it in that room or the next so she said, well, Ill just make do. I dont want Ill make do in my mouth.

RecentI recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Meagan had an emergency Dr. ready to help me when she was out of the office. Then, she called me right away to make sure we came up with a plan to fix the problem. She was patient and solutions oriented. Thank you for your excellent customer service and support in making my teeth beautiful and strong.1 year agoI have been coming to Murray Hill Dental for over 10 years. The staff are cheerful and the dentists are gentle with my teeth. I need perio-cleanings, which can be very uncomfortable and even painful. Today, I sat for my regular perio, deep cleaning and I felt literally no pain, not even with anesthesia. The doctor answered all my questions and scheduled me in to meet my needs. Thank you Murray Hill dental for all you do to keep our teeth beautiful and your customers happy.

My husband and I have been patients of Murrayhill Dental for a few years now. Weve seen a couple different hygienists (all whom have been very nice and seem to do thorough jobs). In this day and age, I think people just come and go more frequently than they used to. I am just happy we have always had great service no matter who we see.Dr. Tran helps me catch things before they become a bigger problem. I will take whatever recommendation she provides if it can save me from needing a filling or crown! I like that she gives me the option to use fluoride and fluoride paste to see if that will stop the progression of any areas of concern. They are really good about helping us understand our insurance. I love hearing laughter while at my appointments, definitely eases the anxiousness of being at the dentist.

I have been coming to this dentist since they practically opened up their location, so needless to say a very long time. They have always been nothing but professional, completely upfront and honest about everything, every step of the way. I have had simple cleanings, to cavities, Crowns, or even some very heavy duty dental work done there when they used to do that there in the beginning.Every experience with the staff has been amazing and that is why I continue to come to them, I fully trust this staff.( I dont take that littly)Not to mention the work they perform on me at times can be complicated and they do an excellent job. Their craftsmanship I have never had a problem with. I moved away for a while, and now Im back with this team thank goodness! And if it wasnt for them, I may have lost some of my teeth due what I thought was good dental work were I lived at, and I was being provided, and turned out to be anything but.Dr.Tran and her staff are truly amazing people!They do everything to make sure that you are comfortable...even with a blanket. They are kind, great listeners, funny, and most of all... they actual care about their Patients well being.I would recommend them to anyone and I have.I dont normally write reviews, but this staff deserves to have big kudos for all that they do!

I took my daughter for a dental cleaning as a new patient and was told she needed numerous fillings by the front office. The dentist never introduced themselves or spoke to me at all, never showed me xrays or went over any treatment or options with me at all. I received an estimate sheet of what was supposedly needed and what my cost would be. I truly felt all they were after were charges and definitely not communication. Plus right off they wanted to use nitrous on my 11 year old who has never had any problems in the dental chair. A horrible experience.

Run, don’t walk but run from this office. Dr. Tran was constantly telling me I needed a crown every time I went in. I finally decided to get a second opinion after the last time she said I needed a crown. That was 6 years ago and that tooth is still fine. I would never, ever recommend her to anyone. All of my back teeth now have crowns and some of them may never had needed them. I trusted her and she took advantage of her position. They also miss scheduled me twice by double booking and then sent me flowers to apologize.I cannot give her a good recommendation.

Dr. Tran and her amazing staff have been my familys dentist for the last few years. They are always very friendly, professional, & take the time to give us the very best care. They spend time making sure my kids are comfortable & have a great experience at the dentist! We love coming here & plan to commute an over hour & a half to continue our dental care with Murrayhill dental!

Dr. Tran and her staff are so great with my kids and really take the time to make them feel special, while educating them on proper oral hygiene. We always come in as a family of five and stay for a few hours for cleanings. They are very accommodating to large families and really work with you to make it the best experience possible. I have gone to Murrayhill Dental for 10+ years. They are friendly, super personable and most of all make going to the dentist fun! I have full confidence in the work that they do and will continue to see them every 6 months :-)

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience was horrible, and I should have been suspicious of a place with a perfect rating.First, they forgot I had an appointment, so I have to ask why even make appointments at all. Took them 15 minutes to figure out who I was and why I was in the waiting room. Not a great start.The hygenist seemed friendly, but very anxious and stressed, far too stressed for 7am which should have been my next clue.They decided to take full x-rays which is fine, except that they dont know how to deal with people with small mouths and active gag reflexes. Took them 2 hours just to get a full set of x-rays done and my mouth hurt for literal days afterwards from all of the attempts.Then I finally saw the dentist, Dr. Tram. She only did a quick checkup and started the process leaning towards me having cavities. I dont have cavities. My previous dentist watched for them like a hawk and never found any, in fact had mentioned how impressed he was with my lack of them due to fluoride treatments I had as a child.Dr. Tram poked at my gums like a mad woman searching for gold, and at one point jammed her tool so hard into my gum I had to move my head back from the pain. She was not gentle at all, and the entire time was making comments about my gums were bleeding because I needed to floss more.Again, with my old dentist this was never an issue so her reaction make me skeptical.Then came the end of the exam and I understood why she had been acting the way she had. Dr. Tram told me I had 13 potential cavities and I needed to buy some special paste to fix the problem, and that if I didnt Id likely have to have all 13 spots filled.Again, I dont have cavities, nor did I even have spots my old dentist was watching. I had recently visited my old dentist before seeing Dr. Tram so I had a really good idea of where my dental health was at. After visiting Dr. Tram Im convinced her shop is there only to make money. Sell patients services and products they dont need by scaring them into it.This place should be avoided at all costs unless you like someone stabbing you in the gums and saying you are bleeding because they think you dont floss.Update:I can now also add lying to the list of grievances this place provides. In reading their response to this review, they stated I was checked in on time. This is flat out untrue. I arrived at 6:50am, sat in their lobby until between 7:05 and 7:10 before seeing ANY staff. Then finally was called back around 7:20. If that is on time for them, Id hate to see their definition of late is.Bottom line, this place is only around to make money not provide excellent care to patients. They will do and say anything to make a buck. Avoid.
