Greatest experience ever. Dr Jessica Whiteside and nurse Lauryn were AMAZING! They made me super comfortable as I had 2 extractions didn’t feel a thing,completely pain free! After being traumatized by my first experience at a different dentist,this gave me so much life and relief,I couldn’t appreciate those ladies more thank you so much for making me believe and trust in keeping up with my oral health again from this point forward!

I was a new patient at this office knowing I had some major dental issues. I was skeptical on being sold all of this work I knew I didnt need and some I did. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and explained every procedure and the cost and also went over what would be my best options and how to come out of pocket for less. The dentist was thorough and gentle. I was very impressed and they will be the office that completes all of my dental work in the future.

Due to my work scheduled, I needed to have my appointment on a certain day, and Miss Brooklyn who is always so nice when I check in for my appointments was able to squeeze me in. I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist, but everyone here makes each visit easy and pleasurable. I would refer anyone who is a coward like me here!

I had a dental emergency and needed to be seen same day. After being refused by several other places I called LA Dental Center. The receptionist was so kind and patient as I explained my situation and was able to get me scheduled (even though I have never been there before). I arrived to a beautiful, clean facility, filled out my papers and was called back to see a DR all within 15mins after checking in. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and seemed happy to help. I think I found my new dentist y’all and highly recommended this facility. Thank you to LA dental Center for all of your help and professional care!

WASTE OF TIME GOING HERE. I went in on a monday because part of a filling came out of a tooth (a baby tooth I still have) and one dentist looked at it and scheduled a treatment plan so We made another appointment for the following Friday. Went in and instead of getting the treatment scheduled, another dentist took another look and had a different opinion on what to do SO THEY REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER DENTISTRY OFFICE BUT SINCE IT WAS A FRIDAY AT 1pm THEY WERE ALL CLOSED UNTIL MONDAY. At this point I’m going on WEEK Without any treatment after being in there TWICE. COME MONDAY, (today) I call the 2 places they referred me too, AND NEITHER OF THEM TAKE ME because of insurance or age. so I call them up and they just tell me there’s nothing we can do now.... ITS BEEN WELL OVER A WEEK WITHOUT TREATMENT. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME WITH THIS DENTIST OFFICE.

Bad bad services and they tend to lie also!My mom has been going to fix her dentures since last November. When we first made an appointment , they told us it would take 6 months for them to complete the procedure. It has been almost a year and she still has not gotten her dentures fixed.There is no Doctor in sight, all you have is Dental assistants.They told my mom if she would to pay in cash, they can do the procedures faster than to wait for Medicare to approve it.I have requested a call from member of management and it’s been 4 days and no call back.I don’t recommed anyone get any dental procedure done at this establishment. Horrible service.

The dental assistant lady who helped me, Julie; was extremely nice and very informative... not to mention, extremely patient; because I had so many questions and she didn’t hesitate in answering any of them. Im usually not one to write reviews but I really felt like I had to speak out about how wonderful my experience was with this location! I was experiencing some pain and I was due for a cleaning but my schedule is VERY limited. I called and right from the beginning they were so sweet and understanding of my situation. They assured me that theyd do the best they could to help and thats exactly what they did! As soon as there was a cancelation, they fit me in the schedule within 2 days. The office is easy to locate, great parking, clean, and modern. The desk staff were very welcoming and polite. The radiology tech was so sweet and patient. She did a complete workup that included multiple x-rays and a CT scan! The dental hygienist, Stephanie, was also very kind and gentle. Finally, Dr. Medine was great. She really took her time with me and made sure she did everything she could to help and advise me. Overall Im very happy with my decision to go here. I was hesitant because of its chain-like appearance, but I was glad I found this location as they did a very thorough examination!

I had all my wisdom teeth removed at once by Dr. Kim and Miss Brooklyn. They went above and beyond to make SURE that I was comfortable, which was all I could ask for! If youre a glutton for pain, dont go here! When I mean the entire staff at this office are top level professionals, Im speaking from experience. Oh, and they accept a wide variety of insurance so Id just give them a call. Shout out to Lauren, too. Great job you guys!

I took my mother to this dental center to take care of a broken tooth she had in her mouth. There, she was taken care of by Dr. Chris Kim, who did an excellent job of removing the offending tooth and taking care of her dental needs. Dr. Chris Kim performed the procedure quickly and sent my mother off with the necessary prescriptions afterward. Staff was helpful and provided feedback regarding questions that my mother and I had. Recommended.

Had the best experience at this location!! Will definitely go back!!!

MEDICAID MEMBERS BEWARE!!Despite some red flags and already being scammed by a previous dentist I desperately needed work done.I went telling the tech I knew what I needed - a root planning and scaling. I searched and searched for a dentist that wouldn’t flat out scam me. Google reviews weren’t too bad but one alarmed me. I decided to see if maybe it was anxiety from already being a victim of fraud. ( first guy said nothing I needed was covered by Medicaid when it was but he maxed my $900 for the year on X-rays on the FIRST VISIT, so my cleaning and cavity I didn’t have I had to pay out of pocket for over a thousand dollars!!)Well what do you know?! This place was WORSE!1. Too much advertising was the first sign,2. Same logo as La Family Dentistry and Looks like a corporate chain - which is known to milk ppl for money3. I had to flat out ASK TO SEE MY OWN X-RAYS4. Flat out LIED ABOUT MY MOUTH , said I had 8 cavities and I had zero5. Told me I needed to be numb for sealantsX-rays were done. The dentist came in and did talk to me but was barely there but asked if I had any pain. I said near all my back teeth (which would mean 4 teeth total) she listed 8 teeth that had cavities (the ones I had pain - from GUMS and the ones next to them)- on the treatment plan she labeled one cavity was on a wisdom tooth - I didn’t have and was pulled when I was 18. I called and this was corrected later.The treatment? Sealants! Which are for CHILDREN! I am 32. Not fillings. So since my cleaning was covered fully, I would be paying out of pocket for 8 cavities I didn’t have that wouldn’t be covered cause I would of already maxed out my Medicaid for the year for the cleanings. The kicker was the tech saying the first two quadrant cleanings I’ll already be NUMB so we can start the sealants thenYOU DONT HAVE TO BE NUMB FOR SEALANTS ITS LITERALLY PAINTED ON YOUR TEETH!I paid out of pocket to a client from work who has their own practice for a second opinion. I have zero cavities. And sealants on adults could cause cavities! I have a feeling if I denied the sealants I would of been asked to leave like another person who reviewed them online and couldn’t afford to pay for filings for two teeth she knew nothing about. I don’t trust them to touch my teeth even for a cleaning.So I am paying out of pocket from my SAVINGS I just built up after losing cause of the pandemic so no one will ruin my mouth or scam me.RESEARCH THE FLAGS OF A SCAM DENTIST! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Do Not trust reviews by people with no review history or those that look like they are EMPLOYED by them

I had a tooth extracted and Dr. Kim was amazing. So was the girl that helped him; Brooklyn I believe? Honestly the only reason I’m giving 2 starts is because the girls in the front were mostly rude. Each visit they were rude. On the phone they were rude. It made it uncomfortable to go there and I doubt I’ll go again just because of the experience I had with the front. It’s a shame because the people In the back were phenomenal. However I’m not going to pay $3,000 on a treatment plan to be uncomfortable the first half of my visit and when leaving.

This was my first visit there and let me tell you it wont be my last. I had a great experience there and the workers there are so nice and friendly and makes you feel super welcomed. I cant wait to go back there......so from all the ladies at the front, to the one who did my cleaning, Micaela (love her personality), Dr. Bostick and anyone else I missed are awesome!!!!

I had the most thorough, kind, and professional dental visit. Makayla is one-of-a-kind!! She could tell I was nervous and explained everything to me. I appreciate her. Additionally, Dr Bostick treated me with dignity and compassion. I am grateful.

Dr. Bosnic, is very gentle. He and his assistant Gabrielle made me feel very comfortable. I didnt experience any discomfort or pain through the entire procedure. Ive always had wonderful dentist and assistance but I consider these two the best.

I’ve been coming to Louisiana Dental Center for a couple of months and I’ve never experienced a problem until today. One of the receptionist at the front desk was very disrespectful and rude, when the nicer receptionist asked her about my referral “she supposedly” couldn’t find for me.I’m not sure if it’s the minimum wage, the lack a sex, or the dysfunctional lifestyle, but clearly she’s not conditioned or capable of providing professional customer service. I think you guys need to find a new receptionist, because nobody that truly care about their job and appearance, that make over $50,000 a year and owns their own business on the side would risk getting into a confrontation with peasants.Thank you Louisiana Dental Center, the last few months has been great, but if your going to continue to hire senseless people in your establishment, me and my husband will take our business else where!

Kindness is the main thing I can thank of. Im treated like family from when I walk in the door. My tech Micaela is awsome, she treats me with kindness and respect. She knows about my panic disorder and she makes me calm. Dr. Bostick is a good listener. I like a Dr. who is easy to talk to. I would recomend La. Dental Center. I went in for the first time and everyone was polite and welcoming. After the Dentist came in and looked at all my teeth they gave me a detailed plan of what I needed done. I havent been to a dentist in a long time. They made a plan and scheduled out my next several appointments. Over all it was a good experience.

Amazing dental office with impeccable service! I got my two bottom impacted wisdom teeth taken out & I’ve always been afraid of getting it done but I ended having to cause my teeth started hurting badly. Dr. Justin Stanford was the doctor performing the operation and he called both the night before and the evening after - and his bedside manner was super friendly as well. Both the dental assistant & Ms. Julie who did my treatment plan were sweet and accommodating. I was really nervous, talkative, and scared. They eased all of my fears. I fell asleep in no time and woke up already in the car. Recovery has been amazing and even though my friends told me I’d be out of commission from days to a week - I’ve been up and moving, able to talk (albeit my mouth is still sore), & will definitely be good to go for work Monday morning!

Everyone was exceptionally nice, professional, and very accommodating! I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. The building is beautiful and clean too. I’m excited to visit this Dentist Office again in the future. 🦷 😁Thank you!!

After switching a dentist I’ve been with for 20 years, I thought it’ll be hard to find a decent dentist with my insurance but Louisiana Dental Center made me feel at home and at ease. All the staff were/was positive and the facility was beautiful and kept clean. They didn’t make me feel like a bother when asking questions.

Amazing dental office... always friendly and you can literally get same day service when scheduling an appointment or need additional work done on your teeth. So flexible and convenient and state of the art brand new high-tech office as well... even have the cutest and sweetest dental assistant, Brooklyn, who walks you through each step with ease and lightens the experience of dental exam. I rate it a 10!!

Best dental office Ive ever been to by far. Super friendly staff (literally all of them are so nice), and I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes for both my initial visit and my extraction. I called to make an appointment about a painful tooth on a Friday morning, and they fit me in that very same day. My operation appointment was scheduled for just a few days later. They took care of me very quickly. I highly recommend them.

The dentist was rude and barely even acknowledged me. I think a monkey would have better bedside manner.After writing down and telling them that I was allergic to penicillin, they still gave me a prescription for amoxicillin. Thank goodness I have a medical background because what if someone didn’t know. To top it off, they forgot to even write or call in the prescription for the correct medication.Just go somewhere else. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time. There are other options and the staff in other places are at least educated enough to know pharmacology.Spend the extra money to go somewhere worth your while.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE!! The doctor NEVER even acknowledged me. The dental assistant kept running back and forth as the messenger. Because I was unable to pay to cap THREE cavities I was politely escorted out. I went in to have ONE cavity that has been bothering me capped but because I wouldn’t pay for 3 of them on the same side the doctor refused my service. I was humiliated. As the dental assistant was attempting to explain to me why I needed to leave. Extremely embarrassed. There is a pandemic going on! How does he know I am able to afford the three at the moment? In fact, I explained to the dental assistant that my husband and I are in the process of getting our first home and I didn’t wish to spend that much today but would definitely return at a later date. I had intention on going back, this visit was my third. After the embarrassment I endured I will never return.Oh and to top it all off, previously the doctor Maurice Bostick removed my tooth that didn’t even need to be removed. He could have simply capped it. They will not consult with you and explain what services you need they basically will agree with whatever you tell them to do. That’s a horrible way to practice. If the tooth did not need to be extracted, as a doctor he should have said something. I didn’t realize until I was asked to leave that I’m more than sure He took it out for the money smh. Just sad. Now it has caused my wisdom tooth to come out in place of that missing tooth but there is a gap that will never be able to be fixed. I’ve never had teeth issues like this. A huge regret for choosing this practice and not researching other locations.

I have always been fearful and apprehensive about going to the dentist. I was referred to Louisiana Dental Center of Baton Rouge . I have been coming to the center since December 2019 . The staff is very friendly and very efficient. They’re always willing to assist in any matter that you may have and accept a variety of insurance providers .They have made a significant difference in my overall dental care . I would highly recommend this facility to anyone .

I had an old cavity removed and refilled this morning. My dentist Reese and his assistants were great. I had a wonderful experience. The facility and staff are top notch.

Very short and abrupt with diagnosis. Did not give any alternatives for treatment plan until I inquired. I wish the overall healthcare system wasnt robotic in their daily operations and so set on the most expensive option. I gave 2 stars - instead of 1 star - because the individuals at the front desk were very helpful during my sign-in process and friendly. I will not be returning.

The new location in Addis, LA is closer to my home, but isnt open just yet. I visited this location for the first time this week and I was highly satisfied with the level of customer service here! I think some teeth/areas were missed during my cleaning, but other than that no complaints. I even received a free whitening kit with a coupon they sent in the mail for new customers who have a cleaning and x-rays done. One lady even waited for me to come back to pick up my whitening trays the next day - EXCELLENT customer service!! I sure hope the Addis location will measure up to this level of customer service during my next cleaning.

I truely can not recommend Louisiana Dental Center Baton rouge more. From the Ladies at the front desk, the assistants in the back and the Dentist Dr. Bostick. They were so welcoming and personable. They really made me comfortable and at ease with options for a dental path and time frames that worked best for me.

Could not have asked for a better experience for a dentist visit thanks to Dr. Bostick.I woke up with a sharp pain in my jaw and called the office and they promptly set me up with a walk-in appointment, no issues whatsoever. I got there and Dr. Bostick saw me promptly, diagnosed the problem, and solved the issue. Extremely professional and great service; will definitely return.

I had the most wonderful experience getting all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. There was very minimal pain. The procedures were split in two (right side first week, left side second week) and the healing was virtually painless and super quick. Ive gone back to get my teeth cleaned and it was so quick and amazing. All the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Theyve taken the time to review my bill with me line by line. Scheduling was quick and easy with a swift turnaround time. They even referred me to the Denham location for braces and I have an appointment coming up. I was referred here by a coworker and Ive been referring everyone here ever since. Dr. Bostic (sp?) and the rest of the staff are amazing!!! Fantastic service!!!
