I made my appointment waited 2 months and didnt get any information in the mail or anything about where its at. I made the appointment for 10:40. Googled address that took me to batavia. I have a fractured foot to take my 2 toddlers with me to my appointment walk around the building for 15 minutes in the office so I go into a different office and ask them where it is. They call his office and they inform me that my appointment was not for my actual name at all but for my primaried name that got changed 4 years ago and it was also at 10:20 in Rochester. They tried to blame my primary care dr for sending the wrong information, which is funny considering Im the one who made the appointment under my current name 🤔 I yalled at the women called her a liar and will never ever recommend this dr to anyone ever! Dr Kunze i didnt even see you and my experience with your office was so off putting my anxiety has been bothering me all day. I highly recommend you find better office people who know how to tell the truth and have better communication skills.

Just want to say thank you to Dr Kunze and his staff for doing a procedure inBatavia today they made me feel safe even with covid-19 I felt comfortable and well taken care of thank you again....; )

Kunze is a rude poor excuse for the medical field. Will not return calls, will not call in prescriptions and cant write a medical report. My report said one thing in the beginning and just the opposite at the end. My primary doctor rolled his eyes and asked for it to be clarified. Kunze would not call back. Kunzes secretary is a real piece of work just about everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. Nasty goes into a rant if you have a question and hangs up.

I had a referral from my Primary for a colonoscopy. I called for 3 days. They never answer the phone. If u leave a message their quote is that your call is very important to us. We will call you within the next business dayI left 3 messages. I finally received a call and was berated by office personnel on why I needed a colonoscopy. I told her I was having stomach pains and that my father had recently been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. She asked me well what kind of stomach pains? Seriously ? I gave her my insurance info and she proceeded to tell me she needed more info from my primary physician . I told her he faxed a referral 4 days ago, she raised her voice and said WELL WE DONT HAVE IT! I told her never mind Ill go somewhere else and she said go ahead and hung up.

Staff is the epitome of incompetence. They scheduled me for THE WRONG CITY!!!!
