Horrible experience. Doctor decided to never looked at my sons chart. We’re changing pediatricians and never looking back. Huge mistakes made on the doctors part and what I would call negligence. Wish we would have never gone to widmer’s office. She’s nice and all but the fact her office chooses not to see children when they’re sick makes them absolutely useless as a pediatrician

She’s my favorite pediatrician. She listens and answers any questions.

Our child has a rare diagnosis and we have always been very impressed with both her knowledge and her willingness to accommodate our specific needs. All of the staff are friendly and professional and we have nothing but fabulous things to say about Dr. Widmer & her team.

Dr. Widmer is a godsend! She is hands down the best pediatrician I have yet to encounter. She is always so sweet, caring, and patient and reassuring! She has seen my oldest (4 years old) since he was born-a month early and in the NICU for a week. The office staff have always been warm and friendly, easy to make appointments, and the nurses are wonderful as well!Dr. Widmer always listens to my concerns and takes them very seriously! Whenever I’ve had concerns or even a shadow of a doubt about my son’s development, she’s happily written a referral for me to whichever specialists I feel the need to seek out. Thanks to her, I was able to get my son seen quickly by a wonderful ENT, where it was discovered he needed ear tubes. He has made so much progress in his speech since getting those and has not had a single ear infection in over 2 years!She is also incredibly responsive to MyChart messages/ questions I send-always replying within 24 hours, often times less!My 4 year old LOVES Dr. Widmer—he will literally run to hug her when he sees her come in the exam room! If that’s not a sign of a 5-star pediatrician, I don’t know what is!Thank you for ALL that you do, Dr. Widmer! You are an angel on Earth and a true healthcare hero!

Takes her time with my son ..and answers my questions. Great caring caring doctor, sadly the office she works in no longer accepts my insurance, im saddened I have to leave my son has to go somewhere else now at 3 m/o

Dr. Widmer is a great doctor! She’s been seeing my 3 month old since he was born in the hospital. She’s so genuine and sweet and is unbelievably helpful. She answers all of my first time mommy questions so nicely :) I know he will feel so comfortable around her as he gets older. However, I will have to agree with another reviewer. The secretary seems to be judgmental towards me because of my insurance (I was left a voicemail by her that I will not go into too much detail about that lead me to believe this). Also, our first visit I was running about 15-20 minutes late. I know this can be frustrating for the doctor, however this was my first time taking my 6 day old newborn out of the house and again, I am a first time mom. I tried my best to get there on time....I’d expect someone in her position at a pediatric office to be a bit more understanding of this but I got quite an attitude when I got there. This was not the first time I had an incident where I felt shewas being a bit rude to me. Other than that, the doctor is great and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Widmer is wonderful! Shes knowledgeable, kind and takes her time listening to any questions I have. She explains things well too! Its easy to get an appointment and all the nurses and staff are just as amazing!

Dr Widmer is courteous and knowledgeable. I was amazed (at our first visit when we moved to the area) to find Dr. Widmer is familiar with my daughters rare disorder. She always takes her time with us no matter how many questions I have. Her staff is pleasant and accommodating.

I was misinformed by my insurance that this office was accepting new patients,but I was referred by them.I tried to call and make an appointment for my kids,whos names the receptionists didnt bother to correctly pronounce.I had corrected them and didnt receive even an common courtesy,only a irritated Oh..though Im not sure why.I began the call polite despite receiving the opposite from Jane that entire call.I myself,just a regular parent looking for a good doctor to treat my 2 small children for a wrist injury and beginning cold got so much bad attitude and unprofessional conduct from these 2 receptionists Jane and Madison because my insurance wasnt up to par with their standard. I eventually snapped and hung up after wasting too many minutes on these ignorant people going back and forth and accomplishing nothing as far as my purpose for the call,my children.Good thing they have a mother that they can depend on to find them care up to THEIR STANDARD because its not here! Thanks for nothing PERRAS

Dr. Widmer is amazing. Very sweet and patient. She takes her time and always asks if we have questions. Very caring

Dr.Widmer has been great from the first day we met her when our little man was born. Staff always friendly and scheduling accommodating appointments is always easy!

Absolutely terrible place to take your children. Go here if youre looking for misleading, false, incompetent diagnosis of your children. The doctors do not take you seriously, the service is horrible, the waiting room is tiny. No wonder the office is always empty when I am there.
