She seems knowledgeable, but the problem is that you can’t get through to the office. Everything started out fine, but she blamed me for not following her instructions that were never given to me. Then she said follow up in two weeks and then I tried calling several times and gave up. I decided to try once more a couple of months later. They finally called back and set up a phone visit. The Dr. never called me and neither has the office to explain why. It has been a week and nothing. I am looking for another Dr. She is very arrogant and rude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute nightmare! Not only is she rude and condiscending, her office staff was even more obnoxious. I went to another Dr. to have all of her testing done again and I was treated with respect. From my poor experience, I tell everyone who asks, to go elsewhere!

Love her. Thorough, kind, empathetic and incredibly smart! I have seen her periodically over the last 27 years and she remembers everything about me. Trust her completely! Fabulous doctor!

Dr Rocha is great, she treats you like family, she makes you comfortable explaining everything. of all the Doctors I have seen, Dr Rocha is the best, she goes above and beyond for you.

This cretin is lucky Im giving a one star review. The receptionist is rude and ignorant, the doctor is rarely even in her own office and hardly ever shows up for appointments. Not to mention her condicending attitude toward her patients. Placing blame on people for things she can not do correctly and being just a horrible person must be on her resume. If you need a gastro, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. By your second appointment you will want to leave anyway. Rochester may be a hike for some but there are much, much better practices. Dr.rocha should not even have her own practice. How these people are in business is beyond me.

Had tests done and she told me to call back in a week. I called back in a week like she asked to go over my results and she was always unavailable. I didnt get my results til 3 weeks later!

Woke up in the middle of colonoscopy....

To be spiteful she used a tube to dilate my esophagus that was way to big, causing vagus nerve damage.

This woman is an absolute nightmare. I went here about a year and a half ago and she was very impatient with me. She yelled at me and accused me of lying about my condition for attention. She is an awful Doctor and should have her medical license revoked.
