I love Dr. Robinson, I have been a pt of hers since I was 18! Iam now 36... but TODAY HUNNY... my appt for my children was scheduled for 3 and 315pm I came In at 230 .. because I know how slow thc can be.. I wasn’t checked in until 400 and wasn’t done my appt until 530!!! Something needs to be done!! I would hate to have to leave my favorite dr... I hope these reviews are being read and ADDRESSED

The doctors and nurses are very nice. But they need to update their billing person she/he doesnt know what they are doing! Should hire someone in her position that is actually properly trained

My appointment was at 10:45am I arrived at 10:38am I’m still sitting waiting to see the dr at 12:11pm after telling them that I had prior engagements at 1:30pm that can’t wait tempted to just walk out & call my insurance

I only go to the pharmacy here. And I just love it. Its only the pharmacist and his pharmacist assistant. They both are extremely professional, polite, caring and patient. They are a heck of a pair. If they dont have my medicine, they orders it. And I have it in a couple of days. And the wait time is only no more than 20 minutes. Kudos!!!! I love this pharmacy, they should give a class and teach other pharmacies how its done.

As with any medical center or doctors office, mistakes can be made!Have, experienced my share of mishaps Lord knows!But, I have to say that Dr. Shultz, ( Doris Johnson medical center) Kirk ave.has been one of the best, Ive been a patient of his for few years!I always feel he has my best interest at heart! When it comes to my health!Everything is good, just as long as I follow his directions! LolThe pharmacy folks are the best!Only negative, is they arent open on weekends! Otherwise, a joy to deal with! Once they get to know you, they treat you like family!Thank you!

Dr. Schultz seems to be an inconsiderate and arrogant racist. I was hoping that there was a way to share my thoughts involving this doctor so, thank you for this opportunity. First, I believe that Dr. Schultz is not an asset to the Total Health Care, Kirk Avenue location.In imy opinion his personality is very cold. When I first met him he seemed happy to give me negative news without ANY positive options. This clinic consists of low income families who need a specialist in the areas of PEOPLE and MEDICINE!

My family sees Dr. Watson she is amazing and the staff has been polite with us. I was a little nervous about the office moving from Union Memorial to here but Im actually very happy with how we are handled and the overall experience.

Dr. Shultz is the rudest doctor there. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone and dr Natasha way on is just lazy. If they get new doctors this place will be fine.

Ive been trying to get them to send my sons shot records to my new Dr with no help. They keep telling the Dr that they faxed it but actually never does and once they sent the records of another child to my sons Dr. This is just Shameful because its been a year now so its causing serious problems not having those records😡

Very slow and unprofessional. My daughter had a 2 pm appointment and didnt get seen until 330. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They were busy. Talking to each other rather than working

I’m currently here at total healthcare and Dr. Shultz refuses to treat me he says he’s not convinced” of my ailments.

I am happy to share that my experience at Kool Smiles on 1900 Broadway surpassed my expectations by far as follows: Unlike other dental facilities I tried to contact just prior, I was able to get connected to Kool Smiles by phone rightaway and without having to go through prompts or be placed on hold for a long period; the greeter on the line was professionally courteous and informative; I was pleased a walk-in option was available which I responded to, and even then I did not have to sit long before being seen; after my initial exam on 10/01/14, I was able to get a 10 am next day appointment at my request to be seen as soon as possible; the dentist and dental assistants were also polite and informative. They made me feel very comfortable as I was given great care; the greeter in the front receptionist was as polite in person as he was on the phone. I commended him for his professional and courteous manner which proves to be an asset to the organization. One last thing is that my wait time was spent with pleasure as I watched the funny TV screen shows that made me laugh and smile. It helped to take my mind off my dental emergency. The doctor, Dr.Shultz, is very rude and disrespectful. The staff is rude as well and unprofessional. They are not kid friendly and the doctor is very stereotypical.

They lost my paperwork I need to return to work

The wait time to fill out new patient paperwork is ridiculous, they double book patients , they working from side to side in taking on one side and waiting for the doctor on the other side . Than the wait for the doctor is even worst ! The staff please don’t get me started on them 🤦🏽‍♀️🤬 they just need to SHUT THE WHOLE LOCATION DOWN !!!
