I have been a patient since 1985. Dr. Rainey is the worst doctor i have seen at Matilda Koval currently known as Baltimore Medical systems. She has no empathy for her patients. Her behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional. Request another doctor. She will tell you to google your symptoms in a tone of voice thats is unprofessional. Thinking about moving to another medical dr.

Love the atmosphere and the staff is so friendly and most of all available when I need them .There my second family been utilizing there services for eight years or so. The pharmacy staff is very helpful each and every time I needed there help.

You will wait several hours to be seen. My last 3 appointments have had a combined wait time of over 7 hours for very simple matters. Lots of questionably hygienic practices. Go somewhere else, especially if Dr. Rainey is your provider here.Edit: their billing department is also rude and incompetent. They incorrectly billed my insurance and were condescending to me and telling me to fix it when its been a year and a half since the visits and their mistake. I work in healthcare finance IT. I can tell you with certainty that their use of paper records and incompetence will make your experience hell on top of their already sub-standard office experience.

Ive been to the one on Belair Road and I know most people that go there have HIV/AIDS, but Im not sure if all locations do. I recently started going to this location and I had a good experience there.

This place dont need any stars i hate this place most of them are lazy and dont do what they are suppose to i only been there for at least 6 months and been seen 3 to2 times i hate it they always have problems and excuses about everything NO STARS THROW THE WHOLE CLINIC IN THE TRASH

Wait time is horrendous. Over an hour plus despite coming in 15 mins early to sign in ! Never again

Dr. Wilson is the best and so was Dr. Fransis before her...oh how I miss her but Im glad to have Dr. Wilson taking care of my healthcare needs :)
