This place is a bit sketchy. They have armed security sitting right next to the front desk. They reschedule appointments all the time. Also, the wait times are usually insane. I normally see Cameron Trautman and she is wonderful! If this review for her it easily be 5 stars. However, for the rest of the staff the same can not be said. At my last visit, I went in for shoulder pain and upon telling the provider my history she squeezed my should for .5 seconds and said I need to see a specialist. She told me shed get everything together and be right back. 20 minutes passed and then I thought I heard my name coming from the hallway. After another minute I heard it again but louder. One of the nurses was sitting at the nurses station screaming for me to come out of the room. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? You cant open a door and talk with me? All that to tell me I was all set and could leave. So unprofessional and rude. P.S. dont even try to call about referrals, the lady that handles them here is probably the worst of them all, if you get to talk to her at all.

If they want patients to come here, they should reconsider their phone etiquette or lack of it. They treat you like a criminal for trying to make an appointment. The attitude was appalling and if this is how the receptionist acts, I can only imagine the level of care the doctors provide...

Absolutely unbelievable unprofessionalism waited for an hour in the Room while the doctor and secretary giggled outside of the room and then when I came out to ask when my daughter was gonna be seen they asked if I was in a rush!!! The doctor herself had the nerve to say what you shouldnt have made such a late appointment if you were in a rush. I am reporting these people to everyone I possibly can I have never in my life than been so disrespected

Worst customer service ever ...my wife and autistic son sat in waiting room for a 1hr and a half just to be told the doctor doesnt have time to do the appointment because they messed up the scheduling and set appointment for a diabetic screening. Which i wouldnt have set appointment because my son doesnt have diabetes. Then was told jus gove me your number and ill call u when we can set up a appointment. Got home was able to call and set up appointment and in their system we never showed up to our appointment. Terrible........ Doctors soooooo unprofessional and staff just rude and lazy they only show up for theor checks ..

Dont ever go there worst place I ever been to they dont care about there patient at all I been telling them I need a head scan for a long while now and nothing I been having bad migraines for years and now its been none stop everyday for 2 weeks now messing with my eyes and ears and neck and I have a lump on my head inside and they just dont care

Excellent and fast care of nurses, secretaries and doctors know how to do their job very well and very professional.. very clean and tidy place!! Delighted by everything, I highly recommend this place!

Dont go here if you can avoid it. The communication is awful. They can never tell you whos going to be available to give you your medicine or what time theyre actually going to close. I had to go there four times to pick up a Rx and if a nurse leaves with it locked on their office youre SOL. Absolutely asinine way to give out prescriptions. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

Today I visited this office and I really liked the staff very much. They were all professional and I was seen by the doctor very quickly. The checkup was thorough and the doctor (Dr. Francis O.) was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed at all. I recommend this office.

They have a few good doctors. However wait is extremely long..... More like a clinic then a doctors office

This place is horrible ! If I could give nagitive stars I would. It doesn’t seem like a doctors office at all. All they seem to take about is drugs and alcohol . I feel they didn’t do good job trying to get my past medical history. For the second appt. they canceled it a few hours before my appointment... pretty ridiculous ! Then I dropped off paper work over three weeks ago and still hasn’t been mailed back to me and no one will call me back to help me figure out what’s going on.

Unprofessional and rudee!

First of all they treat patients like all of them are junkeys . i have a very bad back and my doctor knows that i have all the proof i need . Baltimore medical system cancels appointments and say they called you to let you know . well i never got the call and i set the appointment up from the hospital . i had been to the emergency room 3 days back to back . when i did go in to see my doctor she had canceled. so i was able to see another doctor that flat out told me well this is my first time seeing you so i will not be able to prescribe you any hard medication . I HAD TO ASK MYSELF WHY IN THE HECK AM I HERE. So it was clear to me to drop them because they do not care about me or my pain . Oh and to let you know how bad my pain was i was given a morphine drip in my I V and it did not help at all and this was at the hospital so you let me know if i was making my pain up or the 2 slipped disk and the 3 bulging disk in my back is real pain . well i found me a new doctor that really takes better care of her patients .

The referral department here is an absolute joke. On multiple occasions I have called, left messages, and still nothing. When I finally got a response after leaving yet another voicemail, the Woman was extremely nasty, proceeded to tell me how Im no more important than anyone else, and actually ended the conversation by hanging up on me. If even those directing the calls are saying how the Middlesex location never answers, I think theres a bigger problem. Now, I understand that youre dealing with people who might not be privileged enough to afford their own health care but at least have some damn decency to treat everyone like humans. Some of us are dealing with serious issues and this type of behavior is disgusting.

Youre better off going to Express Care. At least you know youll be seen within the hour. This place is a joke. Everytime I decide to give these unprofessionals a chance, I end up disappointed. Never again.

Hours are consistently wrong on website. Long wait times with rude receptionists. The doctor was helpful, but everything else is terrible.

I am 9 months pregnant with my second daughter I went today to my appointment my due date is January 22nd. I recently left Honeygo from OBGYN Dr. Jiloca she was horrible and her Staff and I was looking for someone NEW! I found this place and I will say My New OBGYN her name is Dr. Maariya Bassa she is THE BEST OBGYN she was so NICE! Everyone there was! even the staff 😍 I dont regret coming to this place I recommend it! Besides waiting for a while 😶🤷 its not a problem I am patient and it is worth the wait and an improvement from where I was before. The nurse was very nice we were laughing alot. Im happy and satisfied definitely made a new friend. ☺♥TBH I dont understand what other people are saying why this is such a bad place its not see for yourself.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. If I had not gone to see another doctor at a different medical company. I would still be in pain right now. DONT EVER GO HERE, THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE. Its easy to play like your doing your job and these people really know how to play. 1st off the nurse used her bare hands to touch a medical untisle that was going to be used inside of me. 2nd they sent me home not even telling me what was wrong. 3rd I waited 5 days in pain for someone to call me about my body sample. Everytime I called no one answer or either I was given the run around through different people. 4th I had to see another doctor just for them to tell me what was wrong with me. 5th on the 6 day called back and a Reservationist told me they did not have my results back. 6th on that same call once I told her I seen another doctor and that their results was not needed, out of the blue she stated my result came back with no results. I was in pain for 5 fxxking days. I could have going to the ER or Patient First of I would have knew. This is my 2nd time giving this company a chance. IM DONE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DOCTORS AND NURSES THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.

This was my first visit as a new patient. I made the appointment to get birthcontrol and they scheduled me for a physical instead so i show up at 12 for my 12:30 and they say its at 1 and then i get back there and not only do they not do the physical but all i did was sign paperwork...... Nothing was done and i finally got the birthcontrol appointment and come to find out by looking at the paper it isnt even at the same place or same OBGYN/Doctor... Its in the city..... This place is ghetto and i would highly reccomend you stay far away from this establishment. Its waiting rooms are full of junkies and the place is improperly run.

This place is the worst. I made an appt for today. I told the person on the phone what I needed to be seen for. I get all the way to my appt for my Doctor who was rushing me to tell me I can only be seen for one thing. I hate this place. Im currently looking for a new Doctor. I have had enough. Its always a issue at this office. I wrote a review before because the techs are always discussing patients business. The referral coordinator is lazy and had the nerve to tell me I got to many issues. Im sorry I cant help that I have medical issues and I thought it was her job to do referrals smh. If I was dying Id rather die then to ever go back to this place. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Now after wasting my day I have to go to urgent care to be seen today and until Im able to get another Doctor. I hope they shut this place down.

Worst clinic in the area. Everytime I come here I wait over an hour after my appointment. The staff act as if the patients have nothing more to do than to sit in the doctors office all day. And when you think the doctor might be in with another patient, you quickly notice the staff and doctors are chatting and gossiping with one another at the nurses desk. Very unprofessional environment. Dont waste your time.

Horrible experience. The doctors often to chat about there patients information to the medical assistants and secretaries; specifically concerning the patients personal business and patient records/results after closing the door of the examination room. Now I understand asking the doctors asking medical assistants or secretaries to print out paperwork etc., but when the patient becomes the talk of the whole doctors office, its not professional nor appropriate. There is no confidentiality between the doctors and their patients. They expect you to be honest about your health history but how when they judge you? Most employees there are oten are rude and give you misleading information concerning health in general. The only nice people employed at this doctors office is some of the staff at the front desk (depending on who you speak with) and the security guards. Other than that, this doctors office is horrible. Never will I trust BMS at the Essex location with my personal health information. For all of this, Ill just go to Patient First...beware.

OMG this was the WORST experience I ever had in any health facility. I didnt even get to see the doctor for my issues because I was so unsettled by the fact that the medical assistant took my tempature without using any protective cover on the thermometer she just stuck the instrument in my mouth and by the time I realized and felt the raw metal on my teeth it was too late. When I asked her for something to at least rinse my mouth out with I hear her and the plobotomist joking about the suitation saying, Im sure shes had worst in her mouth. Iam just dumbfounded by the level of unprofessional and incompatce displayed at this facility. Iam afraid I may have come into contact with something I didnt come in with because of this. If you care about your health dont go here.

I have been there 6 times and never seen the same doctor twice

So I have a double ear infection I very rarely go to the doctors I showed up here today was turned away because doctors dont want to show up and do their job so I called to make an appointment and theres no appointments available for 2 days and I have to call back in 24 hours because of that instead of them making an appointment Baltimore medical system is a f****** joke

0 STAR!!!Worst place ever!! Especially that lady Lina Mohammed for billing department and sliding fee program. NO ultrasounds/sonograms are done at this place if you are pregnant.

Very bad place do not go there doctor are not professional it like they pulled someone off the street if you call a doctor their you will not get in touch With one when I did get someone they said the doctor will call me back in 72 hours never did i was out of medicine for a week and when you call to make a complaint guess what you get . you guess it yes a recording this place is very bad
