Wish they had a dentist office like this when I was a kid. They have really went above and beyond in trying to cater to children. There are televisions to distract the kids while getting cleaned. They also have a nice surprise for the kids once complete. They are really great at explaining charges.

They dont care about you here at all. they cancel appointments, they are rude to people, they hang up the phones ( when they do decide to answer cause they never answer) I have to call them 6-8 times before I get an answer. the women in the front desk are rude. making slick remarks thinking you wont hear them. WGHAT EVER YOU DO DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people at front desk never want too help, since I was referred over to them Ive had nothing but problems. front desk will randomly hangup or wont call back when they say they will. they also will cancel your appointments without telling you. if you take anything from this review read the followingI called to ask for medication, I had 2 extractions. the medication they gave me was Ibuprofen 600mg, first off I can get 500 over the counter, 2nd you think when you tell them hey its been 3 days and the pain is just bad or maybe worse at times they would prescribe something stronger even if its just for 2 or 3 days. BUT NOPE, THEY TOLD ME DO YOU MIND COMING ON ON FRIDAY (THE DAY I CALLED WAS MONDAY) AND WELL CHECK YOUR EXTRACTIONS AND THEN GIVE YOU DIFFERENT MEDICATION??? YOU ARE TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT 5 DAYS WITH PAIN BEFORE I CAN GET SOMETHING STRONGER THEN IBUPROFEN? THAT IS NOT OKAY. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AT ALL.

Used to be great. Used to have appointments on holidays. I dont care about their $5 Starbucks card for a good review, Im just going to be honest. Very expensive! Good care, but you will pay a lot for it. Office staff are alright, they used to have people that really cared. Now it seems like just a job. Used to go there, from birth to 15 y.o., now go somewhere else.

Front desk never help. They never call back. Appointments get randomly canceled. DONT GO HERE

We love West Valley Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone is so friendly and patient. My son has a developmental disability and sensory processing issues, so dental and medical appointments are never fun. We went yesterday for a check up and he asked questions about every piece of equipment and everything that was going on. Dawn, the dental hygienist, was incredibly kind and patient with him. She answered all his questions and was very gentle. If you have a child with a disability, I strongly suggest bringing them here. They are wonderful!

My kiddos and and I have had fantastic experiences with Dr Bailey and all of the hygienists. We had our first child cavity filling today and were beyond impressed! They were fast, used fantastic verbiage and great tools to help my 5 year old get through a double filling with ease! Thank you all for helping my little one have no dentist anxiety!!

All the doctors are great and so patient with my daughter. They are informative and supportive of keeping her teeth and gums healthy. They explain everything in terms that you can understand. Thanks.

I had a 2 appointments at 2:20 on a Friday, my daughter called to cancel hers. I arrive to this location and there isn’t anyone at the receptionist desk. I wait a good 10 minutes and I open the door to head towards the back cause it’s just ridiculous at this point. I find someone and she tells me that the appointment was cancelled, mind you it’s only 2:45pm, I advised that only one appointment was cancelled and the other is active and she is here. She goes on to tell me that the dentist left, why is the dentist leaving if the office isn’t closed. She asked me to wait up front, I go and I’ve been waiting another 10 minutes and nothing has happened. If you like to wait I would suggest coming here

We absolutely love coming to this office! Everyone has the best personalities and always make my daughter feel comfortable and excited to be here. I also love we can do the orthodontist work at the same place. It makes everything so convenient and smooth.

West Valley Pediatric Dentistry is AMAZING! We have been coming here for over 8 years for my daughter! They are so patient and know how to handle children! I love that my daughter looks forward to her dental appointments! The tokens they reward the children with after their visit are awesome! I would highly recommend them!

FANTASTIC kid friendly environment. The staff is so nice, you always get greeted with a smile. They work with you on payment plans and really help explain things to you. I have been taking my son here for years because he has braces and would recommend them to all parents who have kids.

Stuff/employees are rude, non professional, they communication skills. They need to give directions to a kid before touch them, especially when they feel nervous. Not mentioned how rude the tech-Michellewas with me. She didn’t even face me when I was asking a question! No communication while they were doing my son’s treatment/fillings the Dr A Spera. step out of the room without saying anything........ we waited until I had to tell her to stop the sedation if she’s not coming!!.. tech said you’re right I did.. this’s ridiculous they just not organized and providing a horrible service. So disappointed after 20 yrs coming here they are getting worse.

Love this Pediatric Dentistry. The assistants and front desk girls are so friendly and helpful. I like that they reward the kids with tokens to put into the toy dispenser. Even my kids get excited about their appointments.

You could say my daughters and I are long term patients here! They have been receiving check ups here since they were 2 years old. Now they are 15. Every time we have been greeted by a happy, cheerful, and polite staff that always aims to please. The dentists are honest with you, and my girls know that they will receive the best of care. 2 cavities, caps, and braces later, they are still scrambling to get in the car so we can get to the Dentist in time!

We have been going to WV Pediatric Dental for 7-8 years and love the place. The staff are very nice and friendly. The dentist are awesome and always makes our kids feel at ease no matter what they’re getting done (from simple 6 month check up to extractions). I love it even more now since they moved to the new location in Avondale which is closer to my home.

Absolutely love this place. My daughter is 2 shes been coming since she was 1 and every procedure and cleaning she has had went great Dr. Brownstein is the best of them all he is so caring and was so comforting to us when our daughter had to get crowns. I rate it a 4 because there have been issues when the office called they had other phone numbers for me and have wrong directions for different things. Other than this I love this place!

My sons Isaiah (5) and Noah (2) both had check ups at the same time 2/16. We were very happy with the staff and dentists that helped Noah through the appointment as he was a little but upset during his teeth cleaning. Isaiah loves coming to visit the dentist and looks forward the the coin at the end they use for the toy machine! My children have been with this dentist office for over 4 years. We absolutely love the staff. They recently moved 8/16 and we attended the new office on Dysart on 2/18. We LOVE the new office. The office is easy to find and the parking is great. We love the waiting area. It’s bright and spacious. The TV’s are a great addition and entertain the kids. The actual area where the kids are seen is amazing. It’s clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. Definitely a place my kids love!!

We love this office! All staff members are upbeat & pleasant and great with my 10 & 6 year old girls. Weve been coming here for 4 years & havent had one negative experience. Wait times are minimal. Theres games and cartoons to keep the kids occupied in the waiting & treatment areas. I wouldnt take my girls anywhere else.

I was terrified to take my youngest to the dentist, she has severe anxiety about everything! I was shocked at how well the visit went. When my daughter started screaming, the hygienist stayed calm and recommended I wait around the corner. Within 2 minutes my daughter was calm and actually laughing! She loves coming to this office now. All of the staff is amazing, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Ive been going to this office since I was a year old! Now Im almost 12 now and I still love going! Everyone is so nice and friendly and I love the coins I get for the little toy machines. So fun!

The front desk ladies are very kind. All of the nurses and doctors are nice and they help you out. After you are done they give you coins to get prizes which is a great idea for kids. Hardly any waiting in the waiting room.

Seems like this place needs to hire more staff THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DAM PHONE doesnt matter what time u call morning or afternoon today I was on the phone for 10 + min & still no pick up this is my third time trying since last week still no answer so I gave up & will be taking my girls to Arizona Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics where I was able to get an answer & scheduled appt within 3min very unfortunate I have to take my girls elsewhere when theyve been coming here & only here for 10+ yrs due to them not answering phones & the place ultimately going down hill over the years the place has gotten ran down carpet is disgusting Nintendos didnt even work the last time we were there the walls were dirty from kids handprints & in all is just in need of a MAJOR UPGRADE I could say some other thing about the staff in front but I dont want to be mean so Ill keep my mouth shut on that

Great customer service and my kids loved their dentist visit. My daughter was nervous about going and they talked her through the whole process. Dentist offices have come a long way since I was a kid! From the decoration, animated movies, and tablets to play with what kid wouldnt want to go to the dentist. The staff at the front desk greeted us with smiles and conversation. Then when we were called back the kids were excited to pick out their tooth brushes and have pictures (xrays) of their teeth done. After their cleanings they were able to pick a prize from the machines using their tokens.

We have been going here for several years and always have a pleasant visit from the front office throughout the whole staff! Thanks for making my sons dentist visit a comfortable one!😊

I had been a 2yr customer with them for my son and never knew about their policy of no calling in and not leaving a voice mail they will not accept you as a customer anymore, they would automaticly drop you from a customer. I had a visit for my son and the reason we couldnt make it which they totally didnt care was he was up all night wasnt feeling well woke up at 3am and didnt go back to bed at all. He eventually did go back to bed and our appointment was at 7:10am. He had also drink liquid which I was 100% sure if it was okay so I was nervous about that because he had, Had previous sedation and he was going to be put in anesthesia and he doesnt react well after he gets up from anesthesia. To make the long story short I really think its stupid how just because I didnt leave a voice mail they drop me off as a customer, reality is all they care about is the money, not my sons well being I am glad I was drop now found a better dentist for my son and they even had the audacity of sending me a dumb letter in why they are not giving me service anymore and if I want any of my sons record I have to pay for them to be transfered to another dentist that just shows you how much they care more about the money than their patients. They didnt care anything about my son not being well and us not having a good night. I even called at 6am but since they never answer their phones I couldnt speak to anyone, and just for not leaving a simple message they drop me, great place shows you how considerate they are for their customers.
