Everyone is wonderful there!! They make the kids very comfortable. All the staff is gentle and caring. They answer baby questions or concerns without hesitation.I would not trust my kids with anyone else!!

The staff are excellent and kind. Couldn’t speak higher about the front desk and assistants. However, the doctor didn’t show any care to the reason we were there. She basically checked my sons teeth and cleaned them. I had to stop her and ask about it and she didn’t have a clue. It was obvious she did not look at his chart and was annoyed she had to put gloves back on to check. I had to ask her multiple questions to get any info about his checkup. When she was done speaking she just walked away. Due to the doctor we will not be returning.

Dr. Tim and the staff were great. Took my 4yr old for his 1st check up. Everyone was welcoming and made my son feel comfortable about his visit. Thank you

I took my daughter in for her first ever dentists appointment. She is 1 and terrified of doctors (at her pediatricians she will scream the second we get there). She was calm the whole time we were there, thanks to the wonderful hygienists, and actually left happy! She is still pretty excited a couple of days later to use her new toothbrush that she got from her visit.

Dr.Tim was so sweet with my nervous 2 year old and it went by very quick and I had no worries or concerns.

Very nice staff but the atmosphere was alittle off putting and sterile. Didnt feel like a childrens dentist office. They also only used a tooth brush to clean his teeth when weve gone to other dentist and they have used the dental tools and seemed more kid friendly. (Had to switch due to insurance.)

I recently brought my son here who 1 for his first appointment and I will be taking him somewhere else from now on. I didn’t have a terrible experience but just felt very judged by the dentist and assistant and overall it just didn’t feel like a welcoming cheery place to be at his like pediatrician office we go to on the other side of the parking lot.

Making a consult and preventative care appointment is easy. Scheduling for dental work is a whole different story. My son needed some emergent care because the dentist mentioned it needed to be done quickly and they couldnt provide any dates within the month despite offering to pay out of pocket. We found a new dentist in a practice that offers holistic care.

Dr. Umar is Great and very professional dentist, he always extra care for his patiennts. My kids are very happy with him.

I was in and out for my sons check up by his actual appointment time. Awesome!

I truly love this place ! They attend us fast. Everyone is very friendly. All personal staff are nice to my kids and to myself. They make us feel welcomed. I love how I can enter with my children to get them checked, as not all dentists let the parents go in with their children. Will certainly keep taking my kids to this dentistry. The Doctor remembers my kids all the time we go in . He is very patient and fun with the kids . He makes my daughter who has anxiety feel very comfortable. Tells you tooth problems honestly and doesn’t make you waste your money.

The first couple of visits were awesome very friendly staff kid-friendly. Great atmosphere my two older kids needed dental work they got them in no time my four-year-old needed dental work they pushed her appointment out months on top of pushing it out month I finally got her in and they cancelled last minute which caused me to miss two days of work because their doctor didnt want to travel 2 hours just to see my daughter very dissappointed comcerning a new dentist

There is not 1 complaint I have with our experience at this Dental Office ! From the time you walk in the front desk girl was very pleasant, the dental assistant was just great and the dentist knows her profession well! We did not have to wait to be seen or when she put her in the chair to clean and x-ray or for the dentist! We will continue to go here for sure!!!

They were fast, very kind, and direct when taking care of my three children. They give my kids instructions on how to brush better. Best place to go to for cleaning or a filling.

The staff here are wonderful, so patient and nice. The dentist is so amazing and great with kids ,and might I add a very handsome man:) they always help get me an emergency appointment for my kids when I need one, the office is always clean ! We are in and out , they are that good!!!

My kids appointment here went so well,the initial process of getting checked in was so easy and the staff was awesome. The office was clean and we felt like they took every precaution needed for our appointment. The assistant was great and made my kids feel comfortable and helped my 3 year old get through x-rays and the cleaning for her first time with no problems.the dentist was super nice and we left having all our questions and concerns taken care of and their prices are affordable. Im looking forward to any upcoming appointments here and would recommend this office for any childrens dental needs.

My son went here for 6 months and received such a poor and lax assessment of his teeth. He had light brown lines on his two back teeth. We were told he just needed light white fillings. Nothing drastic. After that was done, his browns showed back up after a month. We took him back and was told he needed 2 crowns and 2 fillings. We scheduled the work 12/12/20... in a week after seeing them, my son had a huge cavity in his tooth. We took him back 1/7/2021 and they said he now needed to be sedated, we have to pay nearly $800 out of pocket, he needed 3 crowns and 4 fillings! The dentist who was supposed to be there wasn’t there and the new dentist said, “he was just here what is going on?” Meanwhile, we were not provided any options for our son to at least get a temporary cover for that huge cavity to prevent infection. We went to another dentist the same day and they showed us where my son had way more issues than we were just told that morning!!! The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t care at all! Such poor communication and I am currently waiting to see if my son is in risk of losing a tooth and nerve damage! My household values teeth! My 10 year old daughter has not had a cavity in her life and she is 10! My wife hasn’t had a cavity in the last 15 years and both my wife and I have braces! We value our dental health! Had we received any real guidance our 3 yr old son wouldn’t be having to be put to sleep and have all this work done!!! Beyond disgusted!

This place is awesome I brought my kids and they needed so much work done. Sylvia helped us out ALOT!! She helped my son who needs braces get in the very next day! Shes awesome! The rest of the ladies are also very nice! I spent my wait time laughing and talking with the receptionist...Im meeting the orthodontist today and Im sure she will be just as wonderful as the rest. I highly recommend this dentistry!!

Ive been bringing my kids to them for the last 10 years. Not a fan of the new 1 parent rule but who else is going to see 5 kids at once.

Our appointment was at 9am and they were very prompt and friendly. the place was also very clean and we felt safe visiting because they ensured that there was a safe distance between us and the other patients.the dental assistant was gentle but thorough, and the children were very pleased with their toothbrushes! would highly recommend this place for checkups and normal cleaning!

My son’s appointment was at 12pm and we got there a little early for his appointment and the receptionist was so nice she walked us to the back. As soon as my son sat down they took him right away to do xrays and started the cleaning process. By the time the girl finished we waited 5 minutes for the dentist. At 12:15pm we were walking out the door. Super fast and excellent customer service. Best Pediatric Dentistry.

All of the staff is very friendly and professional, they provided excellent customer service! A little disappointed they didnt turn the tv on or provide sunglasses like most pediatric dentist offices. Also the floors and walls need to be cleaned. But we will continue to go based on the way we were treated, again all staff was very friendly!

My husband brought in our 3 kiddos yesterday and was very happy with their customer service, how well they explained what needed to be done, and how good they were with our kiddos. We will be returning next week for some additional work that our oldest needs done. We finally found a dentist that we will use for all dental work from now on! Thank you Desert Valley for making my family feel well taken care of and not just a dollar sign!

The layout had me by surprise, but it made my daughter (4) less afraid of the dentist. Usual set ups are very up close and personal. My oldest (5) didn’t handle the experience well; as expected. (On the spectrum) staff assisted her quite well. For the first time, it was better than expected for dad not being able to come along. I watched both kids without having to leave one or the other. Excited for future visits !

The dentist Tim seemed nice. However this might be the most cleanliness pediatric dental place ive taken my kids. The garbages are right below the untensils that go into the childrens mouths. The place alone look unclean. But staff while they are okay. Not the best but defiantly not a highly rated place.

This is a great dentistry! My kids love coming here and they love the huge treasure chest of rewards they get to choose from!

We love this place! We love that they accommodate Saturday scheduling. The staff is so friendly and work well with my kids personalities. One of my kids has anxiety and they talked him through the whole process. While he was getting his teeth cleaned the gal was so calm and descriptive I could see an instant relief in his eyes. Great experience!! After going for a yearly check up elsewhere with a not so great experience, I came across desert valley dentistry and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I found this office, not only is it a convenient location for me but have multiple offices to accommodate my personal schedule if needed. Clean and very well put together office. From front office to back I was very happy with the service my 3 year old received.

Took my four year old daughter in for a cleaning and they took x-rays. The tech was awesome. Very attentive to my daughter and let her know everything he was doing. When it came time for cleaning. They were amazing. Kept her involved throughout the process. At the end, my daughter was asking if we could go back the next day.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the Dr. and he helper her feel at ease! Will definitely come back for checkups and follow ups!

Great dentist for kids!Clean office,Very nice staff,Fun for kids...they have toys and coloring while you wait, they also have stickers, a treasure chest and kids get a free movie ticket as well!They were very patient and sure to answer any questions or concerns that I had. My kids are 15 months and 3 years. My 3 year old loved it, the baby wasn’t thrilled while they were cleaning his teeth but otherwise he was happy there too!This is the first dentist we have been to, and will definitely be going back!

The Drs are great and good with my kids! All the Staff was great and very sanitary during these times.

Everyone was very friendly and good with my daughter but I didnt give 5 stars because it took almost 45 mins just to be seen. We were there 20mins early. I also think they should add more kid friendly decor or designs. Ive seen some dental offices that are super cute but this OnE is very plain.Second visit: didnt take as long to be taken back but we waited a long time in general. A normal check up for my daughter and we were there an hour and a half.

Desert Valley Pediatric Dentistry is absolutely amazing! I ended up going to the West Valley location in Avondale after a pretty bad experience at Wild West Childrens Dentistry. Im really glad I made the switch because my kids love this dentist office! Very clean and all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

This was our second time coming here, my children actually asked to go back to this office. The staff is extremely friendly. I had all 3 of my kids there for a check up. My 7 year old daughter is a particularly difficult one, the staff was very patient with her. The dentist was very personable and friendly, I appreciate that.

Everyone there is so nice, we were running behind and they were so good about accommodating us. The dentist and hygienist and X-ray techs are so good with the kids. I also love the open floor plan, so all of my kids can be seen at once and I dont have to bounce from room to room.

Love the dentists at this office. Sometimes the assistants seem a lil rough and my daughter confirmed this and they can work on that. But its clean and quick.

The practice is nice. They work hard to schedule at your convenience. The wait time is usually minimal. If they can do the procedure needed then, they do. Every one is pleasant.
