For the first time in my life, I had to see a periodontist for a cracked tooth. So, my dentist referred me to West Valley Periodontics, in Avondale, to have a tooth pulled and an implant inserted. I was scared to death, but Jessica, Matt, and Joanna put me at easy before, during, and after this procedure. They work together really well as a team and made me laugh so much, before and after the procedure, that I had tears in my eyes. This office is awesome, and I will continue going here for any other procedures that may arise in the future!

It was a great experience. All the staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Friendly and knowledgeable.Would highly recommend them.

Overall my experience with the staff and doctor was as good as possible, considering the procedure. Not too happy that my insurance was not processed correctly (if at all) by the office. I paid upfront, because of this, with them telling me they would still send it to insurance later. Nothing on my itemized receipt indicated insurance name, benefit available, ytd used, etc. I expect to receive any insurance paid to be credited back to me as promptly as I paid the office.

The people at West Valley Periodontics are very friendly. The office is clean. They made me feel relaxed. I am going back after the first of the year to get more work done.👍

As a RN I have high expectations of the medical and dental professionals I go to and West Valley Periodontics proved to be outstanding. I just had a major periodontal procedure I had not been looking forward to at the Avondale office. Jessica, Matt and Dr Siu took all the anxiety out of the experience. I was part of the team, not just who they were working on. knowledgable, professional, cheerful and efficient!

The staff was very friendly. Overall the a visit was amazing. The Doctor was excellent as well he makes sure he explains everything to you.

West Valley Periodontics provided superb care for a gum issue I had for a tooth that needed manipulation to allow for progressive gum growth. The process was relatively painless and I had very positive results which allowed for healthy teeth and gums. Dr Martin is very nurturing and professional in her administration of my procedure. Kay did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and gums as well as providing sound care processes for my gums and teeth. I would recommend them anytime to anyone.

Dr Bohra and his entire staff made a rather uncomfortable event very much the opposite. I felt very well cared for and very safe in their office. The procedure took 4 visits and by the end I was sad to be leaving! Dr. Bohra pulled my broken tooth and put in an implant all in about a half an hour -- he is a dental magician! Doing my visits I am welcomed by friendly Staff at my appointments. Even with Covid going on, there is not much of a wait time. Very clean and friendly environment. Everyone is wearing a mask and their associated PPE. You feel safe and they always inform you of your results and answer any of your questions. This office is excellent for patient care and customer service.

Have been going since 2014 to Dr Bohra. I have needed several implants since then and one wisdom tooth extraction. All have had excellent results. Made first visit in the COVID era today. Their protocols for keeping every safe seemed top notch. Highly recommend this office in Surprise.

My husband had a periodontal procedure done with Kay on a Monday and by Tuesday he was right back in his daily routine. No painkillers were needed in his follow up. I just want to compliment the wonderful staff at West Valley Periodontics in Surprise. A few days ago, I had laser gum surgery, which was done by Dr. Katie Martin (with her assistant Brooke). This was my first visit. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist or doctors office. Staff was exceptional and the Doc was extremely personable. If they did the full spectrum of services this would be the office for me and my family. Hopefully this will be my only surgical need.I have a very hard time with xrays (gag reflex is horrible) When I say they have the “X-ray whisperer!!” I’m not exaggerating! He was like helping me meditate while he used his fingers to hold slides instead of gadget!!! High five for that !!!!!

Gave them 3 chances to fix a fuse gone wrong, one of the times I had to guide a new doctor on what to do because my original one wasnt available and he had never done it before. Im not mad that they couldnt do a simple fuse, Im mad that they only refunded $27 of the $200 I spent out of pocket. I would NOT recommend these people to ANYONE.
