The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Ive been going to this office since 2011 and has always been a warm and wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Thihan Phan is incredible. She takes her time in going over the diagnosis and treatment options. Not only she has taken care of my health, but also is fun to speak with at every appointments. It is rare to find doctors that combines personal touches and care for a patient. I highly recommend this office.

Love this dental office. They are so efficient. I have never had to wait and with their up to date equipment you can see everything about your teeth! I am a huge scary cat 🙀 when it comes to dental work but between the hygienist and Dr Phan I feel like I can handle the fear factor. This office was very clean and took extra precautions in regards to COVID protocols. I felt the dental assistant and the dentist were very professional. They also took extra time to teach me more about dental hygiene and aftercare instructions. I am planning on returning for all my dental care.

I hate the dentist but just by walking in here it doesnt seem like one. I appreciate the extra effort to make people like me feel more at ease. The receptionists are lovely as well.

All I can say is I had such a wonderful experience at Palo Verde Dentistry. Can I just start off by saying how wonderful and friendly the staff is, made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole visit. I can honestly recommend Palo Verde Dentistry if you want a place that makes you feel welcome. I would like to personally thank Cassandra for making feel so comfortable knowing that it was my first time at the dentist, she made my experience so much better even offering to lend me her headphones. I am impressed with the staff and Dr.Pham. They are taking all the necessary steps to ensure they are practicing CDC. This is my first visit and it wont be my last.

Showed up for my appointment 2 days ago, filled out paperwork, & sat in the chair only to be informed that they would not clean my teeth without taking x rays. Im 18 weeks into a high risk pregnancy, Im not getting x rays taken. When I made the appointment 4 weeks ago, I informed whoever I spoke to that I was pregnant & did not want x rays & was never told that I would have to have them in order for my teeth to be cleaned. Had I been given that information at that time, I would not have bothered sxheduling. They would not even consider looking at x rays from my previous dentist bc they were too old. They were taken in October, my April appointment got pushed 3 times because of covid, & then it took me a month to get in here. Sorry a global pandemic kept me from being seen at the 6 month mark? 🤔 I will absolutely not be returning here, nor will I be expecting my Starbucks gift card for leaving a review.

The staff here is amazing. I just had another great visit. Everyone is friendly and professional. After checking in, I barely had to sit down before they called me back. The equipment they use is all the latest technology. Xrays are immediately digitized and uploaded to a computer screen in front of your chair. The staff then points out on the screen where any potential problem areas might be and then they explain what exactly they will be doing. The offices themselves are immaculate and comfortable.
