Dr Nico and his staff is fantastic! The office is spotless, COVID sanitized at every turn. The technology is state-of-the-art without question.I have recently moved to Florida permanently so seeing my dentist who also is my dearest friend whom I would trust with my life, asked one of his colleagues in Florida for a recommendation for a Dentist who could handle my case, which is a very comprehensive and difficult one. His ONLY choice was Dr. Nico’ office. After my first visit, I completely understand why. What a wonderful experience with such competence and care.Dr. Nico so gently got me through a traumatic procedure that will, in the end, be life changing. His manner is so comforting and soothing that I felt totally at ease in his hands. I am thrilled to have found him and feel every confidence that my full-mouth restoration will be fantastic!Thank you to Dr. Nico and your wonderful staff of exceptional professionals.

I needed a tooth extraction and bone graft. I was on vacation in Miami and was referred to Blum-Nico by an endodontist. Dr. Nico and the entire staff did a fantastic job. It began when I entered the office. They were friendly, efficient and helpful. the office was very well staffed and they were on top of everything. Once I was prepped, Dr. Nico came into the room and had a thorough discussion with me about what the surgery would entail. He didn’t pressure me, answered all of my questions, gave me options about waiting to see if the pain lessened over the weekend and even said he would try to help me manage the pain until I was able to go home and do the surgery there. I opted to do it right then and there. And I’m glad that I did. They did a great job, I healed just as he said I would, I went back eight days later to have the stitches out - which he took out himself - and they gave me copies of all my medical records and offered to send me the scans so that I could give them to a doctor in NYC who would perform the implant in 10 weeks time. I can not recommend Dr. Nico and his staff more highly. They did a fantastic job. I hope my care in NYC is as good as it was in Miami.

Competent and compassionate medical practice. All COVID protocol was followed and even enhanced. Even though they are not specifically pediatric, they way in which Dr. Nico and his staff treated my son was some of the best medical care we have ever received for him. Thank you very much for your bedside manner and general attitude. What a difference it makes!

Very nice and amazing at his job. Took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth perfectly, in good time and with NO pain ( and I had chosen local anesthesia). It was easy to make an appointment. He was always caring and would explain everything very well about the surgery to me and my mom as well. Would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Nico is absolutely the best! Besides your mouth he generally cares about you. I am so happy I found him to be my oral surgeon, I would only go to him. I had 2 procedures done today and there was no pain. The staff at the office is outstanding as well!

Dr. Nico is truly wonderful. My first consultation with him I cried explaining my very bad dental experiences over many years. He told me not to worry it would be fine. My reply to him “you do not have my mouth”, I have a very low pain thrust hold.It has taken me over 2 years for me to complete 1 implant. He has been very understanding and constantly telling me it will be ok. Finally last year he started the implant, he talk me thru it and it was perfect. Today, he finally finished the implant, again he walk me thru it and I felt very little sensation.Dr. Nicolaievsky is the BEST.

I had a horrible experience here. To start, I waited a long time just to be seen by the doctor. Then, I watched a boring 5-10 minutes video about the service I wanted done. By the way the video was published in 90s the guy in the video nearly put me to sleep. Finally, the doctor comes in and tries to convince me to take a special x-ray that would cost $315. The doctor seemed so desperate for me to take the x-ray or get some fast money. He barely wanted to speak with me. I went in for a consultation with a professional oral surgeon not to watch a video that I can watch at home. I was so turned off by this experience that I had to write this review. Hopefully, moving forward he should show less video and more time speaking with potential clients.

My sister manages the office of a concierge MD and told me Dr Nico was great; she was right! Not only did they make accommodations to see my son right away, they also went out of their way to put him on the schedule for surgery. The entire staff is efficient and polite. My experience with Dr. Nico was one of the best experiences that you can get going to the dentist 😁I got my wisdom teeth removed with him a few days ago and I’m telling you i feel like nothing has happened to me. He is very professional and accurate-the whole surgery took around 20-30 minutes for the 3 teeth.I didn’t get swollen, I didn’t feel any pain! Would totally recommend this oral surgeon to all my friends!Also the whole staff is very caring and super nice which makes you feel even better!

Dr. Blum is seriously the best oral sergeant out there! Most knowledgeable most capable most experienced ! He can do with absolute excellence what other doctors gave up on. He is an amazing human being as well; i always feel like family at his office. I can not fathom going else where with my future needs. His team is great too; very friendly and helpful and extremely professional. If you want the best possible result with your surgery, see Dr. Blum!! He is the best of the best !!!

I recently had to have a tooth extracted to make room for a new implant and although I have historically been terrified of dental work and dentists, I was told by a friend that Dr. Nico was “the best” and would make the experience pain free. Everyone at Dr. Nico’s office from the scheduler through the assistant’s and of course the doctor were fantastic!!! Dr. Nico gave me a little gas to calm my nerves and then a simple shot in the IV and after that, I don’t remember a single thing other than waking up once the procedure was over. While there was some discomfort after, Dr. Nico managed the pain perfectly and even called me at night to make sure everything was OK.I am no longer in fear of dental work and have already scheduled the appointment to have the implant done.Dr. Nico and his entire staff are wonderful and I could not recommend them more. If you need an oral surgeon for an implant, an extraction or anything else, Dr. Nico is your guy!!

In my opinion, the most reliable review comes from the clinicians through experience both professionally and personally. When asked, Who do you trust and go to for your family the aswer is easy. Dr. Nico and his team are first on the list when my kids are in need of treatment. The care given is beyond five stars and its as if they were treating their own children. This community is very fortunate to have such a skilled team if ever needed.

Dr. Nico made a seemingly scary procedure not scary at all. He was there every step of the way and made sure I had a smooth recovery. He made himself available at all hours after my surgery and made sure that I felt comfortable with the whole process. Even the first night post-op and the worst of the pain didn’t feel that bad. Overall I would recommend everyone considering this procedure to pursue it because the results will exceed your expectations - as they did for me.

Dishonest medical practice. Charges 300% over other dentist office for removing four wisdom teeth. Invoiced for $340 months later because the ‘insurance’ didn’t pay. Then sued for over thousand because of their office’s error. GET DOCUMENTATIONS THAT A ZERO BALANCE IS DUE BEFORE LEAVING.

Dr. Nico is absolutely amazing, he treats his patients with care and kindness! I had a lower jaw advancement and ginoplasty so prior to the surgery I went to see couple of facial surgeons in Miami area. Definitely can say that I made a right choice. I am very satisfied with the result even tho it has been only one month.

Dr Nicolaievsky was excellent. He is caring, and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and what was expected. The staff was top notch. They were caring and very professional.
