It was my first time meeting with Dr. Z. This week in fact. He was super nice and he seems to Truly care about his patient. I am so glad to be here with a doctor who is in the medical business because his heart is in it! God bless him!The staff as well was happy and helpful with professionalism at it’s best!

Dr. Z was very personable and felt authentic. If you are looking for his speciality go to him. Don’t hesitate! Great service and staff was really nice too.

Im apprehensive to write a good review because itll drive traffic to my secret spot, but they truly deserve the best review and shout out. When they say Express clinic, they mean express. Ive never had a long wait there. The office is well run and every staff member is incredibly competent. Ive received nothing short of the best quality care here and am so thankful for its existence! Their hours of operation are wonderful and really easy for busy working people. Ive gone there on a weekend or a night after work, I really appreciate them!

Dr. Z has Improved my life by 99%. I’ve had 4 MRIs, 16 shots in my back and so many x-rays I can’t even remember how many there were. It took my new cardiologist, Dr. Zeineddin, to figure out that my left femoral artery was 99% blocked. And, after the stent was placed in that artery, one week later I could walk about a quarter of a mile with no pain. Who knew that a cardiologist could figure out the trouble with my back. Dr. Z is completely trustworthy. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Z for many years. He is unfailingly kind, courteous, efficient and thorough.

This is a new location so the building and rooms are so nice and clean. I appreciate that in a medical office. Ive only been there for the after hours urgent care appointments but both times they were very friendly, efficient and thorough. They even called to follow up on Monday to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else. Im very impressed and feel well cared for.

Doctor and staff are awesome and very friendly. Appointments and walk ins are handled quickly. His diagnosis and treatment for my elderly mother has been spot on each time. They are very patient and gentle with her and that is very comforting to me as a caregiver.

I have been to this Care Center twice and my husband once. Each and every staff member and doctor are excellent. We have received spot on care for our health concerns. We appreciate that Seton has placed this facility in our neighborhood.

Great service throughout visit.

The nurse was great!The clinic was clean.Dr Nguyen reassured me that my doctor and anesthesiologist didn’t need to know about this bronchitis and ongoing pneumonia with my surgery less than a week away,and Dr Nguyen said that part of my surgery, ( the endoscopy ), would show into my lungs where the concerns were.Dr Nguyen wasn’t concerned over my long term exposure to a multi drug resistant strain of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa that causes untreatable pneumonia, she laughed at the proposition, nor did she show concern that I had been exposed to it in large amounts. There was no concern on her part that my breath had taken on a very foul odor though my diet had not changed and I continued to brush my teeth regularly, two times a day.I was wondering about the above for quite sometime, but Dr Nguyen verbalized and showed her lack of concern and I took her at word.I’m amazed that she was able to look in my throat,but notpalpate my throat for signs of swollen tonsils.I walked out with an assurance from her, ( Dr Nguyen ),that I was dehydrated and needed some rest.Amazing how quick that was!Having an experience with an Medical Doctor can be invaluable in learning what our concerns really are or are not and I appreciate this experience.

Never experienced such horrible experience here until today. Arrived at the office at 2:15 and was told I would be seem next. After an hour I went to see what was taking so long and was told that I wouldnt be seen until 3:45. I checked in my daughter for her appointment and still did get seen. Sat there with a blood pressure of 198/98 for 2 hours and still was not seen so I left. Not once did anyone inform me that they were behind and I sold go to er. We go there a lot since all 6 of my kids plus me are patients there but I could of had a stroke or heart attack and no one cared to tell me they were behind until I walked out

Walked in with flu like symptoms and the two front desk staff were on the phone, one couldn’t figure out her password to help me and the other was dealing with a billing issue. The one that could not figure out her password told me the other lady would help me and I stood there for 10 minutes. In that time I called Austin Regional Clinic and got a same day appt. I’ll call ARC first next time, stick to what you know Seton.

Although everyone was very nice at my appointment today, since I missed the call about my xray results I called back and was told the results but still being concerned, I requested a call back from the Nurse Practitioner that had seen me but never heard back. Called again and she had left for the day. Very, very disappointed.

Super convenient, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and thorough exam done. They diagnosed me with strep throat, prescribed antibiotics, and saved the day! Thank you Seton!

Any time I need to see the doctor, I go to the Express Care at Davis Lane and get in right away. Really enjoy the fast service!
