I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great doctors! Dr. Bandi and Dr. Ghosh and Dr. Sandhu are the sweetest and the best you’ll ever meet. They make you feel so comfortable like as if they welcome you with open arms! And Dr. Bandi & Dr. Ghosh were the ones whom kept up with my pregnancy much more closer since I have epilepsy - they’ve done a better job than MFM. They treated me and my pregnancy much more important and delicately than my high risk Obgyn doctor. A thousand ratings to these doctors seriously! Dr. Bandi made me feel so comfortable when I had my induction. The nurses made things sound so scary but when Dr. Bandi came into the room with a warm smile on her face, she explained things to me in a way where I can understand perfectly and where things didn’t sound so scary to me as a first time mom.

Been a patient with ARC for a looooooong time.... The clinics are getting so big that the quality of care is and has gone down the drain.Doctors are taking on too many patients that they cant handle. Im pregnant and currently see my doctor weekly and she cant even remember what happened during our visit 7 days ago. None the less forget to tell me that I needed a Sono....uuugh.. dont feel like its her fault but maybe it is or the clinic management forcing them to keep taking in new patients constantly.ARC has labs, and radiology in their clinics which is super useful but I really feel like the doctors are being over worked and dont pay attention to quality care

Definitely cant recommend this place. Friendly staff but communication was horrible. Sensitive topic so I wont go into too much detail but happy to chat privately if somebody wants to DM me. The gist of it is that we needed multiple visits for something that could have been resolved since day 1 if the doctor had looked at the test results. Never received a call from a doctor to discuss results, had to hound them with calls to infer our own results. Pretty sad news too to have to find out the way we did. Giving 2 stars for the friendly staff during our visit.

Dr. Bandi is my doctor. She was incredibly kind, the staff was professional, and I had a great experience. I was worried because this place had a low review, but remember: people never review when theyre happy with a place. They probably have thousands of happy patients, but only the angry ones ever post lol. So I wanted to just share my experience in case someone wants to come here but theyre afraid because of reviews.

Incredibly long wait time! Make sure you take off the whole afternoon if you plan to visit. I’ve seen two doctors here and I felt regarded as just a number and rushed out incredibly fast. There was no sense of compassion or care. I understand they want to make as much money as possible but an ounce of sincerity and care goes a long way. On top of all of this the last time I visited they billed the wrong code which led to multiple phone calls from me over the course of 2 months to get it resolved. The hold time was 30 minutes usually for the billing department (with multiple calls dropped). Every time I called in I had to re-explain the situation. I’d always get someone telling me that I’d get a call back from the manager and somehow they never returned my call.

I cant say enough amazing things about these gifted ladies. Actually the entire office staff is kind, helpful and supportive. I had a miscarriage with Nurture, and they were wonderful during the entire process. Also, 9 months ago I delivered my son with Nurture. What a beautiful experience it was. Leigh Ann is a rock star midwife. She is full of this amazing energy and she brings it when delivery your child. And sweet Lisa is so comforting and nurturing after I delivered, she checked on me a couple of times. I love these 2 ladies dearly!

At first I wanted to go to a birthing center and have midwives deliver my baby. But insurance would not accept that and would only allow me to have my baby in a hospital. So I changed to Nurture. They are the best of both worlds. They encourage the patient to give birth in whatever way is comfortable and respect birth plans to the T. I had an amazing experience with Dr. C and all of the staff were accommodating, helpful, and transitioning mid pregnancy to a new place was super easy. They answered all of my questions and more. Love this place!

Went for the first time today, and thought I would have a decent, nice experience but no I didnt. The Dr came in my room and asked what can I help you with today? That’s not what I expected I expected the Dr to come in, and ask me questions and be nice like they care, but it seemed like she was in a hurry or something to get out for the day or something. Also they referred me to some other places cause they didn’t want me to have to end up paying over $1,000 for a procedure etc. So I was like okay I guess. And I will come back next month when it’s due that way it will get covered.

I am so thankful I found Nurture!! Theyve delivered my first two babies, and even though I moved and now have a 45-minute drive to their office, I still see them for my third pregnancy. So worth it! They are so helpful, understanding, and wonderful. I especially like the play area in the front office for those times I have to bring my other kids to appointments.

I LOVE this OBGYN clinic!!! During my pregnancy iit was super easy- all appointments went great, I’m a first time mom and I was seeing Dr. Campaign (she recommended me to rotate through all docs so I would be comfortable with any of them during delivery if she wasn’t able to be there (super smart)!! My pregnancy started to get tough at the end of it- had a hospital stay for a week at 35.5wks- plus baby was breech- everyone tried their best to get baby to turn so I didn’t have to have a c-section- she wouldn’t she was way stubborn... so we got everything set up for c-section date at 39wks- babes had other plans and came early. Dr. Gosh delivered my beautiful baby girl!! I’m 8wks ppd- and still am soo thankful for this clinic. Dr. campaign is down to earth, listens, and gives great advice. She’s truly the best, thank you for being so wonderful!. Dr. Bandi stood with me during a surgery I had to have before baby was born- thank you, you’re a rockstar, Thank you for everything you did, Couldn’t have done it with out you! Dr. Kaufman you’re amazing- thank you for having the patients with me when I was in the ER and did everything you could have done to make me feel better, you’re seriously the best even with being just as pregnant as I was! Dr. Tatum thank you for our long hours in the ER together and admitting me to antepartum, you were great and had patients when I was the most uncomfortable, also trying to manhandle my baby to get her to flip- that was some serious strength and muscle! Last but not least Dr. Gosh- I seriously want to thank you for delivering my baby via c-section- I couldn’t thank you enough on how you made me feel so comfortable and ready to bring my baby into this world! She was a chunk and my recovery has been wonderful!! I’ll definitely be back for future pregnancies and yearly check ups! Thank you for all other staff members- you’re just as great and all work well as a team!!💗

So I have been seeing Dr. Sandhu for seven years, before she joined Nurture North. I have had four miscarriages now and honestly by the third one I was hoping for some answers. All I was given by her was a shrug and her saying Well these things just happen. Im 21, these things do NOT just happen. Sunday morning I got my answers when I became anemic as I was losing my baby. I went to Seton North West and got the proper care I needed as I went through another loss. The PA and nurses were supportive while I cried and they did every test to find out what was wrong and why this kept happening. Guess what it was? My blood type. I have a negative blood type and after the first miscarriage it developed antibodies with my babies blood and ever since my body treats pregnancy like an infection. Theres a simple fix for that and its been around for years. If Sandhu had just run a simple blood test to find out my blood type I wouldnt have miscarriages 2-4. I have filed a complaint and will be filing a lawsuit. Do not come here for anything if you can help it. Also that visit where I got that shrug and dismissive comment? $400 for a 10 minute conversation where I felt belittled. Because of that bill I cant be seen by arc without getting on a payment plan because they didnt ask for my new insurance despite me telling them I was with a new insurance plan. Please if you are pregnant, struggling to stay/get pregnant, or just need a good GYN/OB go somewhere else. You deserve better and deserve someone who will take you concerns seriously. I started seeing Sandhu for painful periods and concerns of endometriosis. She did my mothers hysterectomy and I trusted her due to that. For the last two years shes treated me like a customer instead of a patient. My husband was floored when she dismissed my concerns about having another miscarriage and about my pain I had been experiencing. She finally diagnosed me with endometriosis, all to just tell me I needed to see someone else who specializes in my condition and that I was too much for her. I used to think highly of her, and tell everyone that shes the doctor whos going to deliver my babies, but I wont be letting her touch me ever again.

I could not be more thankful for the doctors, nurses, and all staff at Nurture. Dr Bandi saved my life by admitting me to the hospital to figure out why I was having so much pain at 20 weeks pregnant. After a few days Dr Ghosh diagnosed me with HELLP syndrome and we had to deliver our daughter at only 21 weeks. She didnt make it and I have been and still am a disaster but everyone I have seen at Nurture has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand exactly what happened and what will happen going forward. Amanda has done way more than I would expect any nurse to do and helped me find a counselor. Everyone has been so very sweet and caring and has looked out for me through this incredibly difficult time. I recommend them to absolutely every woman, a better Ob/Gyn office does not exist.

Dr. Campagne was/is an excellent doctor. She was my doctor through my second pregnancy and delivered my baby without flaw. Although I had a long and crazy labor she stuck around til the end. Thereafter, I had a home follow- up visit from her physician assistant Leanne, which she came to see how baby and I were doing. Overall, great experience. I now use her as my obgyn. If you looking for someone whos patient, sincere and kind this is the place to go.

Dr. Kaufman delivered my first baby in 2017 and Im seeing her now for my second pregnancy. I have also seen Drs. Sandhu and Campaigne and always had a good experience. I always feel like the doctors take my concerns seriously and offer good advice. They have a lab onsite and the techs have always done a good job (i.e., relatively painless blood draws).

I have interacted with Dr. Ofobike, Dr. Campaign, and Liane MacPherson on separate occasions throughout my pregnancy. Each of these ladies provided exceptional care, concerned more with my health than their business. The staff at Nurture has also been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I unfortunately delivered a stillborn baby at 21 weeks, and they handled my care with grace and compassion.

I loved dr sandu, Kauffman, and Bandi. I had such a great experience with them and they were very patient and loving towards my family and I. I will definitely be coming back if and when I have another child! Dr. campaign was a little pushy and opinionated but she was well educated and that’s why I still give this clinic 5 stars.

I used to go to Nuture as I wanted my next baby birth experience to be the best since my first was traumatizing at Cornerstone OBGYN. This place seemed great, then I learned that they were bought by ARC and Ive had terrible experiences at two ARC locations for regular care. I decided to give them a chance. I had to reschedule my annual and the number on their website went to the wrong clinic. Also, I waited 20 minutes on hold and no one ever answered my call. Pretty typical of ARC. I wont be going back.

Horrible customer service today. I called to just make an appointment and I was left on hold for 48 minutes. I called from another phone while still waiting on the other and spoke to the front desk she asked me to hold again and I told her I had a question and wanted to know how much longer I had to wait on the phone because I had been holding for 45 minutes and she told me oh well let me just check in this customer and I will be right with you. A couple minutes went by and she came back to the phone not apologizing for the wait and scheduled my appointment that took maybe a minute. And believe it or not I was STILL on hold on the other phone almost 50 minutes and still no one came to the phone.

This review is 2 foldFirstly, Bergen Vardell is the best I have ever been a patient of. She is incredibly kind, she listens to all of your concerns and answers the questions that come with those concerns exceptionally well making sure to be as thorough as you need. What I love most about the way she interacts with her patients is the time she takes. She graciously took extra time to converse with me last week before staying later than she had to, to switch out my IUD with a new one. Im kind of a big baby, so she made sure that I was fine with everything through the procedure, talking me through each step, when to breathe, etc. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I have never been treated better at any OBGYN anywhere.Second, I have been a patient of Nurture for at least 4 years now, if not 5. Whether they have always been associated with Austin Regional Clinic or not, I know that earlier last week the official merger, if you will, took place. I have always enjoyed being a patient here because it is exactly what it says, they are a boutique OBGYN office. I am hoping that with this merger nothing really changes. Personally, the doctors office often feels too stiff of an environment, and what is so great about Nurture is that it has always had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its the little things like the flavored water, the cookies they make sure to have, comfy chairs to wait in, etc that make visiting this OBGYN office less stressful, daunting, and monotonous. This is so dumb, but it really is the little things. Theyve already replaced the soap in the bathroom with some foamy, typical-sterile-smelling-hospital soap which OBVIOUSLY is the silliest, most insignificant thing to comment on in regards to a doctors office and the way they conduct themselves; but again, its the little things and I really hope that they dont remodel Nurture any time soon changing it into a carbon copy, basic OBGYNs office

Went in for a annual well woman exam May 2016 and had some concerns. She decided to do bloodwork since I asked, however was only a basic blood test (normal panels and non hormones), with TSH. I asked about weight loss since I cant seem to lose it and have intense cravings and her answer was go to Ideal Protein. Id never heard of Ideal Protein so looked it up when I got home - who would want to pay a company for pre-packaged products and such. Didnt seem to want to get to the root of the problem. Was very quick and didnt feel important, just another $. The office looked extremely nice though.Flash forward to 2017, and they keep harassing me with texts, emails, and calls to schedule another appointment. Apparently there was $4 unpaid on my account, so they have decided to call, and send several bills. They should write it off since the amount theyve spent on harassing me to schedule, and the stamps, envelopes, and mailers they have sent has cost way more than $4.I just want them to leave me alone. Save your time and go to Round Rock OBGYN. I finally found a Dr. who asks those questions in their questionnaire before your appointment, and wanted to check my hormones and such.

I want to say I liked this practice. I did, at first. Its a beautiful office. People were nice. Then, at my 20 week ultra sound, they couldnt get a good view of the babys heart. Come back next week. I do. I leave thinking everything is ok, I get a call later that Im being referred to an MFM because they saw a mass on my babys lung. When I see the MFM, the ultrasound clearly shows that theres a mass that has collapsed my babys left lung and shifted her heart to the center of her chest. Why wasnt this picked up at my 20 week ultrasound? I find that highly suspicious or incompetent.Next, due to this complication, the MFM had me change OBGYNs because the doctors at Nurture did not have privileges at St. Davids downtown where Id need to deliver so that my baby could have better NICU care.Fast foward, baby and I are both fine. I call Nurture to set up an annual well woman visit . . ..Im no longer a patient there. What?? Really? I only switched care doctors because I had a high risk pregnancy that they were not able to take care of. Receptionist says, well, Ill ask Dr. Campaigne if you can come back . .. I wait. I wait two weeks. I get an automated call saying time to schedule my annual. I call. Receptionist says, Oh, youre not a patient here any longer. . .I go through my story again, she says, let me talk to Dr. Campaigne and get back to you. A week later, she finally calls me and says, No, sorry, youll need to stay with that other OB we will not take you back.I didnt want the other OB as shes downtown . . . youre more convenient. Ive always been polite and friendly and kind. Ive paid all my bills on time. I dont call and bother people with questions....Im pretty much a model patient. So, I DO NOT recommend this practice. Now, I have to go searching for a new one....
