Fixed the missing pin in my glasses for free. Generous man

I needed a screw for my frames and not only did they not charge me, but they also told me about some awesome things in the area; to enjoy while on vacation. 10/10 highly recommend their service. Friendly, prompt, efficient.

Never thought I’d be motivated to leave a review for an establishment that was unable to help me with what I needed. However, my experience at B & B Optical was so nice, that I would still like to recommend their services. I dropped and then stepped on a pair of prescription sunglasses and broke them right at a hinge in the most awful way. I was told by the optical shop near me that if anyone might be able to fix them, it would be B & B, so their reputation for good repairs is already known. Gary at B & B took a lot of time to help me understand as well as to show me what the exact problem was. He also explained that the type of plastic used in the temple piece was different than the plastic used for the frame and would not allow for a glue/adhesion type fix. He was very thorough and even though he understood the chemistry involved would not allow a good fix, he still made several different attempts just in case something might surprisingly work. I know he spent a fair amount of time on them and yet he would not accept any payment because he was unable to provide a true fix. I have no qualms about recommending this shop especially for frame repairs as it is obvious that Gary is a professional and knows his business. This was my first time in the shop, but I am quite sure it won’t be my last.

I was referred to this shop by the optician at Costco because I was hoping to get an 15 yr old pair of Versace eyeglasses fixed. It took quite a bit of surgery to fix the temple hinge, but B&B did an awesome job for a fair price. They also have a great selection of designer close-out frames that they buy from the manufacturers. The discounts are passed on to you.

My husband and i have been going to these guys for years. The last time i went to them the owner was extremely rude, my glasses were returned to me in worse shape than they were initially- unable to ever be repaired, he was not empathetic toward my situat all and did not take accountability for his actions. I had to take it and like it, unbelievable- no loyalty or customer appreciation whatsoever!

Needed repair for glasses and told them I wanted to have a black frame and might paint them after fixed. Before they attempted repair, they called and tried to sell me a black frame; I declined and they said the glasses would be repaired for $35. A few days later they called and said while repairing they broke in another place and are now unable to be repaired, then told me they have a black frame and would issue a credit so it would be same price. I called a few days later and they want $95 and said I signed a paper. Also, this paper shows $40 for the repair and had to correct them before I signed. Now Ive wasted two weeks and have an unrepairable frame.

Yesterday morning my eye glasses broke in half. I was forced to wear some old contacts to make it through work but not a good solution. After visiting my optometrist I had a new pair ordered but would have to wait almost 10 days for them. Changing the lenses from the old frame was no problem but finding a temporary frame to put them in was. Received a referral to B & B who came highly recommended. Note: If you have steel frames they can repair or replace frame in minutes, if your frame is titanium it will be over a week to repair. My frames tested titanium so my only option was a new frame of which they had two to select from! It took minutes to replace and now have a backup pair for when the new frames come in. Service was fast, friendly & professional. Google maps place them in the same shopping center as 7-11. If youre going there you want the Iliff Center on the opposite side of the street from the 7-11.

Horrible job. These guys dont use a laser to fix plastic, they melt it. Didnt refund the bad work price. Basically just said oh well.I suggest Colorado Frame Tek.

My daughter broke her eyeglasses. They repaired the frame at this shop, but it did not last long (you know how it goes with kids...). When I brought the broken frame back EOB Friday Brenda not only found a new frame for the glasses, but also fixed it and left it in the store next door for me to pick it up on Saturday (normally they are closed on weekends). She also did a significant discount on the frame.
