I just moved to Illinois and got new insurance. Had to call and find someplace that accepted mine. They were extremely helpful and easy to schedule with. The service was good. I didnt have to wait long at all once I arrived for my appointment and everyone was friendly. Doctor was very thorough. They got my daughter and I both taken care of in a timely manner. When I told them that I order my glasses online, they remained friendly and not pushy like a lot of places when they realize they arent going to get your money.

Still waiting for glasses after 2 months ,was told they would call me back next day with update ,never did ,going to have to go to BBB and call my insurance to stop payment soon,update still nothing ,none answers phone during business hours eighter.

Buyer BEWARE!I will no longer be going back to Rosin at any location! I have been trying to get in and calling and leaving messages and no one ever answers or return calls. I have tried calling as my glasses had broke and needed to get them fixed and you didn’t even answer. I tried calling to see if you would be able to fax my prescription and I got no reply. To make it worse the way my mother in law was treated like was ridiculous, she had the appointment after me and the way she was spoke too was not ok. This completely turned me off from here. The lack of respect they have for customers is not ok. You lost 2 customers!And the fact they sell your contact information is worse!If I could give no stars I would

I love coming to this office. Everyone is polite and my doctor takes my concerns seriously. They also do everything in a timely manner and there is usually little to no wait. They also have good safety measures in place.Also love the new UV light reflection on my glasses! Since I work from home 8am to 4pm, I am looking at a screen all day and this new coating on my glasses helps my eyes feel less tired. Glad they recommended it to me!In addition: They called me once my glasses arrived and told me office hours for pickup. If I needed them adjusted they asked to first call to make sure they are able to see me.Theyve also called in the past and made me aware of any back order to my glasses or contacts.Would highly recommend this office and location

The eye doctor was great and the girl helping me with my glass choice was very helpful. My glasses fit great and no problems with them. Very satisfied and this is why we continue coming back year after year!

This is my first time going to Rosin Eye Care. The clinic had many protocols in place to ensure my safety as well as the safety of the staff. The staff is very friendly and the Dr. was wonderful. She explained everything well with my first time getting contacts. Took a few tries, but they were very patient and helpful! I felt like I got excellent care & service here & will be using this clinic whenever I need eye care.

I’m giving them two stars, and that’s only for the actual exam that I had done. All my encounters with Rosin since then have not been the best. They have horrible communication skills if any at all and somehow always closed. I had been waiting for my glasses for a while so I called for them to tell me my glasses had actually arrived three weeks before. No one notified me of this, I had to call in myself. Each time I went in to pick them up they were closed even on days that were supposedly days they would be open. Hi I was moving out of state so because they were never open when I went to pick up my glasses I had to get them shipped to my new home. It’s been now three or four weeks and I have not received any type of confirmation that they are being delivered and I had to pay extra for this. I have no idea when they are supposed to arrive and they also do not respond to emails.

Our actual exam was great, Erin is super sweet and patient. Went to pick up my daughters glasses after 3 weeks and they couldnt even adjust them with out an appointment. It would of been nice for them to tell me that when I told them Id be in picking them up. Its understandable per covid but there was NO one in the office. Also, they didnt come in a hard case or with a wipe like they normally would. My son and I will be buying our glasses elsewhere.

HORRIIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! If u like to wear contacts DONT GO HERE!!!!I was scheduled with an eye exam and new contacts in April 2021. Rosen canceled my appointment one day before. I asked for a paIr of contacts to.hold me over, never received. So now Ive rescheduled my appt, its May 2021.Told the doctor Im completely out of contact,she said would get me a pair to hold me over. Almost june NO CONTACTS. OFFICE INCOMPETENT !!!!June, no ccts

Very poor communication, they didnt even call to let us know our glasses had arrived. They also never let me know our daughter s were back order for 3 weeks. When we went to pick up glasses they wouldnt take the time to properly fit them. Very disinterested staff and almost annoyed that they have to serve you.

While at my routine eye exam the Dr. recognized there was a problem with the floaters I’d recently been experiencing. She took action and got me a next day appointment with a doctor I’d seen previously within my medical group to look further into this problem. Thank you for taking the time to help me!

Great, locally owned, neighborhood business! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had an emergency with broken glasses. They fixed them in a matter of minutes without a run around or hassle.

Top notch service at the Aurora location. I then had a Lasik consultation, and that too was top notch. I cant say enough. They are caring, willing to help however they can, and they made the process seamless. I highly recommend Rosin Aurora, and their Lasik procedure.

Havent had too many positive interactions. Today is no different. Was told to come early and call when Im in the parking lot. Was just told they will be late. If work didnt pay for this I can be treated poorly at Walmart for a whole lot less.

I just went to Rosin Eyecare for the first time, and it was a wonderful visit! All the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Ward was excellent! She was great at making sure I understood everything we talked about and why it was important, and she seemed knowledgable and efficient. I also had a nice experience with the woman who helped me to pick out my glasses. She was so patient, and really took her time in helping me pick out a pair of glasses that I loved! I definitely recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

She even explained what my insurance does and doesn’t cover. I highly recommend this location for your routinely vision exams!

Friendly people. Very Accommodating. I discussed something with the eye doctor that required an extra procedure that took maybe 30 extra minutes and she said i was the last appointment but she would make sure her sitter could stay late so she could do it the same day. i said that wasnt necessary but she said it wasnt a problem. That is some good patient care and I will continue to use this location as long as i live in the area.

Rosin Eyecare really makes us feel like family. The staff members are so sweet and patient with my 7 year old daughter especially when she is picking out her glasses. The doctors have a great way of making her feel so comfortable while she is getting examined. We love Rosin!

I was unhappy with my old eye doctor, so I tried out Rosin. During my first exam, I explained what my needs were, specifically I needed multi-focal glasses. I complained of dizziness with the glasses that my old eye doctor provided. They suggested I try out multi-focal contacts. Wow! This solution has been amazing. No more dizziness and they work great. The staff was knowledgeable in my options for my companys vision plan and also offered good pricing on both contacts and glasses by buying them through Rosin. Ive been with them over 3 years now, and they always run on time with appointments and the doctors are very good. Highly recommended!

Always a delight to visit Rosin Eyecare for my annual eye exam. All the staff are very friendly. Also they are very thorough with the exam and genuinely concerned about my well-being (eye wise, at least!). They usually get me in right around my appointment time, I think in the past 10 years or so that Ive been going there Ive never had to wait very long, maybe around 10 mins at the most. Thank you to all the staff at Rosin for making the visit enjoyable.

Horrible experience could not get my prescription right after two visits. I dont think they know what they are doing there. Went somewhere else had to pay out of pocket for new eye exam because insurance only covers one a year. Thank god I did, my new prescription is perfect! I would not recommend Rosin Eye Care in Aurora to my worst enemy .

The staff was friendly and the doctor as well. Our family decided to go back to our previous eye clinic because Rosen had a limited frame selection and the costs at Rosen were higher than the previous place. However, why I rated Rosen 2 stars is because last year my son complained about the fit of his lenses since the moment the doctor placed them. We ended up going back two different times and she prescribed allergy drops for his eyes. All year, he complained and would remove them as soon as he could. Today, after our visit at our new/old place, the doctor stated that my son has an astigmatism in both eyes which was why his lenses hurt before! She gave him a different brand, he popped them in and now he’s good to go. No going back multiple times and no allergy eye drops. I’d say, if you are a straight forward case, like my daughter was, than this place is good. If you have seasonal allergies or an astigmatism than you may want to go elsewhere.

The care is good here and they always help me find glasses styles. One week before my wedding in 2014 my glasses broke, but Rosin in Aurora helped me get another pair fast in a pinch.

I want to pick up my glasses And asked them to adjust the right side arm up slightly by the time I got them back they have adjusted the arms in out to side all over the place and I still cant get my glasses to fit properly they fit fine my 1st put them on other than needed to the one arm adjusted up slightly the person who had just of them kept moving things around every time I asked I asked them to put them back the way they were when I 1st got them and every time I got them back they just got worse Now I have scratches on the frame and the glasses still dont fit properly

My experience was terrible the staff was frendly and All but I ordered glasses 2 months ago and we called them because they did not call us and told us that they got there but they were broken and then they said that they needed the frame for the glasses so we went in and brought the glasses and we also picked a different pare of glasses for a back up and they said they will get here in 2weeks so we said ok and left we called them 4 days after we went to check on the glasses they said the part on the nose was broken and we called the next day and then they said they were in back order and they said they would call us back and then when they called they said they would get her in 4 days so now we are waiting to see if they get hear but they just told us excuse after excuse I do not recommend

Bad experience made me buy an insurance company and when I got it I went and the receptionists did not know what it was and commented that the doctor for two months as I was going to call me, I went to see if the doctor arrived and they still say no that I wanted a consultation that in my file there is nothing
