I came here about 3 months ago for taxi physicals and I have been recommending it to friends I was very happy with with the customer service and front desk. so I called them last week to make an appointment for my friend and no one answers so we walked in. I took my friend there this week oh men I was disappointed the front desk had bad attitude they were laughing at my friend English so I decided to translate not to mention the girl who did my friends physical I think she was training or something they dont know what they are doing. We had unpleasant visit.

They told us to pickup results at 5:30pm , office was closed until 6pm , so there were a lot of people just chilling in the lobby waiting for them to open . Not acceptable

Very unprofessional . You can’t get your medical records after one months . Don’t go there.

Was at Blue Nile Clinic for Immigration. Professional, and helpful. They even sent me to an immunization clinic where I paid only $19 for immunization. Thank you. Strongly recommend this Clinic.

I highly recommend this place for regular Dr check up and immigration physical I have went for an immigration there the girl I think her name sharon or Shanahan is very friendly and professional she made me and my family welcomed she also watched my son while I was with the doctor. They did my immigration on the same date after I finished my vaccination. And also made my wife appointment to see a doctor for regular check up, thank you for welcoming us. Definitely coming back to see the dr next time.

With a week of advance I called to make an appointment receptionist gave me the wrong time to start off. I left my job early to go get an immigration physical and I see on the webpage they were closed. Not once did I receive a cancellation phone call neither a voicemail as the owner of the clinic says I did. This clinic really needs to take accountability for their mistakes and if i could do 0 stars I would. The owner in the clinic later texted that my appointment was at 4:30 instead of 5:30. All I ask is to not waste people’s time in the future and not to lie and say things that never happened. Horrible place.
