I have been going here for years, and the staff from the front desk, to the doctors, have all been helpful, efficient and caring.

Really, really like the doctors here! The front staff is a whole other story. Your front desk staff is there to make a good impression as they are the first face you see and the last when you leave. Not friendly at all.

Just saw/met Megan for the first time since moving to the area a few months ago. I can’t say enough great things! Spent tons of time discussions options, amazingly empathetic and engaged as a healthcare professional, and even printed off prescription coupons to help with cost at the pharmacy. You don’t find this sort of personalized care often these days. Highly recommend this office!

I have been seeing Dr. Sarka for a few years and as much as I adore him as my doctor, the front desk makes this office unbearable. Patients deserve a caring face / personality when they come to see their doctor, sadly you wont get this in this office. I do recommend Dr. Sarka though.

OMG! The receptionist are horrible and very rude. If the care that is given is anything like the customer service I would run from this place!I wouldnt even take my pet rat to this doctors office based solely upon how rude the staff is. I wish I could give a negative star!

Ive been going here for years and would not change. Billing is difficult at every doctor who accepts insurance and Im just grateful such a great staff still takes insurance. A lot of doctors as good as them create concierge practices and only take people who can afford to pay a $3,000 annual fee. They have an excellent medical staff.

The front desk receptionists that treat you like a delinquent and have no idea what good customer service is really make coming here a nightmare.10/10 do NOT recommend to anyone who cares about being treated well and respectfully. The medical staff is good, but they have to do something about their old cranky front desk staff.Wish I didnt have to give this place 1 star to provide a review.

Receptionists told me I need to be patient about getting my medicine that keeps me alive. This place does not care about your health only money. Do not go here if you value your well being

I have been a patient with them for years along with my five kids and they recently refused to give my one year old his 12 month wellness shots because I had a balance on my account. This is crazy I am looking for a new primary doctor now. Would not recommend!!!!!!

My doc retired and his patients files moved here in March. I am pleased with my care and their concerns about keeping me as healthy as possible...

The medical staff here are incredibly knowledgable and I would highly recommend this medical practice.

I went here for my first appointment and was nothing but displeased with the whole experience. First the receptionist was unbelievable rude. Second the doctor wasnt a very pleasant person to deal with and didnt smile or care just wanted me in and out. And finally because they are 10 years behind with medical billing practice they had me pay upfront and deal with my insurance.

Overall great experience! I wouldnt choose anyone else over Dr. Nathanson, and btw hes a hottie 😁 I recommend this practice for all people, dont let the other reviews mislead you. They are a master at their craft.

Day of appointments are hard to get. But the staff are nice and the doctors are knowledgeable.

Very misleading late appointment policy. Their stated policy is no charge for the first missed appointment, $20 for the second, and $40 for the third. I cancelled an appointment on the same day, and received a bill for $100 for the appointment. The doctor is also rude and does not listen well.

Very worriest experience with the billing department and they charged me for the purpose which I did not visit and the doctor he did not smile and was rude I will not recommend it
