The physicians and staff here are amazing. Probably the best experience Ive had in a long time with physicians. Im usually quite skeptical of medical intervention but honestly these docs made me feel safe and in good hands. Would highly recommend my own close family and friends to establish care here.

This is in the er visit we took! Really I cannot say how unprofessional and incompetent the er female dr was. My friends are both dr at a large hospital so yes I do know people in the medical profession and my mom was a nurse. My husband is a cancer patient was in severe pain the dr was not their quickly the er looked empty and the protocol of cleanliness for a cancer patient was not adhered to. We then left and the next day went to another hospital total opposite called his dr , checked scans, requested records and treated us professionally . I am sure rush downtown is better otherwise they would not have such a high ranking after more than Hundred years ! Improve hire medical staff who are educated , common sense goes along way, and listen !.

Went for a wellness checkup. Dr. Ahmed was great. I didnt feel like she was rushing me at all. She listened, she took my concerns seriously. I had a great visit.

I wish I had a way to give negative numbers at a be a -8 if not higher, I was referred to go here from the emergency room of rush Copley after car accident for my follow up. Ive waited over three months for my bill from this company, I have called more than five times. Every time I call they tell me that they have placed the bill in the mail and it will be in here within a week. I am going now Im on my six times saying that this bill was mailed out a week ago. Very few us to release me of the billing person they also release my medical bill to the insurance companies to get this claim settled. At this point my insurance company has referred me to find out Illinois laws regarding this. Most unprofessional medical facility I am ever seen!

The doctor here ... Gregory K. Milani ... misdiagnosed me, causing months of pain and suffering. He didnt listen, doesnt know how to talk to patients. Terrible experience. Rush-Copley knew all about it. Didnt care! Do yourself a favor and go to Dreyer Advocate! I love their doctors. Complete opposite experience!!!
