Ghaly is such a bad doctor. His title of “Dr” should be stripped. This man is living off an award he received decades ago. I came in with back pain and left with a huge bill… all I got in return was “advise” I don’t need advise from a man that pushes for surgery and complains about doing research. “ I should be charging your for all this research but I won’t because you are in pain” which type of dog says that? Worthless man is living off money he’s stealing from patient seeking for help. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Very good experience. I spent so much for problem for 6 month. I was recommended by friend to this place . My problem resolved here in reasonable price . Dr Jain and staff member were very helpful. I recommended this place to my family and friends.

I would actually rate them no stars, but I had to put something to make the post. The worst customer service ever. One of the receptionist has an eye problem, continues to rolls her eyes at patients. Even when corrected she does not apologize for her behavior. The doctor never returns any phone calls, plus they want you to make an appointment for every little thing, just to have you pay another copay. I highly recommend NOT GOING TO AURORA MEDICAL CLINIC. WORST SERVICE EVER!

AWorst experience ever. I came in because Im suffering from very bad depression. I needed a PCP and also to get some medicine for this depression got worse. I was told over the phone I came to the correct place. I took off of work. Drove 40 miles to get here. Only to be told to basically screw off. What a shame. Depression is no joke. Nobody should have to feel even worse after seeing a doctor for depression medication.

Awesome and respectful service. Friendly office personnel. Very thorough consultation, do not rush through an appointment. Clear explanation and shows concerns.

Receptionists were rude. Make rude comments about patients & patients waiting can hear them. My appointment was at 11 am and walks ins were seen before me. Didn’t end up being seen until 12:30. I’d look elsewhere before considering this place.

Horrible place, unprofessional staff. I spent hours for a service that never happened just because one of the girls forgot that I was there. Not even a sorry I got, horrible!!!

I lost all respect for these doctors today horrible doctor they always a different doc will not recommend nor return there I also am reporting them for poor practice...

Worst place ever

Because they attend you as soon as possible and patients without appointments are welcome and next to it is the pharmacy. They give you medicine fast in less than 5 minutes. I love that 😉
