Highline was absolutely AMAZING!!! My son got something in his eye. We took him to urgent care. They flushed his eye and gave him some antibiotic cream for his eye. After an hour he was still having issues. We called highline. They fit him into their already crowded schedule. They were able to get the object out. My son who is 13 was super impressed with them. He said I should give them 6 stars. When we left he couldn’t help but rave about how amazing they were. How helpful and caring they were in his treatment. I am SO thankful we found them. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!

This was a great visit for me! Dr was very thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend. The only reason it is a 4 star is because of the price of glasses. They do not offer any non name brand glasses, they only had high end like Calvin & Kline, Ray Bans, Coach etc. So dont expect to pay less than $300 for one pair.

I have been going here since I was in high school. More than 8 years out of high school, I never had a bad experience with Highline until recently. I was running late and made sure to call the front desk to let them know that I was late and if I should reschedule. The woman that I was on the phone with graciously understood and encouraged me to still come to the annual appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a man who blatantly went out of his way to acknowledge how late I was. I reassured him that I knew and had already talked to someone else about it. When he passed me off to the tech, he made sure to mention again how late I was. She mentioned that it was okay and that I would still be seen - turns out this was the woman I already talked to on the phone. I was not happy about the unprofessionalism the man displayed and was not looking forward to the rest of the appointment. I also overheard the tech mention to my doctor how late I was. Word of advice, if you are going to talk about the patients, at least make sure the door is closed or that they aren’t in ear-shot. My eyes are healthy, thankfully, but I only went in to see if my contact lens prescription had changed because it was time for me to order more. Ultimately it was a waste of time and energy for the way I was treated when I could’ve ordered my contacts online. Even though I love the doctor that I always see, due to the customer service, a loyal customer has been lost.

My experience with Dr Jeri Schneebeck was amazing. I injured my eye over the holiday weekend and needed an exam. I called the emergency on call number and she answered. I wasn’t a patient at their office but she said she come in to the office to take care of me. She was so kind and thorough! After my appointment she called several times to follow up and made sure that I was okay and that I knew what the next steps were. I was shocked at the level of care and customer service I received! I highly recommend Highline Vision.

I have no doubt in the competency levels of these optometrists.However, if you are the average Joe just needing corrective lenses, this place is what is wrong with American healthcare. Though I’m not sure if they’re in it for eye healthcare or if it’s an eye spa.They’ll take your insurance but the markup on the lenses and frames is astronomical. Your insurance won’t help you much in this area. You can certainly see where the money goes in the many support staff and scribes for the optometrists. Wow. Many primary care providers don’t have the means for a scribe while caring for really complex patients with multiple whole body issues.Private pay prices are multiple times the reimbursement they would get from insurance. Most healthcare organizations have a cash price that is fair since insurance is king. Some places like this clearly have a private pay penalty. That’s really unfortunate if you don’t have insurance because you’ve lost your job, or cannot afford it. I thought we’d gotten past the whole bill insurance for 10k, receive 2k cause that’s what you agreed to but then turn around and charge the uninsured the full 10k. It’s really not a good look.If you’ve got money to burn, this is your place. I had the exact same tests with all that special equipment done at Costco for a fraction of the price, and they’ll likely take your insurance too.

I returned with a contact lens issue and Geri did an outstanding job of explaining what was happening and had even researched the lens I was wearing. All the technicians are friendly and helpful. I felt like I was being listened to and felt appreciated as a patient there.

The fine employees at HVC are always polite and professional. They run a great system checking you in and getting all your needs met. They are communicative and helpful as they all provide a quality service and experience. Thank you!

I went in for an appointment that was actually scheduled rather quickly. I scheduled appointments for my husband and myself. I was very impressed with my first appointment. The staff was very nice and I feel like Dr. Doyle was very professional. Dr. Doyle gave me information at my appointment that I followed. During the appointment he said he would rush my trial contracts since I was out of contacts. He told me they would call me to pick up the contacts when they arrived and to schedule an appointment for a few weeks so he can check them. Before leaving the office, I scheduled a follow up appointment for September 28, 2020. 1 week later I had not heard if my contacts arrived, but my husband received a text saying his contacts had arrived and he can pick them up at anytime. So i called to see if my contacts had arrived. The man I spoke with was very rude, his name is Brian and he is a Patient Coordinator. When I told him when the contacts were ordered, in a snarky voice he said Well it hasnt been that long. He said that I need a dispense appointment before he could release the trial contacts. I told him that is not what I was told at the appointment with Dr. Doyle. He said he would check with Dr. Doyle and he would let me know but they are very busy because it is Friday and he would try to call me back. When he did call back he told me that I would need a dispense appointment. I asked if I could get in today since I would be going out of town and had been out of contacts. He said they could not get me in and did not offer a time either. I then asked for my prescription to be emailed to me or if I can pick up a copy of my prescription so I can order contacts elsewhere and he told me he could not release it. I have already paid for my exam at my initial appointment. They are basically holding MY prescription hostage, something that I have already paid for. I told Brian that I have been wearing contacts since I was in 8th grade and I am now a 40 year old woman. Brian interrupted me several times and was so rude that I had to hang up on him. I will recommend this office but would prefer to not have to speak with Brian and his poor customer service. I understand the need for a 10 minute dispense appointment but he was not giving me any options. I was hoping to find a provider closer to home and felt that me and my family had found a great place. I worked in the medical field for 20 years and have never treated a patient so rudely and unimportant. I really think Dr. Doyle and the rest of his staff were wonderful and very helpful but will dread having to call and speak with Brian regarding future appointments.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a medical office in quite awhile! There was no wait. In fact a few minutes early! Dr. Steffen took time with me and answered all my questions.Every staff member I met was pleasant and friendly.McKenzie made the arduous task of finding just the right eyewear fun. I did not feel pressured to make a decision.Thank you all!

These people are INCREDIBLE and helped me out when my now prior eye doctor was completely unresponsive to their patients, leaving me and no doubt others in a predicament and without contacts to see. I called Highline late Friday afternoon, never having been a patient, and these guys made room for me the same day, got me emergency contacts, and even ensured they were a fit with a quick exam. Shout out to Alexis, Amity and Taya who made it possible. Your kindness, understanding and willingness really helped me in a pinch! My family will now be switching to Highline for our vision needs!

They are good as long as you know when you need optical attention and have the ability to wait. My kid left his glasses out and the dogs destroyed them. I retained the glass piece and called to order the exact frame to snap the glass in. Was told it would be an exuberant amount of time before they could replace them. Additionally before that we attempted to get an appointment for contact fitting and was given a time frame of three months. Looks like were going to go back to lens crafters. They were a little more expensive but can manage to handle the situations with no trouble. Its just too bad they cant manage the business. Nice people, but service.......obviously lacking.

So if you have Medicaid you cannot go here even though their website says they accept it!! They have hung up on me 2 times while trying to get an appointment for my kids..NICE!!

The staff and doctor were extremely pleasant, professional and thorough. The facility design from the reception area to the exam rooms and eye glasses area looked very professional and organized. I had a very pleasant experience and plan to return for future eye care needs.

Our family has been going to Highline Vision for many years and will not go anywhere else! All of the doctors are wonderful along with their entire staff. Our children and now our grandchildren, have done and are currently doing the vision therapy program. It has done amazing things for their coordination, depth perception and especially their reading skills!

The eye doctor and the optician were amazing! They were so happy and delightful, as well as completely understanding of my needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Here’s my rundown. I was running late and called to tell them and they were able to accommodate me an hour later so took it. I was 15 minutes late so I understood that. The appointment started in time and techs were pleasant we chatted it up about brunch. My doctor was beyond happy and thrilled about helping me see again. And then I had a minor wait for the design center but I was able to pick out my lenses while I was waiting. That checkout took a bit I guess there’s a lot of steps in the computer to order lenses but Brigitte was great and also nice to talk with. All in all a good experience that was timely and got me what I needed.

This has been our family eye doctor for years. Normally we see Dr. Doyle but I have seen Dr. Jeri and today we saw Dr. Redmond and she was great. Everybody is very thorough and very friendly. Justin is such a great optician and really cares about what he’s doing. Brigitte is fantastic as well as Kinisha. Melissa has always been more than helpful and often catches things to fix them before they even break it seems. All in all we love them and we actually look forward to going to the eye doctor!

My wife made an appointment for a vision check, and glasses. After the vision check she was told they were too busy and she wouldnt be able to get her glasses from them. I have been with HIGHLINE vision center for over 20 years! My sons were both vision therapy kids and the support and knowledge of how to help them see better and perform better in reading and writing was amazing! I enjoy seeing the employees who have been there for a long time, and also meeting the newer ones. Their optical department is superb and they work with you to find just what you want and can afford! The people are always pleasant and they can meet all of your needs. They will refer you to someone they know is good if you need services outside of their realm or if you have HMO insurance that will cover more of the cost for you. Wonderful people and wonderful services!

My boys really liked their doctor visit today. They said, “she was really nice. This was much better than going to the dentist.” But seriously, we have always had great experiences here, for 10 years.

Recently had to go in for a nasty scratch on my cornea. Dr. Doyle was able to see me immediately and made time to care for the injury and explained everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step as he was mending the scratch. I had to go back in the same day for some pain management and again I was seen immediately by Dr. Redmond. Even though they were busy they still took time and cared for me. I am beyond impressed with these doctors and their staff. The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and remembered me every time I came back for follow ups. The techs were all very caring as well and used humor to lighten up the situation. Overall they are all very professional, caring and have great bed side manner. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.We also go here for our routine eye care needs. My wife and I both have prescription glasses through them. They don’t rush the exams and as a result my corrected vision is far better than it ever has been. They dialed me in to 15/20 vision with my glasses.

I wear medically necessary contacts. They make it a point to get me in immediately every time that I have either had problems with my contact, lost a condo or broke it. They understand that the glasses do not fix my vision, so they do everything possible to make sure that I get in immediately and taken care of! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful!

My appointment had been confirmed for 3pm several times through the Portal as well as on the day of my appointment. Instructions and signage everywhere outside the building were to call 10 minutes before your scheduled time and wait in your car. I did so and the staff member came out to greet me and scan me per the COVID-19 requirements. I sat in the waiting room until 3:30pm before deciding to leave because Ihad a serious leg injury and the pain meds were wearing off. The receptionist said my appointment was at 3:50pm. My leg was swelling but they insisted on taking me (3:45pm) and reluctantly I went through all the tests for the annual eye exam. Dr. Jeri and the technicians were very professional and accommodating but it was a very difficult visit. My rating is very low because I think it critical that the Portal be checked for accuracy and the receptionist staff follow the directions of the 10 minute rule before letting someone in and then have them think the appointment is beginning in 10 minutes.

I have been with Highline Vision for many years and will continue to do so. They do a thorough exam and answer all of your questions. You get personalized service year after year. The doctors are up to date on the latest technology and make recommendations based on your needs. It’s never a hard sale. They offer several options and exams which are not covered by insurance but allow insight to help your eyes including vision therapy. I have a VSP plan with an allowance for glasses and contacts. I often panic when I see their prices for frames but after searching a few pairs I am always able to find something in my budget. The staff is patient and will adjust your glasses anytime even after purchase until you are happy. Dr Redmond has a full schedule but if you book a few months out you can get on her calendar. Don’t plan on a quick in and out here, your eyes are important, so spend the time.. it’s worth it!

Very professional and covid19 appropriate.The center for glasses seems overpriced. Just to get new lenses for sunglasses was ~$500.00 yes $500, five hundred dollars! The new eyeglasses I liked were over $700.00, seven hundred dollars.NO I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE.My eye doctor is very professional and thorough, but is still quite expensive. Guess I get what I pay for.

I’m so torn of if I should or shouldn’t recommend Highline Vision. I have been taking my boys there for almost 10 years. We started going there because my oldest was born with a cataract in his eye. We were referred to Highline by the eye surgeon. Later, my youngest was diagnosed with Autism and the staff and especially Dr. Redmond were wonderful dealing with his special needs.I continued to take my kiddos there because I trusted Dr. Redmond and felt confident that my kids were getting great care.However, a few years ago my husband started to question the amount we were paying for the glasses. I brushed off his concerns because I had a good relationship with the staff and even though I thought the prices were expensive, I didn’t think that going anywhere else would be that big of a difference.This year my husband challenged me to get the prescriptions at Highline and see Dr. Redmond but to go somewhere else for the actual glasses.What an eye opening experience! We went to Costco and were able to get 3 pairs of glasses for $240. I was paying close to $600 for 1 pair of glasses at Highline. I feel completely taken advantage of.Not sure I’ll be taking my kids back. 😕

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I walked in a week or so ago for a glasses adjustment and Melissa, the optician that helped me, far surpassed all expectations. She was kind, professional and efficient and did a fantastic job with my glasses. However, it was what she did after that impressed me so deeply. While I was getting my glasses adjusted Melissa and I got to chatting and ended up talking about my dad who has been diagnosed with dementia and recently had to move to a retirement home. I jokingly mentioned that his glasses have been quite crooked for some time now and that she ought to make house calls for adjustments as he has been too unwell to go out. Fast forward to that Thursday and lo and behold Melissa is there on her day off with an entire tool kit adjusting not only my dads glasses but all the other folks as well! She had flowers, cookies and a smile that lit up the whole place. She even stayed to visit for several hours talking with everyone. I tell you, it has been MONTHS since I last saw my dad smile, let alone heard him laugh. The light she brought to everyone that day was the greatest gift in the world and I will never forget that kindness! I will always go back to Highline and recommend Melissa to everyone!

We are new to Highline vision center. I brought my son here who has Downs Syndrome. Although he has been to another optometrist that specialized in childrens eye care, this was the first time an eye doctor did not base their recommendation on a five minute exam and his primary diagnosis of Downs Syndrome. Dr. Redmond took the time to get to know my son and really worked to listen to him and collect her own data to decide on how best to meet my sons needs. She and her staff were incredibly patient were great with my kiddo. I have never left an eye appointment for my son (and weve had many)feeling more confident that the recommendations made for him were based on data rather than just the basic assumption that the needs of people with Downs Syndrome are all the same (and btw theyre not!) than I did from this appointment.

My first visit to this business, had a very pleasant experience from front desk check in through the eye exam to checking out. Dr Jenna and her assistant were thoroughly engaging and caring during my eye exam and explained every test before performing them.I left having had a comprehensive eye exam and an update on the current state of my eye health with recommendations for prescription lenses, etc. I will use Highline Vision again and recommend them.

Today I came to get my glasses adjusted and was unable to even follow through with it. I waited to 20 minutes after texting the number posted on the signs outside. A mother with her daughter said they had been waiting for an hour to get her daughter’s eyes checked and I knew it would be a while for me to see a person to get my glasses adjusted. I decided to call the office to cancel my appointment and schedule an eye appointment and hopefully get my glasses adjusted the same day, but I had to leave a voicemail. I know times are very tough right now but as a student athlete communication is key and I cannot spend half a day at one appointment when I have other appointments to go to.

We have been seeing Dr. Doyle for several years. He is knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

Very professional and all the equipment needed for my eye condition. I have Keratoconus so I need a little extra help getting the right contacts. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful and they helped me with insurance to save me money!

These are without a doubt... the most thorough doctors around. Don’t consider any other place in Colorado.

Im not usually one to complain as I know how crazy life can get...but come on! Ive tried for the last three weeks just to go in and get my glasses adjusted and each time the wait has been OVER 40 minutes! I keep getting told they are short staffed for one reason or another. I finally managed to get in today (after waiting 55 minutes!) and the young lady that helped me looked like she was about to cry she was so overwhelmed. Ill definitely be going somewhere that actually cares more about their customers time!

My vision had changed alot and I needed new glasses and contacts. The only reason I give a 4 is because I would have liked a bigger selection on glasses frames. That would be my only complaint. Starting from the call, the process of getting the all your information in the back with the little tests and seeing the doctor. Things have always run smoothly. They go above and beyond to make you you are taken care.Then your process of picking out glasses and/or contacts goes just as smoothly and they make sure you are give all details up front about insurance.Thank for making things so easy.

Dr. Redmond is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. She does whatever it takes to ensure the best health for my eyes, and makes sure I understand everything. The staff at Highline are all so very helpful.

Three strikes, three stars. I am leaving this review because I have tried three times over the past year to get an appointment. The first time I wanted to get in right away and they couldn’t take me, the second and third times I waded through the phone menus just to be put on hold for over ten minutes each time. That is the longest I was willing to hold, so I am done trying. If it is this hard d to get an appointment, they are too busy for my business.

This office for eye care is fantastic to me. Do not know of anything better. Love my Dr and her staff.
