I just dread getting new glasses. But I had a wonderful experience at Envision. First, the eye exam was clean, quick, and professional. The doctor did an excellent job of explaining the results of my exam. Selecting the glasses was a pleasurable experience, too. The technician (JK) at no time tried to over sell me. In fact, he assessed my needs and recommended frames that were at the best price point for me. He also explained why I wouldnt the more expensive or less expensive options. Im now looking forward to getting new glasses in a couple of years. When I do, it will be at Envision.

I have really wonky eyesight. One eye sees far, one eye sees near, neither eye sees near very well now, and both have astigmatisms. I’ve gotten by with readers the past few years but the hassle of “where are my glasses?!” finally wore me down.I can’t imagine trying to figure out my prescription but Envision Eye Care nailed it on their first try. They also guided me towards the perfect type of lens for my lifestyle (“officelens” with blue light and AR) and a frame that fit just right. I picked up my glasses today and already realize that I haven’t seen this crisply in, oh, forever.If you’re local, I highly recommend checking them out!! Not only are they knowledgeable but also friendly and helpful.

I called this place for my boyfriend. We have gone to multiple eye doctors just for the contacts & glasses not to be the right fit no matter how much we told them we felt something was off.& finally, we have found a place that we love!I explained to the owner J.K what was going on with my boyfriends eyes since his contacts have been bothering him so much, & he was so patient with me to let me know what he thought was going on, and told me to book a contact fitting, and a different appt. J.K’s wife today tho’ helped my boyfriend with his appt today and she was so sweet! Eventho’ our ins is not covered here, we are happy to pay out of pocket bc we are very please w how knowledgeable they were. We found out today my boyfriend has astigmatism in his right eye, nothing the other 3 offices would’ve told us! We have been going here for 3 years. They are the best vision place I have ever been too. There are 7 people in my family and 6 of us need glasses or contacts. It can get really expensive. This is the only place I have been where they truly consider what is best for me and my kids. It isnt about upselling. It is about what do my kids need and how we can make that happen. They honestly care about their patients as people, not commodities.

I went in there looking for specific type of glasses. JK came out greeted me with are you just looking or are you buying? Are you going to treat me differently based on my answer? I was shocked by this Korean culture?Tip: go to Smoky Hill Eye Care. They may not have as much selections, but their service is top notch!Back to owner: I was surprised too! First, I went in during the morning. Second, the day before I went in I called and I was told that I do not need an appointment to shop for glasses.Before I stopped by you, I have checked out other glasses shops. Regardless of the owners background, no one has asked a blunt question like you did. I understand you have a follow-up reason for this. Perhaps, you could have explained yourself following your question, which is a common courtesy.I know you would take this very offensively based on your response to other customers. However, I didnt have a question that I need to make a call to the office. I simply shared my experience with the public. Thats what reviews are for. I understand language or culture barriers could have resulted in this issue, but observing the difference is called customer experience! In Korea, your question is a rude gesture.Continue with your strong language and defensive attitude. Your own words prove more! If you cannot take critics very well, perhaps you should rethink of being a business owner. Also, small business does not mean you have a free pass.Spending 40 minutes with the optician and bought 1 pair of glasses, you sound unsatisfied. Should I have bought 2 or 10 pairs?I also know you dont have a problem telling customers to go somewhere else. Dont hesitate to make an appointment at Envision. Everyone from the front office to the back office is extremely professional and accommodating. The office is very clean and well kept. The selection of glasses has a nice variety of styles and sizes that anyone could find something that suits them.

Great Service

I was referred here by my primary care doctor and I am extremely impressed and happy on every level. They have an immaculate office and showroom. Everything is extremely clean and every member of the staff has been kind, friendly, and as helpful as possible. The examine and the equipment used was more advanced than any previous experience I have had. They also accept medicaid. I would highly recommend this location for your eye care needs!

Envision Eye care was also generally way more expensive than any other eye care center than I have visited in the past with the cost of there frames, lenses, and the up-sell of coatings. I for one will not be paying these prices and will look else where. The least expensive frames I saw when looking around was $200, and when I picked a set of frames from this section I was informed that the frame I selected was actually more than advertised. So Im now assuming that all frames on that shelf has a starting price of $200.As for the exam itself, It was a different process, I dont know how they can get accurate results by having me hand hold the letter chart roughly 17 inches from my face.And to wrap it all up...upon check in I was informed that my co-pay was $15, however at checkout I was told that my total due was a bit over $70 and I was informed that this was for a contact fitting. However I did not receive a prescription for contacts nor was I given contacts for fitting, so this did not make total since to me. Likely I could have not mentioned anything about contacts and only had paid the $15? I was not wearing my contacts, and they told me that for a contact exam, I would need to come back wearing them, so I am not sure why I was charged for this.

After losing my glasses and calling around for the soonest appointment, I found Envision Eye Care. The office was very clean, with a professional environment. Everyone working was very nice and helpful.

I have a fairly high prescription (-8 or higher in each eye), and I struggle to find an optometrist who understands my needs and concerns. Ive suffered for years with terrible prescriptions and poorly made glasses. This is the first time in a LONG time that Ive left an exam feeling confident about the results. This may also be the first time ever that Ive picked up my glasses and been immediately happy with them. Im incredibly impressed!

I just got my new office lens from Envision-eyecare which I didnt know it existed. They are awesome! Because I work on computers all day not to mention my ipad and a smart phone, the blue light coating makes my eye less stressful. I want to thank Dr. Jeong for educating me on harmful blue lights. Totally recommend blue light coating for children and adult.

Ive been wearing prescription glasses for most of my life, and have tried many many many places and never really felt like I was valued. Envision changed that. I have never felt such a personal level of customer service from any medical office let alone a glasses store.I ended up here because a man came into my work with a pair that I loved made by Mykita. It took some looking but I found that they have them in stock and also accept my vision insurance, VSP. After a phone call I had set up an appointment a few hours later that day, which gave them time to get my insurance plan information and be prepared with what is available to me. Im so glad that they did because the price after insurance was more than 50% less than retail pricing. What made it all the better is that they pointed out options that I didnt know were free or very much reduced under my plan that I usually skip.Their office was immaculate, very modern, and high tech. I definitely felt as though I was receiving the best. The comprehensive exam was very thorough and left me feeling that my actual health, both overall and of my eyes, was important to them and that they werent just trying to get a sale out of me.After the exam came the time to choose my new frame. I walked in wanting a very specific frame, a blue square Mykita. They showed me options that met that exactly as well as a variety of others that I might not have initially considered. Although I settled on what I had went in for, they showed me good contenders that almost won me over. Important here is that the ones they showed me were all in the same price range or less than the ones I had planned on getting, they were never trying to up sell me.What is most profound to me is that all of this took only one hour. ONE HOUR! And the kicker? They were understaffed because their receptionist had an emergency. Thats right, they gave me extremely personal and comprehensive care, a variety of options that fit my life style, and a feeling of comfort and happiness within one hour while being understaffed. Needless to say I am absolutely impressed and am highly recommending them to all my less than perfect visioned friends and family

I came across Envision Eye Care via an article in the Asian Avenue magazine.I made an account of the portal, but it wouldnt let me make the appointment for June 08 since I registered on 11pm on June 07. The next day I received a call from Jenny asking me if I needed help with it. I asked her if she had any Routine Eye exam appointments available for that day. They did, so I booked an appt at 1pm and left from Longmont and drove all the way to Aurora. She also let me know how to find them, but it wasnt too hard to get there.Upon entering, I was greeted by Jenny and another male employee. Quick and simple check-in for new patient. Then she led me to a room with three machines that measures something, one of them was that air puffing machine for glaucoma. She also let me know there were two options for the retina exam, you can get the eye drops for dilation or pay the extra money for retinal imaging. I went with the drops, but it was definitely hard to drive home with your eyes dilated so it is worth paying for the retinal imaging instead.Afterwards, led me to the exam room. The thing where you put your face and where the doctor asks you which one is better is computerized, vs where they normally dial in something on that thing itself. Dr. Jeong came in very soon and introduced herself. She took time to explain everything to me, and also recommended how to take care of of the chalazion I had on my eyelid for months. I was thinking I needed to get rid of it with surgery, but I managed to get most of it reduced with heat like she recommended. I felt Dr. Jeong was very sincere and actually cared about the quality of her work.The male employee I mentioned earlier, helped me look at glasses that would be good for my strong prescription. They have Asian-fit glasses, just what I wanted!! I did not have too much time left for the day so I took a picture of the one I like the best, and would return later when I have a day off of work to get some glasses there.I originally came in a self-pay patient, but upon returning home and checking with my medical insurance Aetna, it seemed like they would cover one Routine Eye Exam every 24 months. So I contacted the office and asked if it would be possible to send a claim to Aetna. Jenny contacted me back and checked the benefits for me. and told me the Routine Eye Exam would be covered at 100% and there was discounted price for the lenses and frames. She then sent the claim, and I received the check back for what I paid in the mail within days.I would definitely recommend and return to Envision Eye Care, just wished they were closer! Everyone here was extremely friendly, helpful, and insightful! Wow, they just left an exceptional impression on me that I will actually give five stars because I felt like I received above and beyond treatment.
