This place is unreal in the best way possible. The staff here is incredibly well trained and made my first boarding experience a very positive one. I love the cameras, as well as the suite options. And the prices are extremely affordable for everything that’s offered during the boarding process. Also love that they’re able to help administer booster shots when needed given how hard it is to get into a vet these days.

Maribel has been going here since she was 6 months old. She is 5 now and she loves this place! When ever i go out of town and cant take her with, I will only take her here. They have been good to her and some of the staff Might love her as much as i do..lol.. Thanks for another great stay!!!

I absolutely love this place!! I use them for boarding for my cat and dog and they both always come home happy and well cared for! They are also super thorough with my dogs medications. it gives me great peace of mind knowing my animals are in great care!! The staff is also super friendly!

I am beyond disappointed with Club Pet. While I understand that it was a holiday weekend and they were busy, that is still no excuse for their false promises. My two older dogs had to sleep on the hard ground because they put in a cot that was to small for the both of them, they were fed together despite requesting them to be separated to feed, and I paid for the upgraded suite while having no access to the cameras during part of their stay. When it was brought to the managers attention of my concerns I pretty much got the its not our fault speech If you have a dogs with any needs besides a kennel to sleep in I do not recommend Club Pet.

Overall they were good, and when I we called to discuss our concerns, things were taken care of. Two of the three nights our dog stayed there in the best room, before he was transported overseas by a pet shipper for us, we had to watch and make sure he was taken on a the moonlight walk, which he wasn’t 2/3 times and we had to call (or else he would have gone from 5pm til 6-7 am without being let out to go potty). When we called to ask about it, they checked and took care of it, but we shouldn’t have had to pay so much to have to worry and make sure our dog was being let out to pee.Overall, they were kind and receptive to concerns when things weren’t being handled, and things were fixed. Their extras that they provide, like cameras, peanut butter Kong, and playtime/cuddle time are great too.

I love all the options they offer, weve done a couple overnight stays and a couple full days. The cameras are great you can peek in on your fur baby. Staff is great! Our pup has a great time!

Great for dogs, not so much for cats.Was really disappointed when I brought home my cat after this weekend. They hadn’t given him the toy I left for him, and he was laying in the litter box as it was the only soft place to lay. I figured they would give him a towel or a blanket or something. And my cat hates litter touching his paws mind you. The website didn’t say anything about needing to bring your own bedding.The other big thing was the lack of communication on there being no play room time currently. They did comp some cuddle time, but had I not called in to inquire about the play room rotation (I wanted to spy on him during his turn via the webcam), they wouldn’t have mentioned it at all and he would have basically been isolated in the smaller space with no interactions at all for three days.Seems like cat boarding is just an afterthought, and communication was severely lacking. Very disappointed unfortunately.

Update:Club Pet Resorts always does a fantastic job with my dogs grooming. Staff is extremely friendly. Looking forward to Grizzly’s next haircut!***I love bringing my dog here for haircuts, baths etc but anytime I seem to call no one answers the phone. May have to look elsewhere to get these services done...

I’ve been using club pets for 10 years and they are the absolute best!

I can not say enough good things about the place and its staff. Time and time again they have gone above and beyond for me and my dogs. When I lived in town they were my go to even with my dog that over time stopped enjoying group play. They have always been very accommodating and quick to respond to emails for updates and information. It was so nice to be able to bring my dog back a year after we moved away and it still felt like we were family. I know I can trust this place with my fur kid any time. 5 paws up for them and I will continue to use them when we come back for visits.

We originally planned for our 2 kitties and medium sized dog to spend 8 days at Club Pet. We were moving from another state and the pets needed a good place to stay while we got their new home ready. I was excited that the kitties would have some enrichment and that my dog would get to spend time at daycare, keeping her busy and happy.Eight days stretched to 19 as we ran into delay after delay. The Club Pet staff was kind and patient, even gave us a small discount at the end.The intake process is very thorough and can be a bit time-consuming. I highly encourage you to download and fill out the forms before you arrive. Youll save yourself at least 20 minutes per pet that way. Heres the thing: I felt very confident and comfortable leaving my pets with Club Pet because they had asked for so much information about each animals temperament, eating habits, medical conditions, etc. I also felt really good knowing that every pet in the facility had been vaccinated thoroughly so mine would be safe and would keep others safe too.Our pets were happy to see us, for sure, but were clearly well cared for and happy. The staff had obviously gotten to know them as they shared little tidbits about everybodys particular behavior during their stay.We will definitely consider using Club Pet in the future and I highly recommend them.

Best place to take your fur babies. Have done grooming for the last year and just tried the resort. Pups loved it and had a great stay. Close to the airport which was extremely convenient.

What a beautiful place for my dog to stay when I travel. The staff is very friendly and the dogs all well behaved. I especially love the dog pool and the new turf!!

First, I would like to preface this and say it may be a lengthy review but I want to be detailed so that the whole situation is understood.The good-Our dogs are a live, so obviously that’s most important. The two different women that we interacted with at the front desk were great. Very kind, helpful, and seemed easy and caring with our pups. The building and lobby was very nice and seemed clean. The price wasn’t outrageous either, I will say that not having video as a standard for all kennels was a little weird. For some reason being able to check on your dog while you are away is a premium that will cost you almost double for their stay. We had 2 dogs that stayed for exactly a week, we took a trip back home to VA so the location in comparison to the airport is great and very convenient.The not so good-The night we picked up our dogs they smelt so bad, the worst part is that it was a very strong urine smell. Now I don’t want to sound unrealistic, of course after spending a week in a place that houses multiple dogs they are not going to leave smelling like a field of lavender. However, the fact that it was a very strong urine smell is what is most alarming. Also, when the women was brining our dogs to us she handed us the leash and apologized that it was wet and said “I’m sorry, I dropped it in a puddle.” Honestly in the moment I didn’t think much about it until we made it to our car and I realized that it wasn’t a puddle of water it was a puddle of pee. The most alarming part about that is the fact that the leashes we use are specifically designed not to soak up moisture, which indicates to me that there is no way that the leash was just dropped and immediately soaked up the urine. It had to have been sitting in the puddle for an extended period of time. Also we sent them both with 2 small blankets, so four in total. When we got home we realized that there was only 2 in our bag. Which starts to paint the picture that it was decided to not put our other blankets in our bag because like the leash and our dogs the blankets were probably soaked in urine as well. Apparently it was easier to just not give them back then to try and explain why they may have also been soaked in urine.Now we are also dealing with one of our pups who we suspect has kennel cough. We will find out for sure when we go to our vet appointment. But one thing is for sure she is definitely sick. Both of our dogs met all the requirements to stay here at the resort, obviously or they would not have been able to stay. Our dogs are 2 and 4 years old and have been boarded multiple times when we lived in VA. We have never had issues like these, especially any that jeopardized their health. Sure the argument could be made that they contacted KC from another dog by interaction. However, we specifically requested that our dogs do not go to the day care part of the stay and that they be left alone other than the walks and things of that nature. So either our requests were not met or we are led to have no other conclusion than the one we came to and the ultimate reason why we just do not feel like we can trust DIA Resort. That is, the cleaning standards must not be exactly what is portrayed and unless your dog is let out into the day play area they must receive very little attention.Unfortunately, we were disappointed because everything leading up to their stay made us feel comfortable with leaving our girls for a week. Now after giving it a week to reflect and making sure we were not being irrational, we have decided that this company as it is can not be trusted and it’s really a misfortune but it will be our last time letting our dogs stay there.A message to the company:Maybe raising standards or increasing management to make sure standards are met would be beneficial. If the cleanliness of the facility is something that you take pride in, then encouraging a quick tour before a stay could help people feel more comfortable about leaving their animals. The extra 10 minutes would pay in perpetuity and also keep staff accountable.

These guys always do a great job boarding my dog - who also gets all-day daycare for an extra price. Most recently my cat stayed with Club Pet for the first time - where he enjoyed a multi-level cat den with a big huge window!

Weve taken our dogs and cat here for a few years now. They have a great pricing structure, from cheap to fancy, but even the cheaper rooms are really great. You can add on walks, treats, and cuddles for your pet. Theyve always been really positive about our pets when we bring them. They also have a HUGE facility so they usually have room even for last minute reservations. They saved us once when we needed to go out of town last minute and one of our dogs vaccinations was a little out of date. They vaccinated him on the spot. Cant recommend them more.

I boarded my cats here for one night. When we came to pick them up, one of the cats was covered in water and filth and the other one has been throwing up since he has come home. I feel sad for leaving my babies here.

UNSAFE for dogs and employees. I worked here and saw how this place truly operates. They allow aggressive dogs into doggie daycare and will only stop allowing these dogs to come if they injure a person or another dog. They put the minimum of one employee in a yard with 15 dogs for hours at a time, so if two large, aggressive dogs get into a fight, theres only one person to break them up, and that one person cant pay attention to all of the other dogs while breaking up the fight. I would NOT bring my dog here after experiencing whats its really like, unsafe for people and dogs! They treat their employees poorly and its an unsafe work environment . There are holes right at the entrance to two of the three doggie daycare yards outside. Theyre big enough for someone to break their ankle in. Management covered up some holes with metal dog bowls, a cheap and unsafe solution. The yards have been like this for a long time. I lost some of my hearing while I worked there because no one told me I needed ear protection from the noise level of the barking dogs. They wouldnt give me lunch breaks according to what the law states, even after I requested them. They only schedule two employees to clean out 80 to 150 kennels every morning, giving us only 2 and a half hours to complete cleaning. They have a huge turn over of employees for these reasons and more. I love dogs and Im great with them, but I would NOT recommend working here or taking your dog here! I quit after three weeks because I couldnt stand it anymore.

This is our go to pet boarding place. Dogs get multiple walks a day, a bed, and tons of affection if they arent too busy. The add ons like daycare arent too expensive.Cats get a fun little room with a fish tank.

Cassie & Gabe LITERALLY saved me and my pups on one of the most stressful days of my life. I showed up A MESS.. mentally/emotionally just GONE over everything Ive been dealing with. I ended up almost losing my dogs on the front lawn, trying to handle all 3 at the same time.. in a rush to not miss my flight. It was a HORRIBLE day and I was barely making it. These two (and I think a couple of others who may have been on hand) literally saved me.They went SO FAR above and beyond and not only took care of the dogs but kinda babied me as well as I was having a freakout over thinking my dogs were going to get ran over. Just a HORRIBLE DAY and Cassie took charge and took care of EVERYTHING for me as quickly as she could and did an AMAZING job. Gabe helped get the dogs settled then drove me to the airport.. all the while talking to me and letting me talk so I could calm down. It may end up seeming a little pricey if youre not used to using these types of services BUT.. worth every penny to know my babies were being cared for by such amazing people.The webcams made it even better because SEEING them when theyre not with you is better than just being told how they are doing. However, if I EVER at ANY time of the day or night needed to call.. there was almost always someone by the phones and if they werent, they got back to me promptly. They were honest about a little reaction my boys had to some of the cleaning stuff they used.. honesty goes a LONG way with me. I can deal with accidents and things like this as long as everyone is honest about it and they were.I just cant express enough how AMAZING these two, Cassie & Gabe are, and how valuable they are to this business. I dont know how old you have to be to be considered for management, and I dont know Cassies age, but if she is interested, and once she meets the requirements.. I would say that she would be a TRUE asset to this establishment or any like it as a MANAGER. She knows how to take the lead in an emergency or high stress situation, she didnt panic, and she dealt with my hysterics with no judgement. She stepped up and took care of business and took care of me (a grown woman who was having a meltdown on the front lawn of the business.. with my 3 dogs..just one of the most stressful days of my entire life.. HORRIBLE 1st impression lol) when she didnt have to. THAT is a LEADER. THAT is management material. Not to mention my dogs lol. She took care of MY WHOLE FAMILY. Gabe was right there doing everything he could to help as well. Just great people to have and I am so thankful they were there for me that day. Just amazing souls.THANK YOU guys so much. You saved not only the day but so much more youll never know.. unless I tell you later lol.CLUB PET ... please dont overlook these two employees (or any other) but please DEFINITELY know that they are AMAZING but they also go above and beyond. Just wonderful. The entire experience was SO MUCH easier than I wouldve ever imagined and they even worked with me to help me be sure I knew what I was reading and everything since I was worked up. Just great people.. SO THANKFUL they were there when I was. If anyone hires on, and isnt sure how to be .. look to Cassie and Gabe. They take care of the pups and the people and take away any negative feelings there may be. (Even about yourself.. I was not embarrassed but I know I looked crazy and dramatic that day.. and they made me feel FINE and treated me like they would anyone else ). Ok.. so yeah.. just cant express enough how amazing these guys are lol. Though it was business and they remained professional, they take care of the personal too. They make a difference in the lives of the clients.. or can. Ill never forget them. (Thank you to the two of you PERSONALLY.. you saved alot. ) Sorry if I left anyone out.. I just remember these two specifically and want them to get the recognition they deserve.

My dog was under Club Pet Resorts DIA for 3 days. When I went to pick up my dog, she had what seemed to be a large sore on her nose. When I noticed, I went back in to question it. The response was, she was rubbing her nose on the vent. But why not disclose that before I left? My dog also got kennel cough.

Oliver LOVES staying at Club Pet Resorts (DIA). The staff is fantastic and well trained when it comes to observing dog behaviors. I LOVE the ala-cart features.This last time I opted to have him bathed before pickup, and its the longest hes stayed soft and fluffy

Spent over $700 for 3 dogs to stay 1 week and all 3 were returned sick as hell. Had to take them to our vet. Over $500 later they are on the mend. CPR DIA says because we signed them in, they have no responsibility. Owners beware, you have no recourse for poor cleaning practices on their part.

I’ve been taking my husky, Skye, here for about 2 months now. He enjoys doggy day care at the Airport BLVD location & gets so excited when he knows he is heading there! I love being able to watch the cameras from home. Skye also does the training class once a week. They send an emailed update of his progress/setbacks & videos for home. We have done one private lesson & the trainers are knowledgeable & patient with him (and me). The team here is super helpful with my questions & overall I’ve had a great experience with them.

I have taken my dog Pearl to Club pet numerous times to stay overnight in boarding. She is always happy when I pick her up. She is well fed. They let her out four times a day to relieve herself and I pay for an additional walk. I believe they take very good care of my dog and the grooming is outstanding.

My husband has used this place for our dog(s) for years, and we love it! So does our dog! She loves it there and we can tell she always looks forward to it!

They let me walk in and get my dogs nails trimmed without an appointment. It cost $15.00. Comparing the price with GVR pet center and Tower Rd animal Hospital that price is about average.

We have taken all 3 of our dogs here for daycare and boarding and we love them! You may pay a little extra but it is worth it to have the piece of mind, with cameras in daycare and optional cameras in their boarding suites. Their shuttle service to DIA is also super convenient, and on one ride we had a really cool conversation with an employee about their hiring process and how much effort they put into hiring trained/compassionate staff. We also had one experience where a former customer care representative was challenging and they immediately rectified the situation. Overall just wonderful service and we don’t ever worry - plus our pups are always exhausted after every stay 😊

This place is my savior! During Covid, they have discounts to essential workers, they include meals in the daily prices, they love my crazy & wild JRT, and the staff is always very patient & kind. I work in the restaurant business, so my hours are all over. Being able to pick my fur baby up late at night after work is so helpful!

I have 3 wiener dogs (the three amigos as they were nicknamed). One of them is a rescue who was abused. It was awesome to see her in video in day care being loved on by staff and her transformation to actually being comfy there. She was playing other dogs after a few days. I could call and check in and they would answer my calls and make sure they were eating. All three were wagging their tails when we saw them! This is a first after being in a kennel. The staff did amazing and they are worth every penny!!

We just used Club Pet for boarding for a few day stay for our pup. We had a really great experience. Staff is very friendly, the shuttle to the airport is a great perk, drivers were great. Awesome to be able to see our pup on the web cams. It was his first time there and we got a report card on his stay which was neat. AND he got a bath & groomed. Will definitely use them again.

I love the 24 hour daycare! Flexible drop off a pickup hours is so key for our busy and unpredictable schedule. Our dog always comes home happy and tired. I am unsure about the nail trims, I feel like a few times she came home without having them done even though we paid for it. We just started outsourcing that to a local groomer. But for daycare Club Pet is top notch. They seem to really care about the dogs and their owners.

My dog Groot is always excited for daycare. He gets excited when we pull up, and when i pick him up I have a happy tired dog. Never a bad experience here highly recommend

I really like to take my cats here . they seem kinda mad because they are home sick and some of my cats gets the angry face but once they are home they are great!! Walked in a couple times when they feed and clean and honestly very impressed!!! Love that they give me updates when I call they are never angry! They also feed our cats so much and they love it! Thanks for taking Care of them!! The only reason for 4 stars is due to the fact that they turn dont have webcams in the smaller kennels I wish they did.

FYI this is the ONLY doggie daycare in Denver I trust with my 6 foot fence jumping husky. Husky owners, save yourself the hours of research I already did - this is the place!

I had to make a last minute boarding appointment for my heart failure kitty when I had to go out of town. They were able to accommodate the boarding and give him his life saving meds. They never seemed irritated when I called to check on him and were even accommodating when I got home at 1 in the morning so I could get my little munchkin out! With all of this, it was still EXTREMELY affordable! Great friendly staff. Will definitely use again for future travels.

The staff here is amazing! We have 3 Siberian Huskies and a yard only big enough for half of one.. We bring our huskies here for day care nearly every day to help tire them out and I wouldnt want to take them anywhere else - it is worth every penny. They are accommodating of our crazy requests and they do a good job of making it obvious that they really care all about the dogs. One of our dogs is epileptic and I wouldnt trust anywhere else with his care. This location is also very clean and doesnt have that stale kennel smell that many boarding/daycare operations have. They also offer in-house training with options for both with and without the owner present/involved. We got 2 of our dogs trained here - and like always - they have been extremely considerate and accommodating. Love this place!

Amazing facility & staff. I board my 3 dogs & 2 cats here and know that they are in good hands. I love being able to watch them play all day via webcam, and I even watch them sleep in their suite at night. I never worry as the staff provides wonderful care!

Ive only used this place once so far, and Ive never had any boarding experiences previously, but it seemed fine to me and it was easy. The price was right as well. I boarded my cat for 8 days when I had to go on a trip due to a death in the family. You dont really get any updates or anything it seems, but she seemed to be in good health when I got back (just annoyed and needy because I left her) and the rooms for the cats looked pretty nice. They also gave me this cute little review card when I picked up the cat. You can see the dog play area from the lobby, and they have a really neat little pool that the dogs can go swim in

Advertises as a fancy pet hotel, but the long hallways of kennels and cement walls seems more like a pet halfway house. Dogs only get a certain amount of time in playgroup (if theyre approved) and an even shorter time outside if they are individual. Place seems clean though.

Great staff,really care about the pets. Grooming staff is awesome. They did a great job with our husky who is difficult to groom.

Weve been taking our Golden Retrievers here since they opened for boarding. Today we needed them out of the house for the afternoon and they needed wearing out. Christian checked us in and also checked us out. He was so professional and caring that I had to write a review. Everyone at Club Pet is great but Christian stood out with politeness. Our dogs are always happy going in and getting picked up. The girl that was in the afternoon playtime with them was great too, I looked in on the camera a few times. Gretta is an amazing gentle groomer, she was off today or we would have had them groomed too.

First time coming here and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful! They did am amazing job with my Lab Mix and had no issues! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family and hopefully start using their other services as well!

This is the WORST PLACE to make an appointment for grooming. The last 5 times I have attempted to have my dogs groomed there has been an issue, whether its the groomer didnt show up, not enough help or some other excuse. Find another place!!!!!! I will.......You dont understand, I have had the appointment made and take my dogs there and thats when the excuses start. I will NEVER make another appointment there and will tell as many people as I can. This was your last 2nd,3rd 4th chance. If I could give you 0 stars I would. No wonder your people make excuses, it starts with the leadership!!! Thats what you are doing. MAKING EXCUSES FOR POOR SERVICE!

We boarded our pooch for the 1st time here, it was her first time away from us and ....we loved it. The staff was helpful, she was kept active and safe and we were able to ease our separation anxiety with use of the cameras. The shuttle to the airport and knowing everything was already reserved made it a dream. Big win for us and we will definitely be returning.

I have been taking my newfie mix here for a year to be groomed and always have a good experience. She always comes out looking great, they seem to really love what they do and are happy when they come get her. I definitely recommend them.

Ive boarded my dogs here for nearly 4 years, and theyve always been happy and healthy at the end of their stays. Any paperwork discrepancies, as rare as they may be, are fixed in a timely manner and with courteous service. Its nice to know that if I have to be gone, the pups are in good hands.

Quality of customer service has been declining. A few visits ago, they forgot to give my dog the bordatella booster they charged me for (they did make up for it on a later visit, but that didnt keep her from getting sick). On the next visit, I was charged for baths for all of my dogs even though one of my dogs obviously hadnt gotten one. On the last visit, they lost one of my dogs medication. Then they cancelled all of my reservations but only emailed me about one, making me call to find out of all of my reservations were cancelled (they were) and leaving me scrambling for alternatives at the last minute, since I made the rest of my non-refundable reservations after booking the boarding, The website STILL doesnt say theyre full (which it usually does) so theyre clearly not concerned about their customers.

I dropped my lab puppy off for day care.. 7 hrs later I returned. She was happy as hell to see me. 5 minutes into the car ride home, she was passed out.I will definitely be using this place again.

We paid over $500 for our 2 dogs for 3 nights to have the best room and extra amenities. We watched the 1st day a woman get frustrated when they didnt want to leave the enclosure they were in. She grabbed 1 of our dogs by her collar and aggressively yank her out and she wrapped the rope they use as a leash around my other dogs legs and yanked them out from underneath her. I called immediately and threw a fit. If there was an option. For someone to pick them up right then I would have done it. AFTER our trip we were emailed by management saying theyd look into i . The next day we were called by one of the owners saying the woman was new but came from another facility. She wanted to know how to make it right but how can you make it right when its already done? AND why wasnt this addressed while they were there? So we spent over $500 for someone to hurt my dogs. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I take my English Setter Dillon here. There are always great with him and he gets a haircut and shampooed the total grooming cost is about $75 for a medium to large-size dog. They usually add a bandana or bow or something to the animals to give them little more personality when they come home.

Weve been going to this place ever since it was necessary for one of our dogs to get help with his separation anxiety. He has since outgrown this behavior, no doubt through some of the time spent here. We now use it as more of a treat when we plan to be away for an extensive amount of time for all of our dogs, rather than a behavioral adjustment. Club Pet Resorts staff and spectacular facility provided more than what was expected when we first discovered it, and in the years following, has been nothing less than entirely professional when it comes to matters of safety, and exceptionally fun and energetic when it comes to matters of playtime for the pups. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this place for both boarding and daycare for your pets, with the hope (for both of our sakes) that it never changes.

Weve been taking the fur child here for the last couple years. Have been 100% happy with everything about this place. The facility is very clean, bright, and welcoming. All of the employees that weve had interactions with are super friendly and professional. I love that it is close to the airport, and it is super convenient being able to pick up and drop off at any hour of the day.

Made a decision to board my dog here right before Christmas and I couldnt be happier about it. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. When I stopped in a few weeks prior to check it out first, I got a tour right away which I appreciated as it shows they have nothing to hide. Best of all, I got my dog back in the same condition I left her, no problems or issues whatsoever. Will absolutely be using them again and will recommend to everyone.

We like this place for convenience, 24hour pick up/drop off and right by the airport. Our dog seems to like it too! Just beware airport rd has been closed lately which makes it harder to get there...

This boarding facility is AWESOME! I took my dog for grooming and 1/2 day doggie day care and they did a great job and he came back clean and tired. I am planning on using Club Pet Resorts when I am out of town because with boarding they offer a full day of day care, a nice size suite and a webcam for my peace of mind. They also offer a shuttle service to the airport and gated parking. I am writing this review because I did a lot of research picking out a facility and I hope this helps someone else who has no idea where to leave their pet. I will update after I leave my dog for a long weekend.

Our cat always does well at Club Pet. And the bath they gave him by the professional groomers left our cats coat kitten soft. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a great perk.

They take very good care of my three legged dog. And are very polite and professional

Friendly staff. Everyone was very polite and so friendly. My dog was bathed and groomed quickly which helps keep stress down for both of us.

This is a tough review - the low score is not based on how they treat the dogs. The facility is clean, dogs treated well, and friendly staff. The low score is due to their pricing model for boarding. Because of so-called check-in check-out times and an ala-carte model that benefits the company it ended up costing $225 for one night. The issue comes in that if they are staying the entire day following the overnight you end up paying for BOTH a day of daycare AND another night night of Boarding - essentially costing $74 for a day of daycare. Just be sure you fully understand how they charge things or youll find yourself spending more on an night for your dog/s than you did for your own hotel! There are as good boarding places with more fair pricing models in the area to consider.

Good doggy daycare and grooming staff. Good dog training too. The dogs get to hang out by the pool and can have moonlight walks. Real convenient shuttle to the airport if flying out

I took my shiba for a bath, and Im really happy with his results. The lady that took him was friendly, and took good care of my doggo. He was so cute with these little bows that she put on his collar. He looked good as new. His fur was so luscious and floofy. He smelled really good. Great service. Will keep taking my dog here, and will probably bring my other one too (he is crazy though, so not sure if I should).

Took our dog here for grooming for the first time... staff was excellent! However, the grooming not so much. They didn’t do any more than what I could’ve done at home. Unfortunately won’t be back.

Ive had cats stay here twice, fabulous set up and I like that they let you go back with them when dropping off. Very reasonable prices. Will be my go-to place to board

I dont ever write Google reviews, but this place is amazing! I board my dog I was fostering for a rescue while I was gone for a few days. It was the first time and I really seemed to like the facility. Very clean, organized and big. The staff are amazing and super friendly as well as helpful. Everybody there just seem very dog friendly. The day I picked my foster dog up(luciecta) , it Was the day she found a forever home!! I would most definitely be coming again. Thank you club resort!

We took our dog, Chicklet, to get groomed, while we went up to Fort Collins. They gave her an excellent haircut. We like Club Pet Resorts.

I dropped my dog off on 10/09/2015 around 4:30 AM. I was asked if she had eaten and I said no it was to early for her to eat. She had 3 cans of special dog food a lid for that food and a towel from home in her own bag. I picked her on 10/11/15 around 11:20 AM. I paid and they brought my dog her special bag and the lid for the food but no towel and no food. They found the can of dog food it was unopened. She should have had 1/2 a can of food left over. So needless to say she apparently missed a meal and did not have her towel from home. I am upset about her missing her meal. Not sure what day this happened on. Also upset that I brought her towel and she didnt have it during her stay. They refunded $10 for the towel and were extremely apologetic. I wonder if anyone of the club pet staff missed a meal over the weekend???? I had a reservation for November but cancelled. I will find a place that can remember to feed my dog seeing as how that is what they are paid to do!

My dog has been going for over a year and loves to go visit all of her friends. The staff is always friendly , Jeremy is the best he just loves my dog and always remembers my name too. This is my dog 30 minutes after getting home

One star for grooming, the new grooming staff is terrible. They didnt listen to any of the guidance I gave about the trim for my dog. The sanitary trim, the most important reason we take her for grooming, looks like it was missed entirely, its now the only place my once shaggy dog is still shaggy. I guess its time to find a new groomer.

Good place to bring your pet for a vacation but theres several issues that happened. I got charged twice for my dogs stay for 7 days and I kept asking for the basic package because we needed to save as much as possible since we are moving to the area from out of state and cant afford the extras for the time being,our bill was 486$ for the 7 days. On our receipt doesnt tell you what was charge just the payments made. It would be nice to see a detailed receipt of services provided.

They have done everything that I have asked them to do. Im very satisfied with their service and care for my two dogs. I highly recommend this location.

I was in the middle of moving homes and I had to find a place for my pup to stay for the night and I have always seen this place on my way to the airport so I thought I would give them a try. Upon arriving everyone there was super sweet and provided excellent customer service, the convenience of hours of operations gave me a peace of mind knowing that I was able to call and see how my pup was doing, since this was my first time they offered a free evaluation to see how she was at playtime, they even offered the webcams for even more reassurance. The next day when I picked her up a caretaker notified me that a bit of my dogs wet food had spilled over in her bag of dry food and that they didnt feel comfortable feeding it to her, no harm, no foul. Once I took her home I noticed that the amount of my pups dry food was astonishing, and her canned food was missing. So that night I had called to see if I could pick them up the following day but when I told them that there were 6 canned food in total they only told me there were only 2 that they could find, I asked to see if they could check again and then came back and said they found 1 more, at that point I just thought Ill go and ask in person to see if maybe they can find the other 3 cans. When arriving they ask what are the portions for your dogs food is and I found it hard to believe that in one day they had fed my 10 lbs min pin mix 3 whole cans after I wrote the portions to be small. When I went down there they found another canned food and the manager had told me that by accident they may have fed my dogs wet food to another dog. I wasnt all that upset about it they even offered me money to replace but I rather have left with 4 out of 6 canned food and call it a day, but when I came back home I was going to give my pup a treat and when I went to look for them there was nothing so I called back again to see if they could find my dogs treat again and once more they had found them. I spoke with the manager and explained to Tiffany that I wasnt upset about the service they provided me when I picked up my baby she was happy as could be and I love their facility I was just worried about having all of my pups belongings together even after they had logged all of it from the first day, she apologized and offered me an upgrade the next time I drop my baby off to a penthouse and she also added me to the VIP list to keep an extra close eye on my pooch. For an overall first time experience everything went well. Thank you guys for taking such great care of all dogs and please keep up the good work 😉
