Worst decision me & my boyfriend ever made was becoming members here . Locked in a YEAR contract for rushed massages and facials that break me out every time. Literally drive 30 minutes to be unsatisfied and left highly disappointed ( not anymore now they just collect my money every month . Definitely not worth the drive) . Save your money people . This is a ONE TIME EXPERIENCE. Do not let them sign you up to become a member at that point RUN . Don’t look over the bad reviews they’re always the most truthful . I would give 0 stars if i could . Can’t wait until our contract expires. I hate it here

Absolutely the worst experience working with this company. I was charged an insane rate for the last four months (not to mention I havent used my account in 2 years - which is 2 years worth of services). Tristan the retreat manager, offered to extend my services so that I could use them. I DO NOT WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF A COMPANY LIKE THIS ANY LONGER, WHY WOULD I WANT TO USE MASSAGES THAT i DID NOT AGREE TO PAY FOR. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. PLUS THE QUALITY OF MASSEUSES IS AWFUL.

I had such a great experience at Massage Heights Buckhead. Marissa was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and is very attentive. It was everything I needed! I left feeling much better. I highly recommend getting a massage with Marissa.

Ive been patronizing this location for over 2 years with 90 minute sessions. Ive had several therapists with minimum improvements. Before I cancelled my membership I decided to try another therapist. Wow! Where has Merrisa been?! She is totally awesome and thorough! She is experienced and has a soothing meditative voice. She explained where my ailments were (no one previously did that), and how she was proceeding to work on each area. That was the kind of massage that I have always been used to from 20+ years back. I immediately fell in love with her services and Im gratefully going back more often. What she did in 1 hour was above and beyond what I had been getting in 90 minutes. Thank you Merrisa❣️

Great customer service, but massage was not great. It is always fifty fifty. You never know what type of hands you might receive. I wanted masculine to relieve stress in back but ended up getting brutal. So I recommend to get the female staff if you have a sensitive body. Nice location and pretty decor.

I Went today for my first visit here and have nothing but good things to say. The establishment is very clean and nice. The front desk staff were extremely professional and courteous. I had my massage done by Marissa, who was absolutely amazing. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and she did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough good things about her !

Very friendly and professional front desk. Great communication regarding any concerns. Clean, relaxed, safe (during Covid) atmosphere to enjoy your massage. All the therapists I’ve met are great, but I would highly recommend Marissa who I’ve been seeing for months now. Massage heights was such a lifesaver since I live walking distance from The Peach. I have had varying experiences with each massage therapist; Brandon and Dora were the best by far! I gifted my sister and husband a massage and they both ended up having underwhelming experiences. Both of them said their services were less than the required 50 minutes, and they felt worse afterwards than when they went in. My poor husband arrived early for his massage to fill out the forms, was taken in 10-15 minutes after his scheduled appointment time and his service was still completed early despite them running behind. The worst part is I told them to charge my card on file(the same card used to BOOK the appointment) and they didnt and still made him pay. After 2 days tying to contact Tremaine the manager to let him know how disappointed I was, he has yet to get back in touch with me. Ill be moving to the other branch to complete my contract, and hopefully my husband and I will have a better experience there.

Extremely inconsistent between different employees. My regular staff was but not available which I understand. He is AMAZING and knows how to read my body and muscles.So I took a chance and asked that they pick my next employee. I got Sharlene. I was about 15 mins late to the appointment and I understood that I lost time for my massage. Im a professional. I get it. But I didnt expect the attitude and the rub down. Medium to firm pressure was no where to be found. I was barked at a few times. I was so uncomfortable I almost asked to leave about three times. I felt like I completely wasted my money and this made me never want to book her again. Im glad I know other staff doesnt bring an attitude to the massage or I would never book here again.

I have never had anything other than a top notch experience at this place! Front desk girls are so nice, especially Miriam who signed me up. Ive tried multiple therapists and theyve all been amazing. Theyre all very professional and really know their stuff on working wonders on my back. I always feel like a brand new person when I leave.

Both massages I received were rushed and left me feeling sore. I purchased hot stones on one massage and the girl didnt even do them. Since I wasnt given a refund for the hot stones, the manager gave me a discounted price for the next time I came but they rescheduled me 4 times until I was finally forced to just cancel the appointment altogether. Ive given them three opportunities to improve, but the service and quality has remained subpar.

Booked a last minute massage while visiting Atlanta. I really enjoyed my experience and they practiced good covid protocols.Ashley did an AMAZING Job. I usually prefer to enjoy the soothing sounds/ quietwhile getting a massage. But Ashley does affirmations throughout the session (I believe this is optional), but it was refreshing and contributed to my relaxation because it was mentally freeing. She did an awesome job at relieving tension in my neck and shoulders. She uses essential oils and hot towels,  which enhanced the experience.  Probably top 3 massages Ive had.The front staff was also friendly.  I didnt give it 5 stars just because Ive had better experiences/hospitality.  Even with just things like receiving a courtesy water.  I will keep them on my list for when go back to Atlanta.

Chad was absolutely amazing. He was so accommodating and his massage was so relaxing and helped with my pain which is exactly what i was looking for with my massage. He was well educated on muscular anatomy and was able to pin point the root of some of my back and neck pain. I was beyond impressed and will make massages with him as a regular part of my self care routine.

Took first available appointment and got super lucky - Marissa was absolutely fantastic. Got my neck, shoulder and back loosened up and releases a lot of tension that I’ve been carrying for a while. I’ve been getting massage regularly for many years and this was one of the best ever.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but Im so impressed its worth my time! Firstly, the administrative staff is wonderful--responsive and did their best to 1. schedule me as I passed through town and 2. pair me with a masseuse capable of true deep tissue massage. Secondly, more importantly, Merissa was wonderful--an hour with her was exactly what I needed to get me through until I can get in with my regular masseuse back home. If I lived anywhere near Buckhead Id absolutely be going every two weeks. Merissa knows her stuff! Truly-she knows anatomy and what to do to get results you need, but also takes care of little things that make a big difference (wiping oil off;). Worthy of the most generous tip you can muster.

And Jordan at the front desk was great and set me up fast and easy with my membership, because Reggie was so amazing I had to make sure to come back. 😍🥰He made me feel very comfortable, relaxed at all times, tended to the areas I needed most but still gave me a really amazing full body massage.

Loved Marissa!! She really helped with an upper back/neck flare up I was having! I feel 1000x better. She even had some tips for me moving forward to help deal with the pain if it comes back.

Very attentive and personable staff. Really on their game and efficient. Then theres Jarrett. Jarrett was my assigned masseur for my session. Super sweet and reassuring voice and touch. Made me very comfortable and made sure I stayed in my zone. He checked in often, and again, was a real treat. Found this place on Groupon. Called them before buying the Groupon to know availability. They were booked for most of my preferred day and time, but found a time which worked. They asked me not to buy Groupon and promised to give the same price on the day of Massage, but it didnt go that way. During checkout they added extra charge of Hot Stones, while it was already included in the Groupon package. I got the extra charges removed by pointing it out. Massage was good, but total massage time was 15 minutes short. They would ask to buy their membership package by paying some fee upfront, which I didnt think was worth committing to.

I’m not quite sure where to start talking about this phenomenal location. Let’s start with WHY I chose this location- Kacie’s amazing spirit seeping through the phone. She exhibited exceptional, professionalism and exceeded my expectations for customer service. So I show up for my appointment and I’m greeted with smiles, warmth and young ladies that ENJOY people. They were kind-spirited and very professional. I was impressed! Next we move on to Dr. Hands - well, his name is actually Jarred but because he was so knowledgeable about muscle, fascia, tissue, decompression, etc. ohmygoodnessgracious!!! I just felt Dr. Hands was appropriate. This young man was phenomenal. He knows where stress is in your body and wants to heal you. Enjoy your massage!!!!

This is an update. This location is completely unprofessional and I can never reach a manager to get my issues rectified. Please dont waste your money getting a membership with this location. The massage therapist I loved has left so I no longer have anythimg good to say about here. I had some deeper knots to work out and he was really top notch and finding the right spots and releasing them. While other massages are nice and gentle, this one actually solved my problem. Best massage ever. Came in for a Groupon for a couples massage. Waited for a bit for the woman at the front desk to give us the paperwork we had to fill out, but she was very nice and I didnt mind. Our masseuses were very professional and talented. The bed/thing you laid on was covered in wonderful sheets and I was never uncovered on any part of my body that wasnt actively being massaged, which I really appreciated. If I could, Id come here every week!

I love this place, I moved from NY 3 years ago and hadn’t find a spa that was comparable. This location is clean and comfortable, and the ambiance is very chill. The staff is friendly and professional. I had 3 different masseuses and they were all great but Iesha is definitely my favorite. I definitely recommend this spa!

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage here using Groupon. All of the staff members were very courteous, and no one made us feel less important for using Groupon (I’ve been to other places that do). The environment was calming from the moment we walked in, and we were taken to our room promptly for our appointment time. Both of our massage therapists were very respectful and would check in with us to make sure the pressure was okay. I had a lot going on in my back, and she really helped stretch me out! At the end, they really try to sell you on their monthly membership, which was a little awkward since we weren’t interested in it, but if we were to want another massage, we would definitely come back!

Omg!!! Will definitely be back here. Deep tissue was amazing. Im a wounded Veteran that also had Chiropractic adjustments the same day so after I left here I was in Heaven on earth.

I have been to Tanya twice now and am going again today. She works magic! After a session with her I feel relaxed, loose, and my shoulder and back soreness is gone. I cant speak more highly of her abilities as a therapist.

I had a message here on June 24th, we are from Orlando but my husband had to go to Buckhead for work, so I went with him. The massage I received from Shekeya was amazing. I have had several massages in my life and it ranked as one of the best ever!! I highly recommend getting a message here, and would suggest requesting Shekeya!!

Back to 4 starsThis is a wonderful massage business and my pre-covid experiences were amazing.I have never written a bad review before on any company but find it necessary to hopefully get results.Initially in March 2020, an email was sent out about the temporary closing. It stated that I would be credited these massage charges for future use.I called while they were closed and left a message about wanting someone to call me about continued auto drafts.I received an email asking how they could assist so I called again in April and spoke to someone at the front desk.I have called a total of 5 times atleast.I was advised that the email stated that the charges would continue and the funds would be in reserve for future massages.I was told that I would need to call to have this stopped. I requested this and was told a manager would need to call me to stop the charges.I sent an email in Early June requesting the auto draft be stopped, and again was charged the end of June.I have called more than 2x requesting that I no longer have monthly massage charges and massages since Covid.I have been told both times or more that the employee answering the phone cannot take care of this for me. She assured me a manager will call. I have never received this call to stop charging me for massage fees. I was told I could not gift these to a younger less covid risk friend or family member.I am compassionate for all businesses to stay afloat during the shutdown particularly.Please stop taking my funds against my permission.Thank you***UPDATE***I received a call from Dorian the next day after my post.My error in not seeing a June 14th email asking how I would like to freeze my account.She was kind and apologetic. Loved it. Every employee I spoke to was very nice and welcoming. I told them I had bad headaches for a week and the ladies at the front desk suggested which add ons to choose. Chance was my masseuse and he was GREAT. Very professional and sweet. I wanted a firm massage due to stress and he did just that but was careful to ask if it was too much. He noticed how tight my shoulder and neck was immediately and it seemed like he gave it extra attention. His facial and scalp massage is literally amazing. Amaazzinnggggg

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage last night and it was the best after work treat, the stuff was very professional, they explained everything we needed to know. We were scheduled for a 6pm massage but started around 6.10pm but our therapist made sure our time was accounted for. The massage was heavenly, the foot scrub was simply the best . Our therapist were professional and you could tell they were very skilled. We often get massages once a month and we will definitely go back and request the same therapists. Overall the whole process was made seemless and easy. Clean and relaxing environment .i would say the best we’ve had.

Great customer service and I truly enjoyed my massage!

I would rate it a 4 star if they didn’t take $50 out of my account. I was running late for my appointment and they assumed I was canceling my appointment and took the money out of my account. Not once did I say I was canceling when I spoke to the representative. They didn’t even wait until my whole appointment time was over. Their quick to take your money but take their sweet time with giving a refund. All in all the massage was lovely. but I’ll never return back to this location.

My experience was AMAZING! I originally bought my friend and I a package for her birthday because shed never received one . To my surprise . I thoroughly enjoyed mine as well! I would definitely return to this same spa and location. Awesome staff and therapist!

I was in recently, an impromptu visit and the ladies led me to Ernest who is a fantastic massage therapist. Super perfect. He took on a challenge and had perfect pressure knowing when to dig in and when to move on. He also listened to cues. I will return just for him but the service was fantastic all around.

Went to Massage Heights earlier today for the first time and my experience was disappointing. Received a very subpar massage (more like a body rub). My masseuse just seem tired, uninterested, and spent more time watching the other masseuse that was working on my wife then she did on working on me. Maybe its because I went in the evening (5pm) or she was just not that good/cared. My wife on the other hand enjoyed her massage with SueAnn.

This was a wonderful experience Aisha was my massage therapist an after she was done I was totally relaxed.

Visited last week, Jarrett was my masseur and he was perfect for what I had going on with my body that day...woke up 2 mornings prior with a complicated crick neck with pain and numbeness down my arn, shoulder and lower back. He exhibited great knowledge and skill in doing muscle compressions to release the pressure and pain...Awesome job Dr. Jarrett Moss lol

I have a membership with them that I have canceled several times. But every month they still take money out of my account. No one is helpful when I call. Have to call several times over the span a 2 or 3 days to actually talk with a manager. Again I have been dealing with this for months and will be calling the BBB.

I have had massages everywhere and Cheryl at this location is the absolute best I’ve ever had! I joined because she is just that wonderful and need to keep her in my life! ;-) Better than any ritz Carlton or fancy spa I’ve used. She is fabulous!

Visited about a month and a half ago. Made the appt a week ahead and requested a woman to work with me. When i got there they instead gave me a man, which made me slightly uncomfortable. I explained and requested a woman again to the manager and even though there was female staff I literally seen standing in the hallways- they still imposed the male masseuse on me. I also requested to be in the same room with my spouse but instead of them making sure all their equipment was working, one of their tables was dysfunctional which basically meant I had to be in a completely different room altogether. I believe they already knew this and played it off like it was a new issue when it wasnt. By this time Im already anxious and uncomfortable which to me defeats the purpose of coming here in the first place. I didnt leave because my spouse is already in the middle of his massage, it was also unrefundable since I used Groupon. Okay, So I end up getting a massage from this guy I didnt request in a separate room that I didnt request. I was offered a free add on service on the fly but I declined just to hurry and get the session over with. I was a bit irritated simply because they failed to do what they were supposed to do even though I scheduled this way ahead of time. The massage was subpar. It didnt help me relax. I didnt feel good nor refreshed afterwards, I actually wished I declined the service altogether. On top of all this, we still tipped them but in the midst of us trying to leave their desk lady kept pushing us to buy a membership with them. Even after declining and saying no she still persisted and persisted, trying to upsell, instead of reading my body language and facial expressions to notice that I wasnt even satisfied with their services AT ALL, she even called me days afterwards, which was borderline unprofessional and just flat out annoying. Coming to this place was one of the more unpleasant experiences of my life. I see why they do discounts on Groupon. Honestly I wouldve just paid more at another place for a better experience. No, I wouldnt recommend anyone come here, find another place. Its obvious they only give better service to those who they presume will spend more with them or tip generously, and if you dont seem like you will they basically just do whatever. If i could give them half a star I definitely would. Seriously.

I have been a member for three years now. Buckhead is my favorite location. The staff is so friendly. My last two massages have been with Anthony. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a deep tissue massage with results. I will be back soon!

Have been a member since it opened with mostly positive feedback. Staff always pleasant and very reasonably priced. Have had numerous issues recently. Last minutes cancelations, booking mistakes, etc. Lots of turnover with the best therapists which seems to be pay related. If it seems like a good deal -- remember that you get what you pay for.

I started getting massages in 2011 back in Macon, GA and Ive been hooked ever since. Massage Heights Buckhead has given me the perfect place to do this continuously in Atlanta. The staff is professional, courteous, and caters to all of my needs. I recommend Melissa, the lead therapist, whom Ive had twice already. This was okay...I felt my masseuse didnt really work on the areas I asked for and the massage was not even throughout. When he worked on certain sides he did different things and didnt spend the same amount of time on each area. I have had better massages.

Massage therapists seem sub-standard. I had one truly amazing massage that encouraged me to participate in the membership. Since beginning the membership, I have been unable to find that particular masseuse and the others have been either meh, inexperienced or just bad. I am afraid this chain is where new masseuses start and then move on or bad masseuses find a home.
