Very kind, professional staff.All the questions that I asked were answered in order to help me understand how safe the procedure is. I was able to start my treatments the same day, with very little wait time. Im excited to see the end results.

I went in for a Venus bliss in July 2021 my before pictures was taken then the VB procedure than begin during the VB I was asking questions about what to expect I was told a light heating sensation and cooling sensation but I experienced a very bad and intense burning sensation it was terrible I asked the worker to please turn the temperature down and she did but it still was to hot I became very hot and started sweating finally it was over I was very unhappy when I left due to my experience but I still tried to remain positive about the procedure the next day I was really sore days after still very sore I developed 4 knots on my lower stomach I called the office and I was told I would have to speak to a manager about my concerns which surprised me and I was told the manager would call me back in 5 to 10 min never received the call I call back the next day no answer so I left a message and requested a call back still no call back call a 3rd time still no answer so at this point I’m done this is very unprofessional of this business not to respond to patient calls I will not return for the 2nd or 3rd VB due to the unprofessionalism I have encountered with this business I’m pretty sure they my respond to this review but at this point I does not matter I have no interest in continuing business with them and I still have 4 knots on my stomach that I have been Massage since they have a peer there like the instructions said to do I personally won’t be referring anyone to them. Sign disappointed customer 😭

I booked an appointment early during the week on tuesday, on Friday Aisha (hopefully I spelled her name right), called me and says hey your service is $179 but if you pay today it will be $169 mind you my appointment is the next day which is Saturday, this call was at about 3:30 pm, I authorized the payment. Just got me to receive a call at 9:40 the day of my appointment saying oh sorry we just can’t do your facial, no reason as to why or anything LOL. A freaking joke!!!!! They better refund my money !

In the fine print it says, If you miss your appt they take a 50$ cancellation fee that is not in clear view. No way would I have given your establishment my info if I knew about this policy. If I knew about this policy and knew my mom would be hospitalized I would have not missed my appt. I would have left her there knowing I paid for a service I didn’t not receive. After reading reviews I’m glad I had an emergency and I’ll take that lost!

I received treatments of VI Peel and while the peel itself was was a pretty cool experience it did not give me the results I was hoping for after 2 Peels and $500 later. Both were a month apart and I may have seen one spot removed total. The customer service could be better....front desk was always inviting and even the consultant (sales) was nice but a bit misleading. My esthetician was ok she was nice and prepared the first Peel with offering a fan for the burn during application as well as knowledge of what to expect during peeling. Also she tried offering products but had no knowledge of them when asked questions. I did not want the second Peel but was forced to get it due to no refunds or credit for other service. The second Peel was not professional done at all, some of the Peel got on my eye lid, no fan was provided but was offered after already starting process (I just wanted to get it over with) no music like first visit and the esthetician mood seemed off like she didnt want to be there. The energy was loud and a bit awkward, you could hear conversations in another office. She wore 2 pair of gloves and complained about the Peel burning her finger after, this explains why she seemed rush during application. I had the same esthetician both times. If I could do it over I would go to an actual medical facility to get it done by a dermatologist. Honestly I would not recommend this place. I hear they are better with weightloss oppose to skin care.

My first time visiting Beautiful You Weight and Skin Solutions was this past Saturday. The office was very clean, the staff was very knowledgeable, professionals and addressed all my concerns. I felt very comfortable after receiving my first treatment. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing and I felt like I had known the ladies forever. While preparing for my wedding, I realized at the last minute a little something was needed to make me look slimmer in my dress. So I called Beautiful You and they got me started with an appointment right away. The service is impeccable and most importantly the treatment really works. This was my first time visiting Beautiful You. I enjoyed my Mineral Detox Wrap. I purchased the buy 3 get 1 free package. Its not online, but an up sale once youre in the office. Staff was pleasant, attentive and answered all my questions. I didnt know what to expect, but was pleased upon leaving the office. I lost 16.5 inches in one visit. Three more to go!

I am extremely livid. I had cancelled my service with them about 2-3 months ago and I just received an email stating that they have charged my card another $70. This is fraud as I did not give them authorization to continue charging my card. Ive called and per usual they never answer the phone so I left messages. This use to be a really nice place. I dont know what happened but the girl who use to schedule my appointments is no longer there and since the service has really sucked hence why I cancelled. If I do not receive a complete and full refund IMMEDIATELY I will be reporting them to the BBB!

If you seen my previous review I expressed that this place was very nice when I first signed up. The customer service was awesome. The girl that worked the front desk was extremely flexible with my schedule which is extremely busy. So booking appointments with her was never an issue. When I would call she would already know what works best for my schedule so for a while we had a pretty solid routine going. It wasnt until the girl quit and the owner stepped in. Which she then demanded that my appointments had to be before a certain date. I expressed to her back in November that if I am going to be told when and when I cant come than just to cancel me out. She reassured me that it wasnt an issue with my scheduling so I booked. But then after I decided to go with my gut extinct and cancel so I called back again to cancel and I spoke to a second girl she also stated it wasnt an issue with my choice of scheduling. So I said ok fine. But then I missed my appointment and I knew already based off how difficult it was to schedule the first appointment it would be even more difficult to reschedule. So I called and of course no one answered..I called a few times...no one answered...So I left a voicemail advising them to just cancel my membership...I expressed to them that it was not necessary to call back but to make sure my card was not billed for Jan. No one called back...I actually forgot all about it until yesterday when I checked my email and saw that I was billed for not only Feb but then I checked and they had also billed me for Jan. I called ten times yesterday... YES TEN TIMES!!! I left 2-3 voicemails and finally someone called back and that person stated that there was nothing they could do. That I had to wait until the owner came in. I received a credit for Feb. So then I called back because they did not credit me Jan. They stated they would not credit me back! The owner is very rude and unprofessional she argued with me and even tried insulting my intelligence. This is no way to treat a customer, especially no one who has spent thousands of dollars with your company. Yes Ive had my membership since this past summer and I also was provided additional services in which I did not see much results but I never complained. I never complained until my experience with the owner. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS WELL AS CONTACTING MY BANK FOR FRAUD AS I DID NOT APPROVE THEM TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE MONTH OF JAN!

My Lymphatic massages were really nice by Leslie. She focused on the areas that bothered me the most. Shermica gave a nice massage, it was more generic than focusing on the areas that bothered me. Nonetheless it was a relaxing massage. Unfortunately, the prices went up and the amount of time of the service did not, so I probably won’t go back. It seems to be more about the money than the patient. I hope that’s not the case.

Today as everyone knows in Atlanta some county like Forsyth where I leave had school delay due to inclination weather I just dropped I last child at school before I realized I will be late at my 11 am appointment I called to notify them and the lady on the phone was dry enough to tell me I am responsible for the matter nature weather and will be charged $25 I begged her that I am on my way I am not trying to cancel but she want either to cancel or reschedule so I can still lose $25 is ot about the money as I told her but about keeping your patients after I am paying $1080 for a treatment that is not even effected in my skin after 3 months but still give a benefit of doubt to keep coming last treatment I even felt like the girl just played with my face for 5 min and told me I was done while the girl KP Ids her name spend about a hour treating my skin I was like oh okay so I made sure this time I recommend KP but hellas! I shouldnt be treated this way, now waiting on her manager to call me to cancel my plan because she couldnt just negotiate been 30 min late , how many people had this weather issue today that make them special not to understand.Yes they are a scam and after people money without knowing what they are doing. When my plastic surgeon suggested that I get a lymphatic massage, I was skeptical if it would work. Well let me tell you it works and the best place to go is Beautiful You. I only scheduled three session, but because it was so work it I booked two more. She is certified in giving lymphatic massages, a registered nurse and her approach to your care is heart felt. I could go on and on but I will stop there. Believe me when I say for an awesome experience, please book an appointment at Beautiful You.

This was a scam from my first to my last appt. The owner tells you the price is $129 for Velashape but when you come in it’s $700+ ??? You couldn’t tell me on the phone? Who is ready to drop that money on the spot? I had serval times where my appointment was started more than 15 mins later because of over booking but it’s strictly appointment only? This is a joke, another black owned business down the drain! Instead of taking responsibility the owner loves to play dumb! She treats her employees like garbage! She’ll make false promises like you don’t have to work out or eat healthy with velashape but on the info form it say in bold :please drink water eat healthy and exercise!!! Which one is it? She also has employee make fake reviews so she can get her ratings up! Lame

I never believed treatment for swollen leg(lymphedema after surgery) could be effective immediately. When my surgeon suggested manual lymphatic drainage I was sceptical but my treatment here was nearly magical. Result was obvious after the first visit, its amazing, more amazing are the friendly staff. It is worth the attempt. I will always come here if necessary

Very unprofessional, set an appointment for 10am and arrived at 950am, place was closed, lights were out. Waited till 10am and then I left. Some one called me back and apologized and claimed they were inside...however not open for business. I should not have but I ended setting up an appointment for a wrap to come back at 2pm...to tell me that someone quit and they were overbooked. Dont go there...very ghetto and unprofessional.
