From the consultation till now they have been great . This is how all medical offices should be. They greet you when you come in, very detailed in the treatment plans. Dr James and his staff are the best and I’m blessed to be under their care for my treatments etc. Everyone there is amazing all around.

Everyone was very friendly and professional, but the consultation is not really free. The doctor and nurse practitioner can take a look at your veins, but cannot give you any sort of estimate of work that needs to be done without a $300 ultrasound.That seemed a bit deceptive to me. I am young and my case is mild, so I’m sure they could have given me a vague estimate or range prior to the ultra sound with a caveat that the ultrasound would be the ultimate decision maker. It wasn’t worth spending $300 while having no idea whether the needed work would be an additional $200 or $2000.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Especially the MIDTOWN OFFICE. The office is immaculate and clean. The staff is VERY friendly and EXTREMELY professional. They explained each step and procedure thoroughly. Dr. James and his staff gave word class customer service!!! And Ben was so helpful with insurance information/papwerork. If you need to see a doctor about your vein issues...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

I had a terrible experience here. They performed surgery that messed up my leg not helped and then could not fit me in for followup appointments after- earliest appointments being months away. The desk staff is very unhelpful as well. They do not try to be the slightest bit accommodating even if you are in pain - will not even check to see if a doctor or staff member can be flexible, will not even make the request when the issue is immediate pain and not a routine screening. This operation is not about patient care, just money.

The initial consultation and follow up were great! The doctor and staff are professional, attentive and knowledgeable.I can tell that the procedure helped but I was never called back for a follow up exam to determine results which was disappointing from all the care I had received. I was also considering doing my other leg.

Do not go here. The front staff doesn’t provide the correct information regarding your insurance. Also the doctor was short and wasn’t patient to answer my questions. The technician provided more info than just pointing to lines on a piece of paper. Also, my record and ultrasound that they are legally required to give to me they made it impossible for me to get my medical records. The first time I had asked for it they told me that I couldn’t receive my records through email, and I didn’t sign the release form. I arrived this morning and they said they couldn’t print out the ultrasound and I had signed the release form. I had to pull teeth to get my ultrasound emailed to me. Also, it’s shady that you can’t get a copy of the actual ultrasound pictures like any other doctor. This company is shady and completely wasted my time. I recommend Vein Atlanta. (Louis Prevosti) The treatments are shorter, and the doctor doesn’t rip you off. Less forms to fill out, better customer service, and they are much better.

Everything has been a great experience. All of the staff are pleasant, thoughtful, informative and professional in every way. The medical staff always inform you of the sensations that you will experience during a treatment and make sure that the patient understands the care that is needed once you leave the office. Every appointment has been timely, no excessive waiting at any point. Very pleased with the results and the care by Dr. James and his staff.

I was truly very impressed, especially after my initial consultation and first scan. I was taken immediately, the staff were all very friendly, professional and demonstrated a lot of care. Dr. James is very good, was on time both first times, explained the procedures in detail and attended to everything like a doctor used to do in the old days.My first four lazer treatments were very professionally performed by Dr James and the assistants were equally friendly and caring. My only comment, otherwise I would have given five stars, was that after the first consultation and scan, my later procedures all started between 20 minutes and 30 minutes late. This is a concern, as every professional has a very tight and full schedule and being taken late, with no apology, should not happen in a practice where everything else is great.All in all, I highly recommend this practice.

Everybody is very professional, courteous, work like a good team. I have been to many vein clinics before, going through various treatments. It is my first round of treatment here at Vein Clinics, Im not done yet but Im very pleased with the whole experience, I like their approach, very precise and well coordinated. My best experience so far !!! (out of 5 different clinics they are the best).

My main concern was about this huge bulge just above my knee. It turned out that was my least concern to be worried about. Dr. James kept reassuring me and gave me comfort through out the whole laser process. He was very calming and had a great professional bedside manner along with his assistants. I had no fear whatsoever as he told me he used to be a heart surgeon, quite the credentials. The only thing that gave trepidation was how much down time and recovery I thought I might have. After I had the surgery he told me I could go to work the next day!!..Wow what a releif that was. I had NO complications during or after the whole process..Great Job Team!!!

Always have been a pleasant experience at Vein Clinics. I am athletic build and had spider veines and varicose veins since I was 27. In my 30s I started to have leg pain and swelling in my lower calf and ankles when sitting for long period of time. My legs would swell and hurt on days when I had to direct traffic. A colleague told me about Dr. James. She said all the symptoms I had experienced she had experienced as well.She said after her surgery all the symptoms were alleviated and the veins were gone.Well I can say the same now in my 40s. Happy with the results. I wear my support, socks or thigh high supports, while at work. These are not your grandmothers compression socks. They have a variety of colors and designs.Just like braces. After you remove your braces its up to you to follow your Orthodontist advise about wearing your retainer. After your procedure at Vein Clinic of America follow Dr James advise and you will be fine! Bruising I controlled with arnica gel, for discoloration I used a fade cream with sunscreen.( bruising is minimal and case by case . My collegue didnt bruise)I feel confident wearing skirts and shorts again😊

Had treatment at this location for over a year with dr Arthur, spent tons of money including insurance and out of pocket , when I wasnt pleased with the treatment, the doctor assured me that I needed more treatments, so I had two more. my legs a year and a half later look worse than when I started. Staff not nice at all except for one lady which I cant recall her name...Looking for a different doctor now . Avoid vein clinic of America

Dirty office, unfriendly front desk personnel, medical assistant tried to begin treatment without the MD coming in to assess my situation. Waited in the exam room for 1 hour before the MD came in.
