Dr. Babcock and her team are outstanding. Concerned and willing to listen which is rare. They are very reassuring to each patient. Thankful that I found this practice. Convenient to park right next to the building complimentary. Dr. Babcock also does MOHS surgery which is a must if something requires removal that is cancerous. If you arent familiar with MOHS, please look read up on it so you are informed. The staff is welcoming and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely love Jody for Cool Sculpting. Best thing is they do Dual sculpting which does 2 areas at once. Its so much better and takes so much less time. When they started offering the Cool Sculpting I decided to try it since they were running such a great deal with Brilliant Distinctions. So I figured why not because I knew I was the perfect candidate for the problem areas no exercise would get rid of. All I can say is; if you are a good candidate (they will let you know), watch what you eat somewhat, exercise at least minimally (I only do low impact 2-3 days a week); the Cool Sculpting really can work. It worked for me and I highly recommend Jody if you are considering doing it.

Overall Dr Babcock did a pretty good job. However, skin check could have been more thorough (missed checking a few areas on skin).

I was looking forward to my visit with Dr. Babcock. Unfortunately, it did not go the way I had hoped. I felt as though my visit was a waste of her time and found her approach to be very impersonal. I realize that getting to know your patients is not the prime concern, but a little warmth goes a long way.The best part of the visit was the front office staff who were extremely kind and professional.

Don’t go there if you look like me! I just left after having an appointment for 3 weeks. Where I was told the doctor participates in my plan. The day of the appointment I received an email with a lot of information which included make sure your insurance will cover your bill. I thought nothing of it and continue to my visit. When I arrived I heard the front desk staff mumble about my insurance and that she had not seen it before. I clarified what type of insurance it was. I immediately felt like they wanted to provide service and then say my insurance didn’t cover it. I asked if they participated in my plan and they refused to say yes. I asked for a manger ( Gayle) and she was not helpful and also refused to say they accepted my plan. I asked about their process as far as checking for eligibility and they refused to tell me what that process was. I left and will be reporting them to the insurance company. I hope the responses I received and lack of assistance would be the same for someone who does not look like me.

After having a rare skin disorder and seeing multiple specialists and trying every treatment available I was very fortunate to find Dr. Babcock. This disorder has been going on for thirty years so detecting a good office staff and doctor has become very easy for me.I find Dr. Babcock to be an unusually good listener. Dr. Babcock is amazing! Actually her entire team is amazing! They take the time to hear your concerns and they are all very clear on outcomes and procedures. My husband recently went to Dr. Babcock and had a wonderful experience. He recommended her highly, so when a concern popped up for me I made an appointment with her. The office staff was fabulous. I got an appointment within a week. They even call two days prior to confirm. Parking is free and there were plenty of free spots at 9:30 on a weekday (noticed a former reviewer complained about parking- this was certainly not an issue). I was greeted and taken care of promptly and then waited in the clean and comfortable waiting room.My appointment was at 9:40 and I was seen by 10:00, so excellent wait time. I was nervous as it was my first Dermatology appointment, but Dr. Babcock was very gentle and thorough! She has a wonderful bedside manner. She calmed my worries quickly and also noticed an issue I had not noticed myself! She did not push ANY treatment options, instead she explained each well and answered all of my questions. She really took her time, listened, and explained everything. Great experience- this coming from one who has anxiety about doctors! Highly recommended!!!

I had the most amazing experience getting my very first facial ever at Babcock! I opted for the Hydro Facial and while I was in the waiting area I saw a woman who had just gotten her Hydro Facial and her skin was straight up glowing, so hydrated. I was pumped for mine! My technician, Kelly, was so great and very attentive to my skins needs since my face is very sensitive. After the four step process of the facial and the red light treatment to help with toning redness my face has never looked better! Everyone complimented me on my glowing skin and my face has never felt better. The results lasted awhile and I cant wait to get another one!

I had a small spot that was changing on my leg. Luckily I went here and Dr. Babcock said it was nothing to worry about. She saw that I was concerned and asked if I would like a biopsy just to put my mind at rest. I said yes. I got the results back and it was benign!! Praise God! Rude response from Dr.Babcock- Expect this kind of behavior in the office. Three visits is enough to know. She looked at my leg when she came in the office to look at the broken machine. I wasnt sold on manual massage, I was sold on something that I didnt get. And that guarantee isnt a happiness guarantee, its if you are within a couple pounds difference guarantee. You make it sound like its my fault for not coming back in but why would I come back in after the initial treatment was humiliating and expensive?I have had several appointments here and Im $3000 in debt and I still have the issues I came in with. #1- I had a keloid removed that grew back and #2- I did a session of cool sculpting last year that did absolutely nothing. I know that sometimes these things happen but the follow up was considerably lacking. One of the machines that they use to break up the fat cells broke. I did not want to go back in for a second appointment because it hurt and it was humiliating. But you best believe that I got charged for the whole treatment, even though a machine broke and Im not happy with the results. If I wasnt a good candidate, I should never have been able to make it past the consultation. Buyer beware.

I just went in for a Hydrafacial at Babcock Dermatology and had such an amazing experience. The entire staff was so friendly. Kelly did the treatment and did a wonderful job making me feel relaxed and pampered, explaining each step along the way. It was a four step process that literally left my skin glowing. It felt relaxing and completely refreshed my skin. I normally have some issues with clogged pores and small black heads on my nose and chin. The hydrafacial cleared all of that out and I could actually see everything that came out of my pores at the end of the treatment. Its been over a week since the appointment and my pores still look smaller and clear and my skin looks and feels better than it ever has. I will definitely go back again.

If it was possible to give Babcock Dermatology more than five stars, I would in a minute. My experience with Dr. Babcock has been amazing. She is honest and has a plethora of knowledge with a wonderful bedside manner. I am a picker for as long as I can remember. I pick at my cuticles, nails and scalp due to anxiety. Dr. Babcock recognized my issue and she explained what my picking was doing to my skin. As an adult, it was embarrassing that I still picked, especially the picking I did on my face; but no other dermatologist focused on my picking, they focused on everything else. I’m a 60+ male and rarely write reviews. My recent visit to Dr Babcock’s Roswell office is worthy of my time and effort to share my experience with others. My wife recently noticed two never-before seen lesions on my back. Having lost a friend to melanoma, I will admit this concerned me and fortunately I was able to get an appointment with Dr Babcock within 3 weeks. I arrived 20 mins before my 9:10am appointment, was professionally greeted by the office receptionist who quickly processed my insurance coverage and, after a brief wait, I was in an exam room by 9:05am. A very professional staff member immediately updated my medical history (shamefully, it had been 4 years since my last visit to this office). After maybe a 5-minute wait, a Physician’s Assistant (Amanda?) entered the room. Amanda immediately put my concern about these new skin lesions at ease. She very professionally conducted a thorough exam of my torso, face, arms and legs. With every mark on my skin, she thoroughly explained what she found and if there was any need to be concerned. Shortly after Amanda finished, Dr Babcock and Amanda entered the room. Amanda walked Dr Babcock through her initial findings and then Dr Babcock conducted her own more thorough exam confirming what Amanda found and adding detail to certain findings.I have never feared a doctor visit or surgery…and I’ve had too many surgeries in my life. But I was very concerned with what Dr Babcock might find and Ill admit, it weighed heavily on my mind in the weeks before my exam. From the moment I walked into Dr Babcock’s office, I was treated with complete professionalism. Dr Babcock and P.A. Amanda were exceptional in how they conducted their exam. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Babcock and I had a good experience. She took her time during my exam and addressed all my questions and concerns. She has a pleasant and easygoing demeanor.I only dinged it one star because theres a strong likelihood the office will try to sell you on skincare-related vitamins and supplements. A number of staff tried to give me the sell and as it turns out, a couple of my coworkers who also go to this office got the same spiel.

Dr. Babcock is the most kind and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Our family has been to other dermatologists before coming across her practice and not one has had the knowledge and spent the time that she does with her patients.

My first visit Dr Badcock know right away what was wrong. Prescribed medication for my problem and after 3 weeks I am very happy with the results, and she is too. She is an incredible doctor and a person who knows her practice well. She knows her stuff.

They saved my eye! I called in with a question related to the pink eye diagnosis my primary care Dr. had given me, and after asking just a few questions, Dr. Babcock thought something didnt sound right and I might have shingles in my eye - I didnt even know that was a thing! She had me come in same day, and the excellent staff saw to me right away - and sure enough I had been misdiagnosed by my primary physician and Dr. Babcock and her PA got it right! Its VERY serious to have shingles around your eye and needs to be attended to immediately or you can literally lose vision in that eye. . .I couldnt be more thankful for their expertise, attentiveness, and getting me through a stressful and scary episode with the utmost in professionalism.
