I was impressed with Kimche and Presley Cometic and Sports Dentistry from the moment I setup my very first appointment. On the day of my appointment I was welcomed by a very professional and warm staff. Although we are still in a pandemic the office staff followed a very safe protocol in order to still practice social distancing. The dental assistant Gabriel was very kind and informative prior to me speaking with the doctor. Dr. Kimche is a very thorough dentist and she laid out a solid dental plan that I am happy with. This has been an all around impeccable experience for me!

I made an appointment with Dr. Presley for discomfort in a molar expecting a root canal and crown would be needed. He quickly identified the cause of the discomfort and remedied immediately with a bite adjustment. This is a practice you can trust for your dental needs!

I was blessed to work with Dr. Kimche and staff in 2019 after a horrific experience with a North Georgia oral surgeon in 2018. I had a root canal in 2010, then in 2018 I went for an evaluation of the tooth because of a shadow on an xray indicating bone loss. I visited the previous oral surgeon who claims to have attempted an implant twice in that area, which ultimately got infected. I was prescribed antibiotics I was allergic to and advised to just wait it out. I then found a different oral surgeon to evaluate my situation and someone who would actually listen to me when I said I felt like something was not right. Dr. Robert Going took over my care (first photo was before Dr. Going). He was incredible in completing bone grafts and recommending me to Dr. Kimche to take over care as an implant was not going to be successful for a multitude of reasons. Dr. Kimches office is clean and comfortable, every staff member thrives to be helpful and knowledgeable. There is comfort and privacy provided by this staff and office setup that is very desired in situations such as this. I worked with Dr. Kimche and staff who made me several temporary teeth fitted into my invisalign tray, then created a perfectly fitting temporary bridge (an additional tooth ended up needed extraction due to bone loss caused by poor dental care from the North Georgia oral surgeon), and my permanent bridge. Because of the complexity of my case there was need to create a large amount of gum to which the specialist matched the bridge color almost perfectly to both my gum and teeth. The staff explained every step of the way what the objective of care was, how it would be done, and why it needed to be done. The billing process was clearly communicated prior to the treatment plan. There were no questions or financial surprises. The staff taught me how to care for the bridge and veneers to hopefully provide the longest life out of the appliance. If cosmetic or standard dentistry needs to be done- the is the only place I would recommend. The bridge and veneers are very comfortable, look natural, are the exact color, shape, and size that I requested. The staff creates custom experiences for each case while considering medical and emotional needs!

Dr. Presley worked on me, and when it was time to apply the anesthetic, Dr. Presley numbed the targeted area with such precision, and skill, I literally felt no discomfort of any kind!! Im a 65-year-old, and with that said, Dr. Presley applied the needle so skillfully, that it was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had, when that dreaded moment came.

Dr Presley is absolutely fantastic- he is kind, gentle, caring and very knowledgeable. I tried a million dentists -all a disaster. I’m glad I found Dr.Presley.His staff and people at the reception are amazing too. They always find a way to accommodate you. Love this practice.

I am a difficult dentist patient and unfortunately had the experience of being assigned a young dentist at the practice who perhaps did not have as much experience with struggling patients. Not this persons fault, time will improve that...The main result of my low rated review is that my service took multiple appointments in a short period of time, and when I asked to finish my appointments with a more experienced dentist who could better accommodate my struggles I was denied. Not the best customer service and I am now on the hunt for another new dentist.

THEY. ARE. AWESOMEEEE! I absolutely hate going to the dentist but my hygienist and doctor made me feel very comfortable. I also found out from my hygienist that we were located about 40 minutes from Mystic grill (Vampire diaries lol) which made my whole week.

The whole practice if full of lovely and sweet people. The lobby is usually empty so it doesnt feel like a patient mill. Dr. Presley is a very empathetic dentist and does his best to make you feel at easy and comfortable. His Hygienist is just as lovey. She is friendly and caring, and really puts you at ease while she cleans your teeth. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has dental anxiety!

Every time I go in, everyone is so welcoming. They give genuine advice and take their time with your treatments. I also appreciate the knowledge and experience that all the staff have. It took me a while to find a dentist that made me feel comfortable. I recommend them if you are searching for just a routine cleaning or something more extensive.

Only good things to say. The doctors seem to find great hygienists-every one Ive had has been very detailed and good at their jobs cleaning my teeth efficiently and thoroughly - always leave happy with my cleaning (i go quarterly for teeth cleaning). They do not money gouge in my experience. The dental work Ive done with Dr Presley has been discussed well in advance with several options suggested and time frames to allow me to plan ahead. They came highly recommended from a professional model friend who has several colleagues who also use these docs & hygienists. Professional, clean, efficient - always fit me in when rescheduling - if you want to clean your teeth on a frequent schedule and keep on top of your dental care they are good partners. Thank you

Kimche and Presley are the BEST!First let me tell you about my wife’s experience. She had a dentist in Douglasville (we live in Villa Rica GA) who caused an infection while trying to replace her bridge, then had to remove the new bridge due to his incompetence. So my wife had to go to an oral surgeon, who extracted 4 teeth and placed implant abutments into her mouth. She waited 4 months for this to heal, and the surgeon recommended Kimche and Presley to do the new bridge which would attach to her implant abutments. Keep in mind also that the bridge from the first dentist (which was removed due to incompetence) looked like baby teeth. Didn’t match at all.So my wife went to Dr Presley and had an amazing experience! Everyone is so sweet and professional, but the best thing was the result. YOU CANNOT TELL SHE HAS A BRIDGE. The work was PERFECT!I tell you this story, because I had a Villa Rica dentist tell me I have periodontal disease and would need Root Planning and Deep Scaling (a painful procedure requiring the shots). Then I would need to come back every three months for maintenance. The Villa Rica hygienist made this determination through examination and reviewing my X-rays which were done in their office 6 months earlier. The dentist concurred and said I would be on this plan the rest of my life. Cha-Ching! I had a gut check. Why did the same office say I was fine 6 months prior? No mention of bone loss in October! They refused to do a regular cleaning and sent me on my way.Because of my wife’s excellent experience with Dr Presley and staff, I decided to go to them for a second opinion. I told Molly, the hygienist that I always floss my teeth and my gums never bleed or have infection. Molly used to work in a periodontal office and concluded I don’t have periodontal disease. She did an EXCELLENT JOB on a normal cleaning and sent me on my way. She said my mouth was fairly normal tarter build up, and while I have some bone loss on the X-Rays, this is normal for me and I’m now on a regular schedule. Dr Presley examined me and concurred with Molly. He is so friendly and professional.One week after my cleaning I cracked part of my tooth, and since Dr Presley was on vacation, I saw Dr Kimche. I needed reconstruction and replacement of two fillings. They are so great at making you feel less stressed. TV with Bose headphones, massage in the chairs and nitrous if you need it. She did an EXCELLENT JOB on my two fillings, even getting the bite perfectly (those teeth don’t hit first).

Dr. Kimche and her dental assistant Leslie have done and excellent job at making me feel comfortable. They try to work with you and make sure you feel like you are in good hands. Highly recommended.

Everyone here excels in customer service. Dr. Kimche has been my dentist for some years now and I cant see myself being in any other dentists chair. Dont worry shes going to tell you to floss. How many other dentist offices do you have your personal television with remote control access? Its very modern - Handheld x-ray devices and mini videos of your procedure.

This dentist office is the reason I left Atlanta. They overcharge you for everything. They do not give good advice and base their suggestions off of what will line their wallets rather then what is actually right for the patient. If you like immoral dentistry focused on profiting off your pain this is the place for you. Kimche Cosmetic is the reinforcement behind every negative stereotype that comes along with dentistry. If you like being robbed just leave your doors unlocked when you leave your house. It will be much less painful and will still be less costly then going to Kimche Cosmetic & Sports Dentistry.

I had been a patient for 3 years and my last 3 visits solidified my decision to find another dentist. In summary, theyve had terrible chair-side manner, they provided inaccurate and inconsistent diagnoses which lead to wasting my time and money and they recommended aggressive, expensive and unnecessary procedures (thank goodness for second opinions).1st of last 3 visits: went in for a routine filling replacement and cleaning. The dental assistant was very rough with my face and was yanking my jaw up and down vs using her words to instruct me on what she needed me to do. Once the dentist (Presley) removed the old filling, he saw decay and asked if I felt pain. I said no, but he said that Id need a root canal and crown. He then put a temporary filling in my mouth and referred me to their root canal specialist (which he urged me to schedule soon).When all was said and done, the cost of all procedures would be $1,200. Since I didnt have that kind of cash laying around, I decided to plan on opening a FSA the following year and have the procedures scheduled then.Fast forward a year-ish later and I schedule a regular cleaning and a follow up to the procedures I need to schedule per my last visit so I can use up my FSA...2nd of last 3 visits: when taking X-rays, the hard mouth piece you bite down on was cutting into my gums. I asked her if she could shift it before she took the image and said no and had me hold the painful position anyway. The dentist (Kimche) came in and said that I needed a crown. TBH, I didnt remember what the original proposed procedures were because my last visit was over a year ago, but I just assumed she would tell me based on the info in my dental records. Since she only mentioned a crown, I went along with that and then she schedules me for the follow-up to get the crown a month later...3rd of last 3 visits: I sit down in the dentist chair and the assistant begins to numb my mouth. The dentist (Presley) looks at the tooth and asks if I have pain and I said only if something sweet sits back there for a long time, but no random throbbing. He then tells me that he cant do the crown because I need a root canal first. I then asked why wasnt I told about scheduling a RC during my last visit, and he says he doesnt know. I ask why didnt Dr. Kimche diagnose a RC as quickly and easily as he was able to (she had my X-rays), he said he didnt know. I asked why the RC wasnt in my dental records, and he said I told you over a year ago you needed one. What kind of response is that to a patient?! Didnt take any accountability for neither himself nor is partners poor patient treatment documentation to ensure cohesive and continuous care. He then says to see the front desk for a referral to schedule the RC and leaves.I was sooo frustrated with this whole experience that I immediately decided to call another dentist my friend referred me to in the hopes of salvaging my afternoon. Luckily, they had a consultation appointment available that day, so I had the Kimche/Presley offices email my X-rays to them.An hour later when I walked into the new dental office, I instantly felt a much more welcoming atmosphere. After the dentist reviewed my X-rays and did his own exam, it turns out I DONT NEED A ROOT CANAL OR CROWN after all and only a filling!! This new dentist took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, proactively provided helpful information regarding my treatment plan and reviewed all of my options with me. Kimche/Presleys reco was too aggressive and unnecessary. Had I gotten a RC, it could have caused long term problems because Id be dealing with a dead tooth for the rest of my life and all the problems that come along with it. I couldnt have asked for a better experience after having to deal the Kimche/Presley office.Im not sure if this counts as medical malpractice because, thank goodness, I didnt have any of those major procedures done. Its really disheartening when medical professionals value their revenues over the long-term health benefits of their patients.
