The staff was hospitable and nice. They were timely and knew my name when I walked in the door. The location was clean, the technology they used was up to date, and all of my questions and concerns were answered effectively. My hygienist was very efficient and made me feel comfortable as she helped improve my teeth. I would recommend Gentle Dental for people who may have hesitation when coming to a dentist. I feel that their payment structure was very fair. I had to have a deep cleaning which was a two office visit and they let me pay half then, and the other half at my second visit! That made it not hard on my wallet as well as mouth. I will recommend Gentle Dental to friends and family because I have been to other dentist before, but did not feel comfortable like I do there. I would say give them an opportunity to bring your smile back, like they did with mine.

There is not enough words to explain how awesome this place is! I’m my mom’s caregiver and it’s very important for her to be comfortable wherever I take her and this is definitely the place. They have always treated her like beloved family member and take care of her with gentle kids gloves. Shout out to everyone there who have been so kind to her. Also to Stephanie at the front desk, she always goes above and beyond and follow up with any concerns we have. I wish I could name everyone by name because everyone is so awesome!

My experience with Gentle dental Care/Georgia, has always been first rate. From the time I made my initial appointment through Ms. Stephine or Mr. Glenn working the receptionist desk, to the time I received my first treatment. Dr. Quack, & Ms. Patrice are the perfect Dynamic Due in dentistry... lol. I feel that they are an outstanding team. Every procedure that Ive undergone, I can listen, see, and feel that they are in sync with each other, which is another level of getting a patient to relax.Im a retired military veteran with PTSD, that being said, Ive faced several challenges while in the dental chair, but the team has always made me feel ease and comfortable to complete all procedures.

Im searching for a new dental provider and really wanted to like this place because its so convenient to where I live and had receive plenty of good reviews. However, I just cant say that. From beginning to end, this was not a good experience and I wont be returning. I made an appointment online for a cleaning under supervision of Dr. Myung. I received no fewer than 2 dozen emails, calls, and texts reminding me of my appointment in the month-ish between scheduling the appointment and the actual date, which was a bit overkill and annoying. The most recent call I received the day before was confirming my appointment for a different time than it was actually scheduled, leading to confusion that I had to call back and clear up. When I walked in (vaccinated and masked), there was clearly a sign saying that masks were required. Literally right at the reception desk, cant miss it. Yet neither of the two front desk staff were wearing masks and the other clients in the waiting room (3) were also unmasked. As a medical clinic, I expected better for their staff and clients. Paperwork was easy to complete and I was taken back to the chair quickly - those are two of the only positive things I can say, but they were positive! The hygienist was uninterested in ensuring my comfort during the cleaning and was pretty rough. Given, I havent been to a dentist in almost 2 years because of COVID so Im sure my mouth was more work than usual, but I have never had such a poor experience with a hygienist. When the dentist came back at the end of the appointment, it was a different person than who I had made the appointment with. There was no explanation as to why so I can only assume I was never going to see the dentist I actually scheduled with. Then, after he told me that I needed to have two fillings re-done, he proceeded to tell me that he was the implant specialist and If you know anyone who needs implants, send them my way. It felt very much like he was not there to actually treat/advise me, but to drum up more lucrative business.Positives: I didnt have to wait, staff were very efficient, convenient location.Negatives: everything else

My wife and I have gone here for both regular crown and fillings, as well as more advanced work - implants. 1st - once you know everyone you will see they are so kind and ready to help. 2nd - the work is magnificent.. example.. yesterday I had two perm crowns placed and they fit like a glove.. I can eat on the left side of my mouth !!!! YES!! Thanks to the whole team..

Everyone in the office was super friendly and professional! My hygienist was awesome, careful but thorough. The dentist was also great, told me about some potential long term issues but conservative on treatment (which is much appreciated and reassuring!). Would definitely recommend.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. First time I’ve had anything done in my mouth that didn’t result in pain or discomfort and I had no pain or discomfort during the appointment either. They make sure to stick to appointment times and get you in and out quickly. Cannot recommend enough.

Had my 1st appointment yesterday and the staff were so friendly.

I came in as a new patient, and after filling out the paperwork I didnt have to wait at all, so their scheduling works well.We took some x-rays and other pictures of my teeth/jaw. They looked first at my gum health, and then determined the best course to clean. The cleaning wasnt painful. They even helped me with my nightguard and sensitive teeth. Im happy to have found a good dentist office that tells you on the spot what insurance will and will not cover.

Dr. Hahn and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The procedures and equipment are the best available. There may be less expensive dentists out there for certain procedures, but why risk it. They are always available for questions and follow up.

I had a wonderful experience with this dentist. I have never been to them for a cleaning but I did get dental implants from them. I went to multiple consultation at other dentist and was not impressed. Everywhere I went I felt like they were trying to pressure me in to using them.They would try and woo me with cheap business practices like bringing me into fancy offices and offering me drinks.This turned me off instantly. I came to Gentle Dental and met Dr. Hahn and liked him immediately. I did not feel pressured at all by him. He did not try to impress me with a fancy office or employ any superficial sales tactics. He sat me down and explained the problem I had with my teeth and the told me the solution. This paired with the fact that he treats his staff with great respect told me I could trust the guy. Its been almost a year know and I love my new teeth. Thanks Dr. Hahn!!!!

I had been making the drive to Buckhead for my dentist for the last 8 years and finally decided to try someone close to home. I should have left 30 minutes into my first visit but I did not.On my first visit, although I was early, they took me in late for a cleaning. After about 20 minutes of evaluating my teeth, they pitched me on a deep cleaning. I have never had to pay extra for this in the past and pushed back. This created a very negative reaction from the hygienist and doctor but they relented and just gave me the basic cleaning covered by my insurance. Being around sales all day, every day, it was clear this was a up sell as my wife fell for it a few months prior, even though she rarely if ever has had dental issues in her life.Eventually I had them replace a crown. The temporary they put one was such bad work that I couldnt eat for weeks on that side of the mouth. Once they put the permanent on I continued to have issues and they were forced to redo the crown. I still have no idea what the did, but all I know is it was poor work at least twice. I will also add that every appointment I had with one exception started well after my appointment time.During this time my wife got Invisalign braces. She was aware that insurance wouldnt cover it and she agreed to pay the costs upfront which she did. Recently we were sent another bill for over 1000 for that service even though it had been complete for months. She called the office to clarify and they promised to get back to her. Instead a month later she received another bill with a late fee. No issues with the fee, but rather the poor billing processes, which other reviews reflect.From the top down this business is incredibly poorly run. If youre still reading this review theres a thousand other dentists. Save yourself the headache.

Uneducated in the poison named Fluoride. Just because the ADA says its safe, doesnt make it safe. Most people nowadays know its poison, except this stone aged place. I called to ask them if they use fluoride (a toxic waste material) on their patients and they said yes. I will NEVER go to this establishment. It is 2016 and everyone is waking up to this poison that is used is too many areas causing Dementia, Alzheimers and more. So I found out that this place is just another money hungry joint.

I was petrified because in preparation for surgery by Gental Dental the week before, his team saved my life by checking my BP (which is a requirement before anesthesia). I was in stroke range and didn’t even know it! After sending me to my primary physician, I was cleared for the surgery. I was soooo excited about accomplishing my goal of being able to smile again.I returned for the surgery on New Year’s Eve and had ALL of my top teeth removed without any problems; then a gorgeous set of replacement teeth were put in immediately. During the surgery, Dr. Lange had the most calming tone of voice and the music was so mellow. I did not realize that the scheduled two hour appointment had ended.Dr. Lange and Stephanie, Glen, Ashlynn, Denise, Nina, Mark and Dr. Hahn are the epiphany of excellent customer services. 18 months after having my teeth cleaned here, and a year and a half later I get a voicemail threatening me to send my account to collections. It turns out they didnt even have the correct address on file for me. Instead of apologizing, the receptionist became very sarcastic and rude over the phone. The following day she left a voicemail to apologize, so Ive changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Albeit making an appointment for consultation with Dr. Amy Mandalia, the dentist made me wait 95 minutes and blamed the patient in lieu of an apology. She lacks elementary bedside manner.
