Terrific first time experience! Dr. Campbell and her dental assistant were personable and professional - she thoroughly explained her recommendations to me - and her hygienist Chris was extra careful and considerate of my cleaning (also, very personable.) Overall, highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

I felt super comfortable w all the Covid sanitation measures in place. The staff (particularly Chris!) is all excellent, quick, thorough and gentle w the latest dental gizmos in place to facilitate a routine cleaning and X-rays . With all that had been happening, I postponed my routine six month visit before this, but I won’t any more.

Dr. Monica Campbell and her staff are most attentive to the needs of their patients, inasmuch as my wife and I have been using her dental services for years and have not had one complaint whatsoever.Both Dr. Campbell and her husband, Dr. Wendell Campbell have excellent bedside manners and make you feel like you are the most important person at the time they are addressing your dental concerns.Additionally, Dr. M. Campbell has brought up other dental issues that might present themselves in the future to practice preventive medicine.I would not only recommend both, but I would encourage a person who does not have a regular dentist, or is dissatisfied with their dentist, to use their practice.

Loved the time I had there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and reassuring. I’m coming back later this week for more treatments because i feel like i found a team of people who believe in me, understand my circumstance and are going to care for me like i deserve! Highly recommend.

I didnt have the most favorable experience here. The hygienist made me extremely uncomfortable about my current dental state. Yes I know not the best but being judged by professionals wasnt what I was expecting when I came for help about fixing my situation. The dentist only cares about money as she was trying to place crowns on all of my teeth where maybe a filing would do. After getting a second opinion I decided that I will be going elsewhere

I have to give them a 10 out of 10. Sounds exaggerated, but it’s true (and odd because I can be a little hyper critical). Chris and Monica were thorough and professional. The choice in music was soothing, the intake process was easy, the flow from service to scheduling of my next appointment was efficient. I especially liked the way they break down your FULL dental plan. You get a better perspective on how to plan for cost and time. Great job, thank you!

I take pride in going to a black-owned dental office. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It’s also great that they do orthodontic work, so they can correct/modify my permanent retainers or clear retainers if need be.

Cozy office. I did not have to wait to be seen once I arrived for my appointment. The dental hygenist was wonderful. Great conversations, open minded, non-judgmental place. The dentist is great too. I have a cavity which breaks my heart but her pricing is correct. I shopped around and the cost was right when comparing to other dentists. I will be back!

I have been afraid of going to the dentist since I had a very bad experience with a dentist. The dentist I had was so ruff and had huge hands. He had filled a tooth in the very back on my left side. He was so ruff that the next day my whole face was swollen black and blue and come to find out the equipment used to fix my tooth was not clean so got infection so tooth had to come out (he said). He took my tooth out and I honestly can say I felt like someone had pulled my tooth out with a pair of pliers. So long story I know but wanted you to know the fear I had to go to any dentist. I did my research and called around asking about the size of the dentist hands. I know sounds crazy. But when you have such a fear your hands sweat just talking to the dentist office you know you have a true fear.Dr.Monica Campbell is the best dentist I have ever met. I was a basket case and her staff and her made me feel so safe. I can tell you I would recommend this office to EVERYONE but if you or your kids have a fear or don’t like going to dentist...this group is where you should go. I have a lot of work coming up and can’t say that I am not afraid but I know I will be in good hands just have to get over the fear of the process. I can not say enough good things about this office. Dr. Campbell is obviously very dedicated and takes pride in his work. Although I was perturbed when I had to pay a lot more out of pocket than expected. I was impressed with the knowledge and patience the doctor exhibited to me, an older patient, when explaining implants and other options, most doctors are not staffed to do everything this office is capable of handling. It appears to be a one stop fits all dental office.
